Main gripe is the bonus bet when signing up is not only very ambiguous, but also have so many rings to jump through once you make your deposit to even qualify for the niche conditions to qualify for it just immediately put me off. I know a lot of bookies have gone down this road in the last couple of years and maybe people are used to it, but for me it’s just dodgy and just kind of reinforces the fact that these people really are soul suckers.

If the was a zero star ⭐️ that would be it. So I opened an account with betfred only last night. I depoist £500 in total and was luck to have won and got it up to £2300. So I withdrew £2000 and left the £300 in to have a play with. When I woke this morning couldn’t get into account as was saying there was an error. So rang there number so and was told point blank the account was closed and the funds that I had withdrew had been cancelled. I asked why and no reason was giving. Will be taking this matter further because is it a total disgrace.

Horrendous live chat support from Eisha B needs help to be bothered to help. I have since sent an email of complaint regarding a bet settlement. Not heard anything back in 72 hours, and it says they will contact you in 24 hours. Will take your money but not help if you have questions. I went to log in this morning it asked me to change my password, I did this, and it won’t accept the new one or the temporary one they provided. JOKE go elsewhere

Bet £10 get 150 free spins the ad said….so I sign up bet £10 to qualify and no spins! Apparently didn’t use a promo code! On the ad there wasn’t one! Not been a member for that long but I’m not keen on your site. The bonuses on games are non existent. If you’re lucky enough to get a bonus there’s no wins atal. I’ve noticed it’s been top up after top up. No build whatsoever, I’ve already closed a couple of accounts down for the exact same reason. So goodbye betfred. The app uses face recognition to log in which makes it faster. I enjoyed the promotions on offer, especially the first goalscorer odds. However, it would be better if the score was shown for football matches in-play on the ‘open bet’ tab. Also, football coupons are not as easy to navigate as other betting sites. Overall 4/5.

FROM 2010 TILL 2022 If i went into a local betfred the staff looked at me as if i brought a shotgun in to rob the place,RIPLEY in derbyshire i won a few grand in there on William Haggas info hitting the crossbar on several occasions,Eastwood in nottinghamshire i had an antepost trixie at cheltenham in january 2014….Vautour in supreme,Faugheen in neptune and briar hill in ballymore.first 2 won easy briar hill fell at 2/1 fav…returned 7k was told i couldnt have a bet in there again…what if briar hill had won??? 70k….betfred account once online i had a £100 cross and double bet Sir des champ (won) Salut flo (won) cheltenham 2012 return £5400 next bet offered £10 ??? so you all know these firms have treated winning punters like crooks for years

Do not use this site, the customer service is awful. Someone called Adam B was assisting me and was simply just rude, not only that but after he sent a message and didn’t want to continue the chat he just ended the chat without allowing me to ask anything else. Horrible horrible experience I have lost my money now due to the inconsideration of this site. Worst experience I’ve ever had with customer service!

Opted into two promotions which were advertised to me, placed the bets and never received the free bets which the promotion offered. Went to the livechat to inquire, the support staff named Adam B was condescending to me and put all the blame on me without an offer to rectify the situation. Hire people who have customer service experience, not people who speak to customers in a condescending way like Adam B.

Spent over 500 on this site. 1 bonus on the slots thats it shocking. Played these lucky tap games they are ridiculous 20 turns at 90p and receive 45p and 90p back. In 20 turns. The betting is very confusing so i didnt put a bet and used alternative easier site for that. 0 stars for the lack of bonus and the fact your money does not last on this site! My partners card was not working on the site, so she used our shared Apple Pay account and it used my debit. She managed to make £425 from a 50 quid deposit and she woke up and they had deleted her account without a warning on text, email or anything else. When we’ve spoke to the team the girl I spoke to on Live chat ‘Caitlin N’ was completely unprofessional and blunt throughout the conversation and told me that the account was deleted and the money that was inside it is now gone and we aren’t getting it back. After disputing this with the betfred team about the misunderstanding, still told no and now lost £425 quid.

Loyalty and customer service is terrible.I had an account for a while and use it regular – one week I’m told I didn’t opt into the promotion and so I don’t get the spins when I 100% did opt in.I then asked for my account to be reviewed as I am never offered any promotional things and I’m told I’m not due anything even tho I used the account a lot and for a long time.Won’t be depositing anymore unless they sort this out and advise you not to bother as well.Other sites are far better value for money

As an Irish resident, you can download their app and deposit funds from an Irish account, even verify your ID as an Irish citizen but when you win and try to withdraw they will tell you that you cannot withdraw funds to an Irish card. Despite taking money from one. No where does it mention this. Company is a fraud.

Gambled in shop with Betfred for over a decade, have made 2 complaints about my experience in that duration, once for being sworn and shouted at (No banter involved) and a 2nd time last week after a catalogue of failures involving bet settlement on their part. After the 1st incident they offered me a free bet of a tenner, which I never accepted nor asked for, this time I received an email where they managed to open with spelling my surname incorrectly (Despite it being clearly visible on my email address). Anyway, a week later and I’ve heard nothing more, as a former “Explicit Standards Manager” in this field I can safely say Betfred, from my experience are comfortably the worst of any high street bookmakers available. The in shop experience is appalling, as a long standing customer I can say with absolute conviction I shall not be returning.

Don’t think the layout of the system is user friendly. Horse racing bets not clear as to what has won etc and a hassle getting into them. Skybet system is much more efficient. You know what position your bets are in with one click of a button

With there promotions they tend to use clever ways not to pay out, such as if you bet on the same race but on different slips they will not pay out on the promotion….other companies are less nasty/obtuse regarding this. Very upset with this company regarding their recent Cheltenham festival offer. I signed up for an account because the promotion was great. I places my required stake of £10+ on Tuesday’s 2nd race of the festival (to which would give me £40 in free bets). The FAQ’s said that it would take up to 10 hours to credited. after their first day there was nothing which is fine because it is such a busy time of year. we are now sat on Thursday evening, with one day left of the festival and still nothing. I have reached out through email, twitter, Twitter DM’s, live chat and have been ignored at every avenue. I completely understand this is a busy and stressful time for betting companies but being unable to deliver on heavily advertised sign up offer and not even being able to reply to queries is very disappointing

Easy to access and easy to understand. Lots of little offers to give a little bit extra. Quick settlement into my account when I win. I never seem to be able to access the live stream though. I can generally watch the races live on TV.

Customer Services should be renamed Customer Insults. Staff at Betfred are dreadful. Probably trained to extract every penny from punters and use every trick in the book to refuse proper payout. God knows how they keep a Gambling Licence. Avoid.
