Allowed me to deposit over £1000 when i went to withdraw my money they are holding my funds when i have everything required for evidence. Absolutely shocking happy for deposits but cant pay what is won.

I joined betfred and followed the process for the promotional offer and did not get the joining bonus of 200 free spins. It took over 50 minutes to talk to someone called Keirran with 2 r’s who did not help me at all. Was very rude and closed my chat without settling the issue. Disgusting service. Closed my account without giving reason. When depositing money there was no problems but as soon as I got profit on them they restricted my account typical haha. The live chat correspondent was basically useless oh well jokes on them at least I made profit.

Recently signed up to this site to see the welcome offers I placed 2 separate 10 pound football both after each had ended met requirements. my issue is with their contactless transactions which when declined still deducted money from my bank account. this happened at the local shopstupidly i put card in after the supposed declined transaction to now have both deducted from my balance. and its a joke that betfred are slow as buggeries at accepting one transaction was declined and im having wait 8 days before i can receive a refund. i wont ever be using contactless again in their branches as they dont give a toss about the inconvenience this can cause some customers.
