Overall good experience but betfred support is terrible,I give up first time now i am waiting 25 mins so far,not good at all on a saturday evening on live chat to nothing but a robot asking every 10 mins are you still there,much better support on smaller platforms.

I find the layout difficult to navigate, especially trying to find available bonuses and redeeming bonus spins.Also, games repeatedly need to be closed due to errors!

Its an easy site to use but could do with having writing and icons easier to see as they are quite small also would be a lot better if could do partial payouts like bet365. Also be able to search for matches would be handy and be able to edit bets and change matches like bet365, that’s a good website. Overall doing great job just need some adjustments.

*DO NOT USE THIS SITE* I would rate this site no stars if possible, so I signed up, deposited, and won, not a huge amount, but when I withdrew it, they restricted my account and requested documents. I’ve sent them everything I need, but still no response it’s been a few days now. It’s funny how you can deposit but when it comes to withdrawing there is always an issue.

So I made a BETFRED account recently, deposited £10 for the free spins , (my account was verified) , so I have Deposited , Gambled and withdrew my winnings which requires 18+ anyway but they then request a selfie and turn down perfect documents and say I need verification proving I’m 18+ after I have already gambled which is 18+ ANYWAY!! , I then spoke to an agent and said it’s a bit pathetic and they are legit documents and statement FROM the bank APP , the agent then restricted my accounts and DELETED ALL emails with £50 STILL on the Account… BIGGEST SCAM IVE EVER SEEN FROM A MAINSTREAM BETTING COMPANY!!! , DO NOT BET HERE!!Have you seen BETFREDS Responses?? All copy and pasted and not actually addressing the problems at hand , they reply with something that has nothing to do with what we are complaining about , bet I get a copy and pasted reply too “ hope your experience is better next time” THERE WILL BE NO GOING BACK PATHETIC WEBSITE trustpilot should rate this properly

I opened an account with betfred. Got the free bets and won a decent amount. No trouble withdrawing it. Took literally three seconds. No demands for ID verification etc. well done BetfredAlso they gave me a few little bets for beating Fred on the footie. My one concern is just they have very few markets compared to someone like Skybet. So it’s hard to find a bet I like sometimes. Other than that. A great experience so far. Thanks betfred

The server can be very slow unlike bet365 and others. Their are very few offers or free bets for existing customers or free spins to try slots . I also go into shops and the staff are never informed or have information on the companies offers

If only i could leave minus stars. Worst possible customer service i have ever used? The live chat is a joke, they just literally make you wait for ever to get through to an agent? I took part in 1 offer of an inplay bet?? But was informed that i placed the bet 5 seconds before the game started … Complete joke i placed my bet within 5 mins of the game starting?? Beware this company they are shocking to deal with, so many better bookies to use This is a complete honest review, would have been so easy to honour such a small 5 bet , but this speaks volumes of there dodgy practices

48-hour delay in providing a team member to address block on account despite stating 24-hour availability. Unable to manage / ‘cash-out’ in-flight bets active on account during this time (£5k+ value of in-flight active bets). Completely unacceptable account management given the wide number of competitor services. The team that place account blocks cannot be contacted directly. Customer services phone line, while refusing to investigate block on account or advise on method to remedy block on account, also refuse to provide contact details for IBAS regulator complaint.Be aware that you risk your account being blocked with zero notice, and being unable to manage any in-flight bets you have on your account during this time while also being unable to speak to the relevant team within a 48 hour timeframe.

I have a very good insight into the betting industry. I do still have a bet but find it psychologically impossible to stay in your shop for more than 10 minutes.The way you are going about confusing punters with no idea that they are being mugged by pscologically mushing their brains is back firing big time. I used to enjoy a few hours in the afternoon in poulton shop which was busy.This shop most definitely alongside others is definitely going very fast a non entity.The staff try their hardest but bet Fred doesn’t have a clue or simply doesn’t CARE.DISGRACEFUL!!!!!!

Tried this megaways games on number of occasions now on different denominations of bets. Today tried £475 straight through to prove i am right. First time won big yesterday. I watched the video that Betfred customer has won about £5 million last week against £2 bet. Hope next person will be myself for winning a massive jackpot. BTW. Withdrawal is a bit low still waiting to get the funds. That’s why i rated 4 stars. If Betfred would make withdrawal process faster then i will change my review to 5 stars.
