I played a couple of the games slots etc and won small amounts. I then played on others and won nothing. That’s OK because you take that chance. The problem is that when I want to return to the games that I lost on to put some more money and try to win on these I cannot find the recent games I played on. This is not shown on your site as I tried to find them.

Thought I would give these a go in the shop before opening an account online . Glad I checked , absolutely fixed to death. 6 bonuses on £2 stake highest payment was £24 across various games !! You can’t possibly say that is random , maybe you can get unlucky on 1 or 2 games but not 6 with the same terrible payout ! One Welcome Offer per ONE address/IP address/device or mobile number. If a person moved out from a house and you moved in you are still not eligible for the offer. It doesn’t make any sense, and they didn’t tell you that you’re not eligible for the offer even if you ask them before you completed the wagering. Terrible website.

Bad App and the worst betting site I have tried. Decided to move from SkyBet and take advantage of the £40 bonus when placing £10 bet. Deposited with £10 Paypal from my debit card and not balance, didn’t receive £40 free bonus. Queired with live chat staff and the bonus doesn’t apply for Paypal deposits but had no warning when I deposited this. Asked if i deposit with a card will I still get it “No the sign-on bonus has now been and gone” terrible.Also, the app when checking your accas is pretty bad. Far worse than Skybet. Hard to navigate. Won’t be getting any more of my money.

Withdrew a small amount by PayPal. Confirmed it was processed at 3pm Friday, to which I didn’t receive. Told me to wait 12 hours. Still nothing. Told I would be contacted by payment team which I haven’t been. Spoke to customer service today and they told me it can take up to 48hours now apparently (which is a lie, PayPal withdrawals are always instant once sent/approved). 48 hours have passed and nothing. Betfred are refusing to give me a PayPal transaction number which every PayPal transaction has. Apparently it doesn’t exists. Paypal can’t investigate without the payments transaction number and betfred refusing to provide me with it.

I’ve been a member for a few years and only ever had a couple of problems over the years which the customer services sorted, really good service. Last year I decided to take a year out on the gamstop site. I’d been back online less than a week, withdrew £1200 one nighty. Next thing I know, my account is blocked and then they closed it and told me they wouldn’t take any further correspondence regarding this and that was it. Completely out of order. The normal members of staff are first rate but today there was a new person behind the counter. No acknowledgment on entry no please or thank you and just slammed change or payout on counter.. curtailed my visit by an hour. Regulars also treated the same. Poor and bad reflection on register staff

This is by far the worst betting app I have used. I’ve tried pretty much all of the top named apps and this one is bottom of the ladder. No daily bonus. Payouts on casino are ridiculous and if you do win it’s peanuts. The app itself is clunky and ridiculous to navigate. Very poor. 1 star is lucky as it’s the lowest I could do.

I did receive my bonus funds, but it’s really not worth it. The bonus is only for games they choose, and you don’t stand a chance to win. I also tried using the chat to ask what happenes to the little winnings and if there is a wager, but they kept going out the chat. I don’t recall receiving any free spins. Another problem is, that not everyone can afford to take part in the pragmatic play games, R10 is alot per spin. I think alot of South Africans would appreciate if there is a casino site that also consider the less fortunate people. Hopefully I will try Betfred again.

Unless you want to get rid of your money rapidly and without any fun, this site is by far the worst online gaming site I have ever played on in terms of returns. Avoid this website at all costs; I wouldn’t even suggest it to my dearest enemy. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Dreadful company, will let you deposit and then when you get a big win they will restrict your account and internally review it. Taking weeks at a time to do so. The prices are always competitive and they pay my withdrawals. Overall they are trustworthy in that sense. The gameplay seemed OK at first. I lost but the RTP was OK. I got a nice little play. Recently though it been tragic. Seems to have nosedived.Luck of the draw.My problem is the site in general. Its a mess. unorganised. Not user friendly. Open bets are blank yet I’ve got them and any older than 30 days are nowhere to be found or at least nowhere obvious for me. Most sites have a tab my open bets and theyre all there. I was allowed to loose thousands of pounds without any identification/ verification or affordability checks. I logged an official complaint and it was dismissed as my fault. Even though the bookmarkers have a responsibility to protect vulnerable customers and ensure they don’t come to any harm. I intend to take my case to the gambling commission, write to the CEO and share my story with the media if I don’t receive a satisfactory response
