Had a new joiner promotion offer, one of the horses was a non runner and funds were not credited.Then the app and website were down for a number of hours preventing me from making any further bets on checking my account that day. It is a shame as overall, apart from this, it was a straight forward app/experience. I did try the online chat on the day but no one replies, it says connecting to next available agent, and not much else!

Scammer used my email address, I presume to get free bets. Obviously I was concern that my email account may have been compromised, so wrote to ask if they verify emails, if they do my email had been hacked, if not it was probably ok. Took 9 days to respond, and still no answer, asked again, and another 3 days to respond and still no answer. If this had happened to my granny she would have been beside herself with worry. No concern for people who have been caught up in issues caused by shoddy sign up processes

This site is the worst of the bunch!! Constant deadspins, games that crash midway through. Everytime you recieve the free spins from the accaspins, after you’ve used them it’s as if every game is primed to ensure you do not win so that the money regained through the acca spins is taken back in by Bet Fred themselves. The more you increase your bets the more likely you are to receive dead spins. I’ve played on every site, yet this one does not pay like others, even on the same games. Ladbrokes is the most neutral in terms of fairness. There is seriously something off with Bet Fred.

I had an account for years. But now, i wont even think about this website!!! From 2 weeks I am fighting with useless people there for my stupid £50. Why stupid? Because its not that much, but to much is that they are making a fool from me that they made the payment, and that this is paypals fault, meanwhile i see that -withdrawal was unsuccessful. And around and around. 4 times!!! My every email to them, ends with reply “ this was sent at 10am yesterday so if you have not received this please contact paypal so they can locate the payment.”. 2 days after email from them is” Payments have confirmed today at 09:08am that £50 has been re-qued to be sent. Aaand again unsuccessful!!!!! Absolutely disappointed with them!!!!!!

Complete waste of time of a company. Decide to close your account with no given reason or written communication after winning a few bets. If it wasn’t for me contacting them chasing they wouldn’t even contact you. Still on going case for the past 8 weeks to get my money and all of a sudden they have a security team who will contact or should I say been contacting for the past 8 weeks and still yet no contact!! Avoid this company at all costs!!! Go back to the old app at least then you could bet on virtual racing ie Portman Park, sprint Valley, steepledowns, and scrap the minimum bet on lotto which is 50p

Customer service? Do they even know what customer service is???“Live chat” ??? Good luck with that, I have tried several times to ‘chat’ with them and have not received any reply, unless you count their chatbot as communication. There is no-one in there Customer Service team because they don’t care about customers.If you want a decent site; not this slow, third-rate imitation, then go to Paddy Power, Bet365 or one of the other big names.

Placed £10 bet to obtain Welcome 40 free bet promotion. Bet accepted after supplying Name, Address, Age and Bank account details. Company stated Free bets would be credited within 10 hours of bet settling. Instead they asked for copies of Passport, Driving Licence, Photos and Utility bills all of which could lead to identity theft. They could get extra information if it was really required to confirm age from Experion or Electoral roll. Ignored my numerous requests to sort this out. In my opinion this later information requests are designed to avoid giving the promised promotion,

The machine that takes bets in the shop offered odds on the champions lge game it was a double which consisted of harry Kane scoring any time and a 3nil win , instead of using the machine I just wrote it out , when it won the teller informed me that security had refused to honour the bet and I was paid only 50% of the legal winnings My advice to any punter go to another bookmaker. As bet Fred should be called bet FRAUD

This site has become greedy.I don’t bet on football on this site as I don’t like the layout but I do bet on the casino and it just gets worse. How can you bet 200 pound and not receive one bonus round. Its not the first time I have bet on the casino and given it many chances to see if it changes. Betfred is closer to where i live but i should of gone boylesports, fred needs to grow a pair and give best price all meetings not just half in day and no best price till 12 on evening racing! Boyles give best price 8a.m all meetings, cost me over 200 yesterday so no more betfred its boyles from now on, you wont see any of the 700 i won now so does your poor value really work when you look at the bigger picture???

Getting them to pay out is harder than getting blood out of a stone. I don’t bet much but I did win online on The Grand National. It took 5 weeks to get them to pay. Firstly they say they have problems paying back onto my card (no other company has a problem). Replies to thier email address just bounce. Tried the online chat, that took 30 mins and they don’t read the messsgaes. All that effort over £65.Why the delays? simple business, you’re more likely to gamble your winnings away with every hurdle they put in front of you.They then got this review pulled (I didn’t respond in time)They shouldn’t be allowed to trade imho.

Shady, £20 disappeared. I tried to withdraw,then they sent me an email asking for my bank account no to transfer the money because apparently Wise bank didn’t work automatically,so I sent and couple of days later got an email saying that my balance is £0.00 and they will keep my bank details for the future. Well,£20 is nothing so I won’t chase it,but whoever is depositing bigger amounts and trying to withdraw- be careful. Also to add,it’s really not the best platform to play,I suggest trying something else where pay rate is much higher:)

The App is fairly simple but very slow.Unfortunately having been a Bet365 customer for several years needs loads of improvements.When placing a bet the App takes sometime.I have noticed once you place a bet you are not able to withdraw any money.That needs some sort of fixing.As a customer it’s my money and I should have this option.
