Site is easy to use, only just started using betfred, had some good wins so far. Only issue payout is very slow. Other sites you win an hour later its in your account, told it could be up to 5 days to receive withdraw which isn’t great. But if it comes any sooner I’ll put 5stars .update now 5 stars won this morning and again this afternoon now all paid out fantastic cheers betfred

Absolute joke of a company. I had an account along time ago then I couldn’t log back in so I resigned up again and starting playing wagered over 700 of my money and won nothing then when I tried to log back in I couldn’t so I contacted live chat which took over half hour for some one to answer and the6 told me that my account has been closed and I need to go through a process to reopen. How can they let you spend money and then just close your account. It’s daylight robbery and disgusting stay away from them I’m warning you

After many years playing different platforms I have noticed the Return to Player percentage (payouts) drop. The first online platforms I played on were up into the 97 / 98% payouts, since then they have steadily dropped & now many games on many platforms are 92-94%, some even below 90%.Betfred is the only one I can find that has managed to keep their RTPs up.Also the site is quick & clean & payouts have all been next day for me. Beware.Used to play a lot of poker on here and enjoyed it, Went to log onto my account and was told my account is closed and can not be reopened ever. I asked what i had done wrong if anything and how do i reopen and they said they can decide who they let have accounts and play on the site and do not have to have a reason. I am sure i had funds on here and built up a vip level on poker by playing and raking lots of money which is now un accessibleI find this really odd and unprofessional that they dont even say a reason.They could randomly close your account at any time so be warned

Have always used Betfred, both in store and on the app. Their goals galore coupon has been a part of my weekends for 15+ years now.However I find the app slightly less user friendly than that of other book makers. The app seems slow to load ant times often have difficulties logging in, but the area I believe that needs more improvement is the the betslip. In particular looking at open / placed bets and keeping track of the action as it happens, it all seems a little tucked away compared to others. These little issues are the reason it’s not 5 stars.Just my opinion, all other areas like offers, casino etc are all good. I will continue to use Betfred going forward.

I’ve used this company for a few years now, I’ve only ever a a couple of problems with them and once I’ve contacted their help desk, they have sorted the problem within a couple of days. Last year I took a year out from gambling with Gamstop. After my exclusion was up I started playing with betfred again, after a week or so playing I managed to withdraw £1200. Soon after that my account was looked, I then sent an email to ask why and all I got in reply was that management has chosen to close my account and that there would be no further correspondence regarding the matter. Very disappointing, unprofessional. I’ve been a paying customer for years and this is the treatment I get. Not good, steer clear of this site.

Just had a bet at bridgnorth bet Fred not a seasoned gambler!! But dog won at 7-2 Went collect winnings from printed out slip told race had started 6 secsbefore slip printed. I have tried to draft a fair and objective review of this company. I honestly can’t see what this company seriously offers customers or any benefits in using them. Only benefits can see are PayPal deposits and quick withdrawals. I can’t believe a company this big doesn’t offer best odds gauranteed on horse racing most companies even smaller companies offer it. Cost me over 140 quid today seriously what benefits are there to this company? They stole my account balance. When I contacted them via the help chat, I gave them my account name but they refused to refund my money. It was just a small amount, and I hadn’t used my account for quite some time, but that is irrelevant. They cannot be trusted.

So I will start off by saying please if you value your money STAY AWAY don’t get me wrong I won £650 after spending around £1000 and they paid out the next day. BUT I went to go back on and they have all of a sudden closed my account and won’t give me an explanation to why they little rat on the phone just kept saying it’s in the terms. So basically if you win big they will close your account so they don’t take a loss and can still run away with your money so they can fund their pathetic excuse of a living.

Couple of days ago, Ive registered on Betfred and deposited money on the account. However, it has been blocked and they asked me to provide the documentation. I have given them all my documents that they wanted but nothing happened. In the live chat I asked what is the problem and they said that my account is closed and funds will remain on that account without any possibility of refund! That is basically stealing money! No answer from their support email either!

Hi All, not sure what has happened here but am really confused. I was on Gamstop for 5 years. I was coping with 2 bereavements and just wanted to deal with these without any distractions. My Gamstop ended in June. The Gamstop Team talk you through how to deal with gambling again including taking advantage of time outs etc if you wanted a rest from this. So I requested a two week time out and I then received an e mail from Betfred to say they were closing my Account and would not give a reason.
