Worst betting app I have ever used. Would not let me withdraw my winnings after I deposited with the same bank card and told me I needed 125 euro In my betfred account for them to send me my winnings worst betting site. Would not recommend. Support on emails was no help what so ever either.

More then happy I won a bet on the football England game and because I spent £10 I got a free bet of £30 and I won on that to, also played the roulette and I’ve won multiple times I’ve got more money back then I’ve put in so I’m pretty chuffed. Only down fall I wanted to go the “chat” to ask a question and nobody responds

I have placed a number of bets and they keep showing as settled and lost while actually i had won that bet and instead of crediting my account you have settled them as ‘lost’

As a new customer trying to navigate my way through the myriad of options, I find the “Chat line” a complete waste of time, NO answer is the usual response 😱😱

It’s a very intuitive and easy to use app . The streaming is excellent and so is the customer service facilities. A vast array of betting opportunities as well. My only criticism would be that unlike other betting apps, one has to manually reenter one’s password every time you go into the app. Apart from that it’s an excellent app !!

Been registered for a good few months. Down just under 1000 and I came into abit of money so deposited a further 800 over the space of a day. Not one single bonus round, never won over what I had deposited that day or reclaim any of the near £1000 I’d already lost to the sitr. When I did have a ‘win’ it was always after I’d gambled a fair amount and only small amounts in comparison to what had been staked. That’s the name of the game but you’d think they’d once let me win back have a decent win to make it worthwhile depositing.

Recieved an email offering a free £10 matched bet if I placed a bet on the England game and it lost. Of course… this was not credited after 24 hrs and I have now waited in a 20 min queue twice to find out where my free bet is. I have been told I am eligible but they are looking into it and fobbed off. Still nothing, absolutely will not bet with them again I would rather bet with Ladbrokes or Sky!

Unfortunately this website is setup to take money, whenever someone wins they decide to close the account and withhold the funds, this has happened to people I know. They hide behind terms and conditions which you are supposedly shown and asked to tick a box. Before joining. Joining and depositing takes under 2minutes reading everything they want you to takes significantly longer. They preyed on my mum who missed these t&Cs she is partially sighted and ticked joined deposited over £400 on over 3 months tried withdrawing £520 and they refused to pay. You only need to see other reviews of similar instances.

I thought the welcome offer for the euros were really nice. The odds are good. I don’t think the bet builder options are very good or flexible. In those cases I find Sky Bet to be much better. Find their T&Cs to be rather confusing or maybe it is because they are more complex than other sites. The site is quite slow and it often lags and I get an error and logged out, which is why I will never bet live here. Only used this for the euros so far.

Nobody answering the online chat when wanted clarification on how to place an accumulator bet. A glossary or clear direction to explanations for beginners would be good. I ended up spending my pot Vs my free bets because the sign posting was unclear.

If I could give zero stars I would. Opened an account to play bingo as I love a game every now and again. Deposited money and couldn’t get into the bingo site as it keeps telling me insufficient funds. So made another deposit still couldn’t play. Went on the chat twice to get help but was told they couldn’t see any reason why I couldn’t get into the bingo room. Sent an email to support but still no response from them. Used my money on slots which I was able to get into and bet a few euros on the horses. But still can’t get into the bingo site 😕 Clicking on Messages which just keep loading loading loading, actually the worst site I’ve ever been on..Anyone else having the same issues 😕

Dreadful customer service if they ever answer at all on live chat or phone call you are met with the worst customer service in the world on par with virgin or talk talk they are rude, talk over you, abrupt and put the phone down on you after you are put through a windmill of lies and arguments. Possibly the worst betting app out there. Not as intuitive as competitor apps. “Random” verification is not random and overly time consuming taking days to get the promised free bets (which is not helpful when you sign up for a race meeting). Getting the promised ‘free bets’ is a slow process that takes days. Any non runners on the free bets don’t get refunded immediately so that you can place the bet elsewhere..: will I ever get the free bet back, who knows. Apart from all this, it offers fewer places in most races compared to Sky Bet, and the odds are a little quicker to shorten…. I will spend my money elsewhere.

This is a good app, although it could be better if you could bet on players just to be fouled or to commit a foul as opposed to being carded. I’d give it five stars if that was changed.
