I joined and found it impossible to understand where to get the promo, how to play, how to redeem the promo etc! I ended up spending over £50 and still have no idea how to utilise the promo! Can’t help but feel it’s complicated by design! I’d never use this site again! I can’t even find out how to delete my account! Nothing in the “Help” section lists how you can delete your account! WITHOUT PREJUDICE.Terrible experience – avoid at all cost. I put a bet on a Horse at Sandown and it did not line up at the start and was facing the wrong way and the horse and jockey had no intension to race as also witnessed by friends. But Bet Fred did not refund my bet which I found offensive so I complained and opened an email from their Customer Service team today who refused to refund my bet. I now feel like a victim of financial fraud. I have now given them one last chance to LEVEL UP else I will refer matters to IBAS.Its not about MONEY but PRINCIPLES and MORAL VALUES.

Thankyou for your reply Scott. But still not convinced. How can a game that states THIS roulette Game Is Random have a built in percentage I think was 94%. Random would not have a percentage. Throwing a dice is true random. Basically if someone has won big before I go on the machine my chances of a win are limited no matter what I bet as the machine would be on the take to get to its percentage so it would not be throwing out a random event.
