I started with betfred a few days ago and won a couple of thousand in roulette. Then betfred started playing their tricks. They restricted my account without notice when I was playing. Then they restricted it a second time “by mistake”. Now the account keeps logging me out due to inactivity whilst I am actively playing. Previously I was receiving responses from the live chat but now my account keeps logging me out, customer service doesn’t want to respond to my queries. Be very careful with this sly company.

Very slow in issuing free bets and spins. Numerous advisers telling me different things. Was told I was eligble for the sports welcome offer then another adviser saying I wasn’t. Then one adviser saying I won 19 spins then one telling I wasn’t it was 5.

In general the app works well, however the cashout feature is ridiculously bad! Several times it has gone unavailable for no apparent reason once the bet is going my way. I have emailed customer service with screen shots and descriptions already. The feature is fine until things start to go in favour of the punter and then very rarely becomes available again, it’s shocking!This happened last night on a double where 1 leg won early and then Man U scored quite early in their match, I wanted to cashout but the feature was unavailable fornthe rest of the1st half. As I was watching the game I can confirm that there was absolutely nothing happening that should have caused this….

I signed up for their place £10 bet and receive £30 free bets. I accidentally placed a £5 bet for my first bet and then realising my mistake, I bet a further £5 on the same horse to make it up to £10 (as you can’t cancel or amend it once placed.) Their ‘customer services’ said I wasn’t eligible for the £30 as I hadn’t bet a full £10 on the first bet. Unfortunately for them I love to gamble but will not be going anywhere near these scammers in the future.And before you get back with – “As this relates to a specific account we highly recommend contacting us directly at: customer experience…betfred.com and we will be happy to investigate further.”Already tried that and was spoken to like I was a complete idiot.

Terrible! After signing up for the ‘Welcome40’ new customer offer I didn’t receive the £10 free spins which when reading other reviews this is not the first time it’s happened! so I contacted Betfred via the online customer service live chat and they cut the chat off before I could answer one of their questions !!! There will probably be another reply on here like others before me from Betfred stating their normal responses and nothing will actually get done!

Initially I thought it was ok but then realised nearly all bonuses on any game seem to be capped on how much it pays out to you will hardly ever win more than your money back maybe a bit more and it is really unfair.The worse thing about Betfred is how it rewards your custom…..it doesn’t you won’t get anything back no matter how much money you spend I spent a good bit of money and asked if there was anything I was entitled to and the answer was no….. Even the bad sites give bonuses for money spent etc which just gos to show

If I could give 0 stars I would!! What an absolute rip off site!! Just takes your money, you have a bit if a run but that’s it!! They know the games you love playing and they feed off that, cos they know you will keep playing until you get a feature and a big win!! But guess what you never do, you get a feature and a little win but it’s not even enough to cover how much you have put in, then it keeps you playing and teases you,then bang you have lost again!! Signing up was the easy bit. I was really annoyed that to take up the offer of £30 free bets I had to use a debit card AND the £10 qualifying bet had to be the first bet (which was not prominent in the advert). I used my PayPal account as I never use my debit card online for security reasons. It wasn’t until a raised the matter online in the chat that this was pointed out. Think I’ll go elsewhere as no doubt there are other catches hidden away in bets.

Hi quick payouts is a positive and in no way am I disgruntled customer but since the initial joining bonus which by the way is given by all bookmaker in one form or another , I have never ever received a free spin or free bet of any kind I did check with customer service just said you hadn’t qualified so 55 settled bets later a month or two down the line asked again I didn’t qualify for any free bets or goodwill jesturesSo from the time of joining at least 8 months aga and over 150 settled bets customer service so sorry.There are other bookmakers out there who do reward customers so please please shop around , you will do better than Betfred Happy new year

The take a punt if you do more than 4 selections you can’t see what you did on your open bets and you also dnt mark the selections as correct once happened so if you dnt watch the game you dnt know what selection let you down it’s ridiculous

Repeated issues with maximum payout limits for UK soccer that mean that placing ‘fun’ football accas (with unlikely, but life changing winning amounts!) is difficult or impossible. Unfortunately, until this is corrected, wont be using Betfred again which is a shame

Signed up everything looked leigit played afew games then won £20 here and there nothing crazy , then bang!!!! My account got restricted saying I used a third party card “how laughable ” when I used my own card , I went to live chat told them I want refunding on my deposits they won’t reopen my account so I’m fuming!!! Please don’t play here they take your money you Barley get any wins as all the games are rigged told them I’ll be taking it higher if I don’t get my refunds , trust me it’ll cost them more in fees than what they owe me 🙂 please avoid at all cost they run with your money then decide to close your account for no valid reason.

Completed the staking for a casino welcome bonus, Befred did not credit the bonus, I raised the issue with support who told me they would investigate. They then credited the bonus without informing me as they said they would do but I did not log in for 7 days and now the bonus has expired. Very sneaky indeed.

Disgusting company opened a account used my boyfriends PayPal account deposit was successful a few times when I lost as soon as I won they blocked my account and refused to return my money stating I broke the rules using my partners PayPal account £200 down and they didn’t care! Avoid at all costs wish I’d read reviews before sig6up!

Had a win last week and withdrew for the first time and now seems impossible to get a bonus and when I do it’s awful. Was great at first but now just terrible. The bonuses seem to be the same I only play big bass bonobos and big bass splash and the bonuses seem very very similar to each other which is strange when it’s every spin is apparently randomly generated but got it a couple times on £2 stake and payed £16 but can win that on 20p it don’t make sense. Had a little win last week withdrawn but since have not had a single decent bonus. Staking £2 and spending £100 to get a bonus that pays £17 don’t make sense when you win that on 20p stake. I don’t usually use Betfred but put a coupon on in midweek. It was a winner and I had £75.17 to collect. Because I bet on one of their machines with my bankcard, my winnings were to be paid back into my account. I thought that was okay until I checked my account a few hours later. No winnings? I’m now reading it can take three to five banking days to pay out on a visa card. Why? Especially at this time of year when banks may be closed. If that’s the case I won’t be betting again. I thought this was a good site for slots. Unfortunately, after winning a fairly decent amount of money over a couple of months Betfred has decided that’s enough. I have won about 4k in a few months but one day it just stopped paying out.Its now taken back about 2k but doesn’t pay the bonuses at all, pretty sure they have altered the software or limited my account. When I enter promotions they don’t opt in correctly and frankly its nonsense.If you message them to query issues they say ‘The RTP of the game is 96.4 over millions of spins’ Trust me I’ve done thousands of spins…. something has changed. I’ve been with them years but recently I find I’m getting shafted on a regular basis . Bet needs done after 8am to qualify for sp or better. I’m a night shift worker all bets were done at all hours and this was never an issue or raised its head till today. Payout halved
