New website is a nightmare,Truly don’t understand why changing a website makes the experience worst.The old website only needed a slight revamp this new website is clumsy, its hard to navigate. It’s been overthought. It’s a huge shame because I will be using the website less, the lag on a transaction going through only started since the new site.

Had an account open with Betfred for some years but had not used it in a long time but decided to last night. I got a win and made a withdrawal and 6 hours later the money was in my bank which was great! This morning i have made another withdrawal but waiting for the to enter my bank so will update with a 5 Star aslong as this withdrawal all goes in okay.Only thing i would like is when you make a withdrawal it just says “Withdrawal requested” in my transactions list and does not update you at all if/when it gets approved/processed.. so you don’t actually ever know when the security checks are completed so i would like a change there if ever possible so we have a rough idea of when the withdrawal is actually on its way to you. Since 25th March 2024 whe maintenance was carried out I have not been able to access bingo on this site i can access sport,lotto,games etc. I have sent numerous emails but alas have been ignored also telephoned on several occasions and was latterly told due to migration it could take up to May 2024 before I can access bingo. Shocking way to treat customers who keep employees in a job.

Been trying to play bingo rooms for a few days now, they have been unavailable, nothing on website to say this, live chat your kept waiting over 10 mins why they look into it? Can’t see I’m the first to ask why bingo not available?? Since the new update the whole site is garbage, games not loading games crashing cannot get more than 2 spins and it just throws up errors awful since the update not sure i will be using the site any longer

Tried many times to increase my limit which I set myself but unfortunately I set it too low. This was not possible. Also found it very difficult to use my 40 GBP free bets and have still not been successful and will have to forego the if I can’t work out how to do it.

Not the easiest site to navigate. Would like a screen showing all the football matches covered by each bet type on that day. Very fiddly going into each game to find each selection.

The new site is a disgrace, Irish lottery and 49’s they are saying you have to stake 50p for numbers on Lunchtime draw and the same for teatime draw where Monday I could stake 25p a draw….Irish lotto 50p for numbers on 1 draw where Monday it was 25p a draw, all other websites that do lottery you can stake 25p,….I’ve used Betfreds since it opened, I sent them emails this morning and not had a reply back from them so I have used ladbrokes today! and will do so until Betfreds get it right! I had a reply back from Betfreds saying “they have to change with the times” we are going through a cost of living crisis and they put prices up!

Absolutely rubbish website design and pretty bad bookmaker in general! Never offers free bets and no loyalty to customers considering it’s supposed to be the bonus king. Casino section is hard to navigate and you have to have a separate balance to play and to bet on sports. Would not recommend

Re your website upgrade it was easier before to see my bet history what I had bet on and my winnings now it’s changed it’s just more complicated also when placing a bet the screen is sensitive so can take ages to get the bet I want to put on

Been with betfred for years losing 1000s of pounds, I finally had a couple of wins and tried to withdraw some money so they decide to close my account and tell me they are keeping the funds from my account because I’ve breached the contract, I used my son in laws bank card to deposit which I didn’t no I couldnt do, but surely it shouldn’t have let me if that was the case. All in all I made a honest mistake but what really rattles me is they wasn’t botherd when I was losing all the time. Its absolutely disgusting that they would keep the money that is mine. I will be seeing a solicitor and I’m determined to get back what’s rightly mine.. avoid these as they have no morals

Game play is very predictable. Any time you win any money (small wins as haven’t had any big ones yet) you then go that same amount of money spinning and no wins. Supposed to be random but over 1.5hrs played last night and EVERY time got money spins (luck o Irish) it was Jack’s. 9 different wins to be won but every time Jack’s. Like said had its wins and got up to £400. But then £200 straight through in spins with not 1 win. Then went on again this morning 5 or 6 different deposits and no wins. Literally just took the £400 won last night and claimed it all back with no game play. That’s the negative side. Make the games playable not just spin through winning nothing.

Placed footy bet on Betfred gambling machines at half time and the bet paid came in at £400 and went to collect it at 7.00pm and told net already collected to 20 mins beforehand on checking her system.Explained how this was possible without receipt and informed by cashier loads of fraudulent on the betting terminals.Area Manager involved and then told bet collected after I left shop by another customer because it was still showing on terminal. Emailed customer services with complaint service times.I would recommend not using the betfred betting terminal as they are unsafe, in my case there was only 1 punter in the shop and the cashier could have checked the machine but she was too busy on her mobile.

Misleading offers, poor customer service.I decided to give the casino element a go as was advertised a welcome offer to get free spins when logged into my account. So I opted in, deposited £10 and staked it on slots as required, and no fee spins were credited. Contacted customer support who said sorry you didn’t opt in so you can’t have them! Send screenshot proving I had opted in and then they reply again, this time saying oh yes but you registered too long ago so you aren’t eligible!Now I completely accept that I may not be eligible for some offers HOWEVER do not display these to me when logged in AND allow me to opt in. I’ve seen offers on other bookies and when you click on them it states ‘sorry you are not eligible’ – this is fair enough. I went into your B42 1TQ branch at approximately 10.30am. The elderly staff (a woman) came up to me in person and told me to make my bet and leave the shop. I left immediately without making a bet. I am still shocked at being spoken to like this especially has I have used this branch many, many times before and no staff has ever been rude or approach me either. I went into Ladbroke on the same road and no staff approached me. I went into William Hill on the same road and placed my bet there instead.

Your slot website is corrupt, twice in one session the bonus symbols come in to start a feature but before it commenced, the game reset to your home page, I then reenter the game and it’s starts from the beginning with no bonus to be seen!!! Very poor slight of hand Betfred, avoid this site.
