Game play is very predictable. Any time you win any money (small wins as haven’t had any big ones yet) you then go that same amount of money spinning and no wins. Supposed to be random but over 1.5hrs played last night and EVERY time got money spins (luck o Irish) it was Jack’s. 9 different wins to be won but every time Jack’s. Like said had its wins and got up to £400. But then £200 straight through in spins with not 1 win. Then went on again this morning 5 or 6 different deposits and no wins. Literally just took the £400 won last night and claimed it all back with no game play. That’s the negative side. Make the games playable not just spin through winning nothing.

A very good and fast service. Good offers and free bets ! One complaint is there is no explanation of how to cash out on bets before race has started if need to alter or cancel bet . Have tried but just get that there is no bet available to cash out .would be good if you could give some info how to do 😊

Placed footy bet on Betfred gambling machines at half time and the bet paid came in at £400 and went to collect it at 7.00pm and told net already collected to 20 mins beforehand on checking her system.Explained how this was possible without receipt and informed by cashier loads of fraudulent on the betting terminals.Area Manager involved and then told bet collected after I left shop by another customer because it was still showing on terminal. Emailed customer services with complaint service times.I would recommend not using the betfred betting terminal as they are unsafe, in my case there was only 1 punter in the shop and the cashier could have checked the machine but she was too busy on her mobile.

Misleading offers, poor customer service.I decided to give the casino element a go as was advertised a welcome offer to get free spins when logged into my account. So I opted in, deposited £10 and staked it on slots as required, and no fee spins were credited. Contacted customer support who said sorry you didn’t opt in so you can’t have them! Send screenshot proving I had opted in and then they reply again, this time saying oh yes but you registered too long ago so you aren’t eligible!Now I completely accept that I may not be eligible for some offers HOWEVER do not display these to me when logged in AND allow me to opt in. I’ve seen offers on other bookies and when you click on them it states ‘sorry you are not eligible’ – this is fair enough. As a marketeer I know it is super easy to do this – a simple automation in the background to not display the offer if registered more than 30 days ago. At best Betfred are misleading customers with poorly planned ads and failing to honour them, at worst being downright dishonest to make more profits.A pointer for your rather lacking customer service team – you could have thrown me a few free spins as a gesture of goodwill seeing as you displayed the offer to me and allowed me to opt-in erroneously, and then I wouldn’t have been annoyed enough to waste my time leaving a negative review…

I went into your B42 1TQ branch at approximately 10.30am. The elderly staff (a woman) came up to me in person and told me to make my bet and leave the shop. I left immediately without making a bet. I am still shocked at being spoken to like this especially has I have used this branch many, many times before and no staff has ever been rude or approach me either. I went into Ladbroke on the same road and no staff approached me. I went into William Hill on the same road and placed my bet there instead.

Your slot website is corrupt, twice in one session the bonus symbols come in to start a feature but before it commenced, the game reset to your home page, I then reenter the game and it’s starts from the beginning with no bonus to be seen!!! Very poor slight of hand Betfred, avoid this site.

Had a new joiner promotion offer, one of the horses was a non runner and funds were not credited.Then the app and website were down for a number of hours preventing me from making any further bets on checking my account that day. It is a shame as overall, apart from this, it was a straight forward app/experience. I did try the online chat on the day but no one replies, it says connecting to next available agent, and not much else!

Scammer used my email address, I presume to get free bets. Obviously I was concern that my email account may have been compromised, so wrote to ask if they verify emails, if they do my email had been hacked, if not it was probably ok. Took 9 days to respond, and still no answer, asked again, and another 3 days to respond and still no answer. If this had happened to my granny she would have been beside herself with worry. No concern for people who have been caught up in issues caused by shoddy sign up processes

This site is the worst of the bunch!! Constant deadspins, games that crash midway through. Everytime you recieve the free spins from the accaspins, after you’ve used them it’s as if every game is primed to ensure you do not win so that the money regained through the acca spins is taken back in by Bet Fred themselves. The more you increase your bets the more likely you are to receive dead spins. I’ve played on every site, yet this one does not pay like others, even on the same games. Ladbrokes is the most neutral in terms of fairness. There is seriously something off with Bet Fred.

I had an account for years. But now, i wont even think about this website!!! From 2 weeks I am fighting with useless people there for my stupid £50. Why stupid? And around and around. 4 times!!! Complete waste of time of a company. Decide to close your account with no given reason or written communication after winning a few bets. If it wasn’t for me contacting them chasing they wouldn’t even contact you. Still on going case for the past 8 weeks to get my money and all of a sudden they have a security team who will contact or should I say been contacting for the past 8 weeks and still yet no contact!! Customer service? Do they even know what customer service is???“Live chat” ??? Good luck with that, I have tried several times to ‘chat’ with them and have not received any reply, unless you count their chatbot as communication. There is no-one in there Customer Service team because they don’t care about customers.If you want a decent site; not this slow, third-rate imitation, then go to Paddy Power, Bet365 or one of the other big names.

Placed £10 bet to obtain Welcome 40 free bet promotion. Bet accepted after supplying Name, Address, Age and Bank account details. Company stated Free bets would be credited within 10 hours of bet settling. Instead they asked for copies of Passport, Driving Licence, Photos and Utility bills all of which could lead to identity theft. They could get extra information if it was really required to confirm age from Experion or Electoral roll. Ignored my numerous requests to sort this out. The machine that takes bets in the shop offered odds on the champions lge game it was a double which consisted of harry Kane scoring any time and a 3nil win , instead of using the machine I just wrote it out , when it won the teller informed me that security had refused to honour the bet and I was paid only 50% of the legal winnings My advice to any punter go to another bookmaker. This site has become greedy.I don’t bet on football on this site as I don’t like the layout but I do bet on the casino and it just gets worse.
