Updated website is awfulThis has to be the worst upgrade I have seen, I have used your company for several years, mainly for Lotto & Nifty50, when looking on browser or app you have to change the date every time to check results, then filter, oh and then try work them out as they are no longer in numerical order these were nice and simple and now long & complicated have to reset and change dates several times a day, think I will be looking for another provider with an easier to use system, this speaks for a family of 4 that al use your services

Absolutely disgrace of a service. By far the worst online bookies app by a mile. Shamelessly misleading promotions to reel you in and take your money & they’re certainly quick to worm their way out of coughing up on their end, pi*ss poor customer service and even worse compassion from customer services when trying to resolve situations. To top it off worst odds out of all high street book keepers. Avoid Betfred at all costs & use ANY other bookies. Also the current version of their website and app belongs safely in 2012.

Unfortunately another negative review about this awful site, I am on holiday in turkey and there safer gambling team have refused to speak to me because I am on holiday, like who actually invents this total nonsense that they come out with!!! What does it matter in the world where I am you bunch of clowns, I have nearly 3k I can’t access and withdraw because they won’t speak to me whilst I am on holiday, I have never known a site like this. On the 15th April 2024 I withdrew £5 from my Betfred account – still have not seen it back in my Bank account. Telephoned Customer Services – nobody came to answer it. Unless I see the £5 back in my Bank account I will not be using Betfred again.

Do not use this bookie. Scammers. Especially when you play slots. You can deposit 1k, do the 2 pound spins for ages, and then you finally get bonus, but unfortunately bonuss spin will give you few quid back for such a big stake. Happened plenty of times with me.

My inbox got flooded with the same email for over a week, saying my £30 bonus had been added, 11 of them, one after another every day, I was still receiving them even after it was spent. Shambolic, disgraceful and will never use again. I was offered £30 in free bets which I put on the Scottish National. Then find several of the horses not running. Do not get the free bets back, just totally wasted. Absolutely furious. Amounts to fraud in my opinion. And not only that, any winnings cannot be withdrawn but have to be used on betting.

No compassion or care or anything. Rotten nasty and pure evil. That’s my feelings towards them.This company is shocking. I signed up made a deposit, start playing and 5 mins later I’m blocked. They have around £390 of my cash without me getting access to it. I have supplied all the documents they want. The only thing I can’t supply is a blood sample. They are very slow at responding after numerous emails. I have a feeling I’ll be shouting and swearing on the phone to them this afternoon.Again quick update they have said I have broken there terms and conditions and that I’m not entitled to the £390 I have in my account. The upgrade is so bad. Logging me out for no reason. Today the Manchester vs Real Madrid in play didn’t go live until the 8th minute.So I bet on Bayern vs Arsenal and the bet didn’t go through. It took repeated accept odds until it went through.Before the site was slow but since the upgrade it has got much slower. The upgrade was a down grade.

I think there is a problem since the recent website upgrade. I had a little cash left in my Betfred account on the 16th but this disappeared on the morning of the 17th. I decided to deposit just a £10 today to test it and this went through but did not register to my account. I have proof Betfred took it. Tried 6 times today on live chat but no response whatsoever. Will try calling them but I do think it’s since their upgrade.

I’m 59 years old not the best at tech oncology played on this site deposited 9 times totalling £100 over 4 hours finally won £287 withdrew £200 soon as I clicked withdraw they closed my account Then on chat said they were cancelling my withdrwral and retaining my money I’m devastated. When I started my account was under the impression I would get £30 of free bets if I made a £10 bet in the first seven days which I did… Then when I contacted an online person to ask about it I explained what had happened only to ask me every five mins if I was still there and told they where sorting it out which went on for over an hour then all of a sudden it just popped up saying I wasn’t there so they ended the discussion and I still haven’t received any free bets
