I’m a regular gambler to the casino and sports, iv enjoyed my time with bet Fred until last night when I decided to have a go at bingo,, I actually had a couple of small wins, and then it started,, I played a game that was for 1,2,3,4,5 lines, I got 3 lines up and yet game carried on, then prize went to someone else, what the hells happening, is my win not registering?.. Then I got 4 lines up and yet again no acknowledgement, then 5, lines and still nothing, it was like my tickets were invisible, I know I payed for tickets because I had confirmation and if I hadn’t it wouldn’t have auto filled the numbers like it was doing, I estimated wins off 3 and 4 and 5 lines amounted to just over £100,,im gobsmacked this could happen,, 5 mins later the bingo room was unable to connect, what a suprise,, I spend a £1000 a week and this is a drop in the ocean on the bingo site but its wrong what’s happened, this sort of thing shouldn’t be allowed to happen

I placed a £10 bet on the first race at Cheltenham on the 14/03/2023, to qualify for the Betfred £40 free bets “offer”. ‘Receive your free bets within 10 hours of the bet being settled’ they stated. After being reassured on their Customer Chat facility that I would receive my free bets, I was very disappointed when after 15 hours, still no sign of them. Not happy

The app could do with an update. Sometime when I open the app it gets stuck on finding location which is really annoying. The betslip and cash out screens are clunky and dated and the live scores do not update fast enough compared to sky bet and B365.

After having experienced nothing but loss on this site and after reading some of the reviews, I’m no longer using Betfred. There slots are terrible, they don’t give you that fun factor, people play for fun, your slots are not fun and they can not be regulated by the UK gambling commission, played on the same games but just a different site and guess what we have some fun and little wins, even get the bonus thrown in too. Your customer service is rude on live chat. They say when signing up free bets etc, I haven’t seen or had a free bet or any free spins for my loyalty towards this site been playing since last year and they cant offer you anything, apart from the promos which you have to deposit and play to get some free spins. Where is your LOYALTY BETFRED? 6 months and over and you can’t even offer some free spins/ free bet. I’ve learnt not to be a fool and I won’t be wasting any more of my time or money on this site.

Registered for an account because of their “amazing welcome offer”, didn’t get credited my £40 free bets. Stating it’s because someone else is registered at my address – live with my mum and dad who don’t have an account. Conning 1000’s of people out of this offer. NEVER use this betting service!!!!

Use 2 methods to deposit one a debit card other paypal.Took deposits no problem then I won an accumulator (only £100) soon as I tried to withdraw closed my account with no explanation. On contacting them they spouted some gumph about 3rd party being involved. Keeping in mind it was the 2 deposit options used umpteen times before the win and withdrawal with no mention. Soon as you win BANG! AVOID. Who protects the user in this instance??

ill never give a site 1 star but i feel im pushing it with two on this one,ill start off with the sports side of it,im on the betting site around 7 weeks now,ive did a range of different bets ranging from accums to corners not yet have i had any cash out on any bet i spoke with livechat and they explained it would need to have a red circle next to it so today i made sure to do a 5 team accum all with a red circle next to it but lowanbehold no cashout option, i decided tonight to venture out into the slots side of it & went with doghouse at 20p spins it took a grand total of 2576 spins before i got a bonus it gave me £1 for getting into it i earned 11 spins and finished with £1.79 a few minutes later i got another bonus this time 13 spins i finished with £1.04 i left £90 down theyll say slots are fair and regulated, regulated yes! fair? certainly not to the customer in my current experience ill be closing my account as between the non cashout options and the awful slot i had enough

I placed a £10 bet to get a £40 bonus, in theory very generous, my £10 staked bet lost but the bonus was no where to be seen, I did instant chat and flabagasted to be told there Was already an account at this address that had taken the bonus, I said I have no account and I moved into this address on 6th January this year, they told me sorry makes no difference, I asked for my tenner back to which I was told if I had called them first they would’ve told me, I’ve never heard such nonsense, please be aware you are not scammed by this company, there are more better and reliable companies more honest than dodgy Fred.

Trick you with attractive welcome bonus BUT when you are not betting with an odd over 2.0 in your very first bet, they say you are not qualified. Even though shortly after, you have placed a qualified bet.Of course they have stated somewhere but it really requires you to be fully aware of such tricky parts in the terms. Huge disappointment

This site is atrocious. The returns on the games are diabolical and the site itself is about 10 years out of date. If you try to change games you have to log in everytime, the games they offer are very similar and all of them are expensive, boring and very predictable because they start to go slow meaning you are going to get absolutely nothing as opposed to the usual almost nothing. You can easily go 30 to 40 spins without a win however 2 winning spins in a row is almost impossible. A dreadful site that offers nothing to the customer except loss after loss. Definitely one to avoid unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

I opened a account for 1 Day and they blocked the account after wanting , Passport , Utilty bill and a selfie with Passport , I sent this over and recieved a email confirming I had passed all this and my account was ready to use . I tried to use my account and it was still blocked , I called custmer services and I was told they didnt know what it was , Sadly household name with Fred on the TV , But shocking online not half as good as Sky Bet Sadly .

Great, easy to navigate, and to find my intended bet. The only little gripe I have is the number of football leagues available, although pretty good, sometimes I cannot find a game I’m looking for. For example, yesterday (26.02.2023) in the Dutch Eerste Divisie, a game between Den Bosch and Den Haag, was not available. So, I had to look elsewhere on another website to find it. Overall though, a very good website.

As with many of the reviews on here I was not awarded my sign up bonus. When contacting betfred they told me I had not “claimed” the reward within 7 days of my first bet by “submitting documents” to the website. I did not receive any communication from betfred that this was an expectation so how am I supposed to know I was supposed to upload these “documents”. Ben told me he would not escalate the case to a manager and would not honour the sign up bonus. I was told that because I opened the account a few months ago, that I had not guessed that betfred should have contacted me regarding “documents” and therefore, I had not chased them up until now, they were unwilling to stand by the agreement. Have contacted complaints and will update with their response if I get one. Will continue to use skybet and bet365 who know how to run a successful bookmakers
