Stay well away So where do I start, I have had a very bad experience with this company they let you login even though you are self excluded and let you deposit money to play, but wait surprise, surprise when you start winning your account closes and you can’t even get your money lol what kind off company does this

Absolute cowboys. I have been a customer for a long time and have seen this company go massively downhill, the upgrade is a joke and the bonus wins are just horrendous. Played with over £100 in a week and hit a bonus for £2.10 on a 50p spin. Will be closing my account and taking my money elsewhere at this rate

Betfred do not like giving change to use on their slot machines,, the less money you use on their machines initially, the more chance of a feature and winning money. You have more chance with a couple of pound than a ten pound note..so they will use any excuse not to give you changeFor their machines

Been a betfred customer for years playing the Irish lottery…Recently betfred have updated the app..The navigation on the app is really good however the price per line has changed to minimum of £0.50p so I no longer play the Irish with them. Ladbrokes still use the small minimum bet so unfortunately I have had to use them.

so i joined in march deposited and withdrew multiple times no problems until i deposited on monday and withdrew twice but only got one of the withdrawlels. soon after my account was restricted and blocked after contacting customer service and the betfred secruity i immediatly done what was requested for sent identifaction over. 48 hours later and several calls i am now. still without my £440 and still havent heard back from the betfred secruity team.

Can’t give no stars!Do not part with any money with this bent site! Many complaints about the “live” roulette. Robbed if a definite win. £2 in zero,came in! Since the upgrade placing in play bets has got slower. There is an extremely annoying pop up covering the place bet that says accept price changes. The pop up won’t go away straight away.When the bet is going through it takes so long. The upgrade has slowed things down. The experience is awful. Getting logged out so often is annoying.

Don’t use this site…. Playing live casino, Adventures Beyond Wonderland were they like to disconnect or not confirm your bet before a bonus lands. Called customer support who gave a completely false answer as to the cause of this which has now been put down to “Technical issues”… the same technical issue that 6 other betting sites have too and all tend to happen before a bonus lands!!

The updated website is awful. It keeps logging me out even though I’m actually playing, due to inactivity it says.I have reached the first tier of Sporting Legends to qualify for 10 free spins but I played two or three of the spins, and landed a bonus. I was allowed to deposit and bet, I got confirmation from the verification team that my account was active before my account was disabled with no explanation other than message at the log in page saying my account was disabled because quarantine has ended. Meanwhile my welcome offer is expiring and I can’t access my funds. The phone numbers aren’t working or being answered and no response on live chat either. Terrible company I’ve been advised they can close an account permanently anytime they wish and once this is done you will never have access to the account again or be allowed to withdraw any funds you have either won or paid in. Betfred are holding my winnings and deposits and I will never get them back.Be aware and read all the terms as they cover this in the terms and say the have the right to do it.RIP OFF

Sadly Betfred from my experience and feedback on this site Betfred respond speedily on Trustpilot with email address to customer experience and still don’t reply.I’ve tried over a month now through emails and will try the CEO next for a reply.Before opening any account with Betfred be mindful of the terrible service and the automated email to my review.

Keep ignoring me saying to wait but 3 weeks now they’ve had my money and won’t pay it back they keep flagging my reviews as Harmful but it’s true what I’m saying. All I want is my money back if you can avoid then avoid this casino they close accounts after large deposits then u can’t get money back its just absolutely shocking they’re allowed to do it. Takes very long to get through to agent when on chat and I was given a 20 euro football accumulator as a token of joining however when I went to use it it told me I could only spend 1 euro and not the 20? I was told online that I could have used the remainder on other football bets however when I was giving the 20 euro sports bet I had to use the 20 in one go yet the football bet only gave me the option for 1 euro and not 20. I never got a chance to quiz betfred on it because it takes to long on the support chat to get through. When I did quiz them on it they said the bet had expired ?? I have no problem with everything that Betfred has no control of such as the online slot machines. But when it comes to the daily (NON)’chance’ of the Mistery Free Spins it is blatant that these are not randomly assigned but heavily managed.That means that unless you deposit and lose you will have no chance of having anything more than 5 free spins every 4 to 6 months. Wagering the minimum amount to have guaranteed spins will result in 10 free spins the bare minimum. The cash out is very poor and takes too long to update. The choices in build a bet are minimal in comparison to skybet and others ie (only 1player booking choice, no red card or penalty options, no to score a header or outside the penalty area, and other options). I left skybet after 10 years to join Betfred but I’m not sure I will stay. Even the free bets do not compare. Finally, I tried to cashout today on 4 draws after 88mins and it took so long that a goal was scored and I lost out.
