I am currently trying to withdraw funds and you are withholding them and citing technicalities as to the reason for this. This does not meet with my approval and customer satisfaction.I have won and lost money and have not complained either way but it seems to me that due to ‘compliance’ I am unable to withdraw the funds that I have won fairly. This is not the way to keep your customers happy and I will be raising this matter with the appropriate body.

Joined up with Betfred ages ago but never really used my account. Had a little punt of £20 last night on the slots and took home £200!It doesn’t have a vast array of slots, but it does have one of my favourites, so for me, it works. Withdrawal process was quick which matters greatly.Of course I appreciate it was a little of begginiers luck, and I’m wordlie enough to know, as with EVERY other online gambling site, they could close my account at the drop of a hat; have me running through hoops trying to withdraw, but that simply hasn’t happened yet. They have the worst IT staff it takes them 48 hours verify an account. My brother even asked as soon as he opened the account is my account verified. This women called CHLOE said everything has been verified. Obviously NOT since my brother has funds in his account go locked out while he was in a game. As soon as the account gets verified he will close the account down and get withdraw all his money back!Crappy Site based in Uk pff what a surprise.

Betfred owners make millions from company treating gambling addicts!!!!! I read this in recent newspaper and now I know why.Anyone played the slots? My god how are they getting away with such awful payouts. Slots are meant to be fun and betfred are a disgrace. Haven’t tried sports bets but im sure that’s safe because they can’t be rigged. Spent ages trying to register to make some bets and for some reason the end part just wouldn’t work. Contacted them on live chat and was very bluntly told without an account I can’t be helped. I wish I could put the screenshot on here. Told him I just need help to register at which point he cut me off. If ever there was a red flag……..

Came back from a chosen self exclusion – deposited played and won £25k!! Let me withdraw some in bits due to the limits in place for PayPal withdrawals managed to get several thousand out got down to £10k balance after my withdrawal and some more playing – my £10k withdrawal was refused and returned to my account balance they closed my account and I still haven’t received my money!! No reason given they can see they still have it escalated to complaints who apparently don’t communicate with their own customer service team – keep getting fobbed off with extended wait times – not hearing back from my emails and no money received still over a week ago and customer service reckon it will be 8 weeks!! Need someone from betfred to contact me and let me know when exactly I will receive my money!! Disgusting service altogether from them! Looking to take this further as there is no reason for them to be illegally withholding my winnings!

I used to love this site. Their mystery spins once you spend £10 is not mystery. You get the minimum spins which is 10 spins. The casino has become greedy.Used to be the only site that played fair but for the last few months I’ve noticed a downfall in the slots. Hi This is a follow up to my original review ( somewhere below) I reviewed Saying there are much better on line bookmakers out there , I gave the example of my case I had never received a free bet , bonus or free spin since I joined I counted 139 settled bets I did enquire a few times but the classic terms and conditions criteria kept coming up even though i pointed out that i had never anything..The Betfred Customer Executive Team who stated in there comments they would look unto this etc etc …we’ll 3 days later guess what they just repeated the same thing with another classic line at the end of the Email we appreciate this was not the outcome you were hoping for … Correct Betfred , I don’t think they understood the complaint really .I did ask so this could go on and on 300 settled bets and no rewards or incentives from the time I joined ..No reply surpriseI know other bookmakers do reward there customers so please please look around .I am not a disgruntled punter far from it but you do expect to valved and treated fairly and like I said I am comparing this with many of there competitors out there who do reward customersThank you

My user name was, sue2049…Bad experiance i Joined betfred 2 days ago, deposited £100. then won £179. so decided to withdraw my initial £100 for save keeping…next time i logged in i found out my account had been suspended to to some debit card issue. Got a good selection of games and withdrawals are okay pretty fast.Annoying that you don’t get comp points from their games section.My major annoyance is that I regularly make sure I pay the £10 a day for mystery spins but everytime I do I always get just 10 free spins and the only times I’ve got more than 10 free spins is when I don’t deposit, kinda sus.

I registered with welcome40 offer. Made a initial bet at 19/20 odds. Unfortunately requirement was evens odds minimum so I kindly asked “Kimberly S” on chat whether I can still receive the offer admitting that I made a silly mistake. She said there’s nothing I can do, let’s say cashout first bet (before event started) or make another bet with required odds. She told me it’s too late and there’s nothing she can do either. Well you advertise the offer to get new customers and that’s how you treat a new one. Worst customer experience I ever had, lady must have had a bad day. Will never log onto the website again.

Honestly people avoid using betfred at all cost you make a complaint months ago then again yesterday and all they want is more evidence all the time rather than actually dealing with the complaint! Signed up to betfred on the 10th Jan as a new customer with a promo code slot150, deposited and staked the amount needed to qualify but did not get no rewards due to depositing through PayPal. Clearly there just there to scam people and misleading them with fancy promotions. When contacted they wasn’t interested in puting the customer first , so will not use there services and closed my account. Scamed me of £30 in total with no rewards or free spins.

Exceptionally rude manager at Brighouse branch screwed up my betting slip and threw it in the bin and then stormed out of the shop, obviously having a very bad day and all caught on the shops cctv. In 32 years of visiting betting shops I have never ever come across this sort of behaviour. 99.9% of staff are fantastic all of the time. Time for a change at the Brighouse branch.
