Does anyone ever get a win on this site? Slots are shocking I’ve deposited over £500 in a week and yet to make a withdrawal it’s impossible to land a bonus round on slot games you just watch your deposit go down consistently don’t mind loosing but it’s kinda not much fun when your not even getting a game for your money. Every day I log in and I’m told I’ve not won any free spins despite endless deposits fair play to the people that like it but its gave me nothing so far to keep me coming back so think I’m done with it. Forgot my password and the recovery service was excellent unlike some other sites mentioning no names!!I My only issue is that after joining and awarded free bets it was difficult to receive them.

Warning they are running a scam, iv not won no money but if I had I would not have got it even though iv been with them for some years now I run In to a problem with my card and used my partners card to make about 40 payments of around £700 on the card for over a week before getting an email saying stop using it so I called and asked and straight away I was met with being spoke down to saying t and c and it cut off. I called back and basically they blocked me and spoke to me like i was worthless and hustle £700 out of me then send a email saying your credit in your account we are keeping too, its 49p keep it you sold me 700 of worthless bets knoing full well it was against t&c but it didnt flag up and you where not even going to tell me you scam me with the t&c scam nice one Avoid P.s. don’t send your moody reply please it’s insulting as we know your doing it to be seen to be doing something

Easy to join, but slow at verifying my account. I opened the account so I would have a betting facility for Royal Ascot today Tuesday. My account has been quarantined so no good for Ascot today

Played about 10 or 12 sessions here over the months. ranging from £100 to £200 per session. Not a great casino. Games bit naff in terms of variety, Whole time you are playing its all most as painful as watching paint dry. Real lack of features that actually activate mainly just reel wins. If by chance you do get a feature i found it never exceeded your deposited amount for that session. Honestly this feels like a sister casino to a bigger one. it lacks active players and just feels like getting blood from a stone. On the plus side i went to Bet365 for a session and won 2.9k on a £1 wager on the stargate slot. decide yourself

Euro 2024 meltdown! Free bets not being credited on offers, loads of time being spent on Live Chat who say they will ‘escalate’ issues’ and email you back. Get no email, then go back on Live Chat for ages again just to be told the same thing. When you say the service is poor the response is we’re doing the best we can with the systems we have?! Perhaps you need new ‘systems’??

This is a terrible horrible company. They ban you for just asking a question about self-exclusion on Casino and Gaming side. Had never, never had a Gambling issue on there site, hardly used them and have never ever used the casino side but they still see fit in lifetime banning me. Wonder if they would ban someone gambling £1000+ a month so easily? just for asking a question? And they still have my balance money. Another bad review ! They have sent me an offer bet ANY stake get £10 free bet. I have opted in, met criteria and they have never sent free bet my way. They send exclusive offers to emails, people waste time and money and they are not fulfilling anything. I chased chat twice, then send the email.. they have questioned my email since it’s different than registered.. well googlemail and gmail ARE THE SAME email. They have forwarded my request to another department and Im waiting 2 days now for stupid £10 bet that you need to chase yourself as they ignore you. First and last time Im using this lying website.

Well I must say I was very happy with my £50 free bets because when I joined I didn’t realise you had to put a £10 bet first and I put a £1 bet first but you let that go and gave me the free bets
