Generally not to bad at crediting back to the account but after every withdrawal comes the waffle within 5 days ?Well won twice yesterday, £90.17 and a £50, the fifty came back a day later and the 90.17…guess within 5 days.This needs to be instant, if I place a bet I don’t say I’ll pay for it within 5 days, improve or I’m off, I left bet365 for there hassle indulging the new York lotto, but there payout was in 30 minutes every time

The app itself is an absolute nightmare to use. Customer service is another total failure. You can not simply close your account. You have to contact customer service, which is an alarm bell. Most people can not be bothered with emails etc. When emailed them I explained that the free spin offer I signed up for was never given to me despite notifications I was receiving while wagering the amount I was supposed to spend. Suddenly the notifications disappeared. On the promotions page, I had new offers which required me depositing and spending more money. When mentioned this on my email, I was given a perfectly worded response making it sound like it was my misunderstanding or my stupidy that I couldn’t work it out. But I am more than welcome to try some other promotions. This is nothing less than a scam. The Facebook advert I saw about the free spin offer was full of comments saying exactly what I experienced. I should have listened.

The advertise bet 10 get 50 in free bets but no where does it tell you that if you are from Ireland this does not apply you you and you will be treated differently when it comes to bonuses. Needless to say I closed my account far better alternatives out there. Be warned.

Does not offer any cash out on football bets. I spend £400 to £500 on slots and did not get even a single bonus 😒. I know that it is a gambling site but at least should be a little fun. My suggestion is do not play in betfred site because you will never win instead try other casinos like virgin, bet365 and William Hills. I believe there is more chance to win on those sites rather here. I won’t be depositing anymore in this site.

Absolutely shocking Customer service, my wife sent in verification doc’s as requested, just after a win! No response whatsoever, account locked and its been like that for weeks even after numerous emails requesting a response to know whats happening, customers should never be treated this way it is totally unacceptable, even requested to close the account AND STILL NO RESPONSE!!!!! I use multiple betting websites and betfred has to be the worst one out of all of them. They have so called “promotions” page where you can opt in to receive some free bets or other freebies. But when you complete the requirements you never end up receiving your rewards. Today has really annoyed me as I completed the requirements where I staked £30 and was meant to get £15 free bets. After taking ages to connect to their customer support live chat I was told on their system I wasn’t opted in for that promotion so I wouldn’t receive my free bets. Eventhough, I had the exact promotion page open saying I was opted in. Avoid at any cost. Just use any other betting website! I guarantee you are going to have a much better experience.

After checking my banking history it says i am 2000 pounds down which is a lot considering i play on stakes below 1 pound usaully 20 to 40 pence sometimes 60. The range of games on offer is very good. However, I find the website to be a little unstable and slow. I get a lot of pop-ups citing unresponsive pages and asking would I like to wait or exit? The RTP on some games is lower to Sky Vegas or Sky Bingo Arcade slots.

Corrupt lot.. Signed up and they sent me a voucher code to say that if I placed a £10 bet within seven days they would give me £30 in free bets as it was a new account.When I tried to use the voucher there was no box for the voucher.. When I contacted customer support they said the voucher was invalid..Avoid Betfred at all costs. If they can’t honour an introductory offer they’re not likely to be trustworthy at any time.

Betfred failed to pay up & honour a £100.00 wager when the horse came 1st. A subsequent jockey complaint was upheld. Unlike most other big book makers Betfred refused to pay out under these circumstances. This reflects badly on the company, runs counter to industry good practice and most of all has destroys my confidence in Betfred. The bet was: Solo Album, Woodbine, 22.41 on 22/17/02. Shame on you Betfred.
