My son gambled all his wages and he’s only 17 he managed to use a old account that wasn’t used for years. And register his own card. Which he has the same name as my husband. And he didn’t even know the password. He used forgotten password every time and still they didn’t pick up on this. Great security system fair play.

AvoidI won some money a couple of days ago so withdrew, 24 hours later the money still wasn’t showing in Betfred’s banking withdrawals! I’ve now been blocked off the site and asked to send them id! They were happily taking my money without needing id but now I’ve won they aren’t paying…….. I sent plenty of id 24hours ago and still im blocked and my winnings haven’t hit my account Avoid this site

I write a review before Christmas, I was in a differnt part of the UK so I thought I’d try ine of the shops, it camt be as bad as the one in basingstoke as its the poorest bookmakers I’ve ever been in ( what you get when it’s run by kids) and it’s still the same dosent matter where you are in the UK all betfred shops are the same. Staff have no clue on wjat there doing, just there to pick up there wages, constantly on their phones,making up your bets payouts off the top of therir heads even if ypu proveit on a bet calculator, the poorest customer service I’ve ever had with a book maker. you then complain following all procedures ( betfred make ypu jump through several hoops to make it hard on purpose and you still get the same autated service ) clearly betfred do not care about their clientele, its a joke of a book maker. Best bet anyone can make is that betfred will be out of business within 10 years, they will still find a catch out of it.More for me giving betfred another chance, never again, there are so much betting companies out there then betfred! Betfred, you are a joke, the laughing stock of the betting industry.

Stay well away from their gaming sites, they are a complete and utter rip off. Betfred online. Deposit £21 and played off 21 spins at £1 stake wich did not give a win on any spin wich i find very unusual so i decided to speak with live chat and ask if they would offer me a good will refund to bonus credit. They said no because my withdrawal amounts over the months are larger than my deposits. I told them I don’t think it’s regulated and I wish to take it further could they please log my chat and there responce was “we have spoken to safer gambling and its best we close your account” more suspicion added. I don’t know how this casino have 3stars, you can’t win barely nothing. If you play slots like over 1pound per spin you never get a scatter on any game, if you play 60pence per spin you get a scatter between 20-50 pounds max. Had numerous scatter’s win 20pence and nothing at all. Played eye of horus 1pound per spin 68 spins had 1 pound win, played fish’n freezy the big catch 1.20-1.60 per spin around 100 spins no scatter no wins. Overall you deposit alot and you win nothing.

Betfred fails to safeguard customers then block your account. They say they are following UK gambelling pecedures but this is false. Take them to small claims court as many others are. Don’t give up!! Ibas and gambelling commission can’t get your money back but they can fine better. small claims court is the way to go

Stop playing at Betfred, they are scammers. They failed to protect me when i was vulnerable, they let you lose crazy amount of money then block you, they didn’t check if could afford losing the money. I already started a court case against them, Gambling Commission already fined them for that, and i have full support from them in court.Everyone that has been scammed or not beeing properly protected and not asked for affordability checks , should complain to gambling commission and take them to small claims court, if enough people do this, they will get their license revoked, as they already been fined a couple of times

Was allowed to open a second account with Betfred after my first account was closed. Was able to deposit over £5000 over a 2 week period without any verification or source of income. I have a gambling problem, I can admit that. The fact that Betfred allowed me to open a second account after the first one was shut I believe is criminal. I have since signed up to Gamstop. I will continue to make more and more noise about this until Betfred accept responsibility that I should never have been able to open a second account.

Goliath bet doesn’t work. 5p stake is too high as potential returns are high, but 4p stake is too low?? Impossible to place one on decent size odds Too many unnecessary bet types available App and website crashes far too often

I joined through an add, saying that you can get £20 bonus if you bet £10 on sports at odds greater than 2.0. They just want you in the system, to bet…after that no bonus, they had total amnesia!?Stay away…and their app features are crap, no cash out option during my live game. They want only your money…nothing to give back(like the bonus they advertise if you join Betfred). And something else, I don’t understand how a company which is earning millions/billions is not able to get a proper app and solve the log in issues. Misleading advertisingI’ve just registered with them and I’ve completed all steps that states on the welcome bonus offer but didn’t get my bonus. Contacted their costumer service once regarding this problem but when I’ve explained they said that I am not eligible for the welcome bonus without any other explanation and disconnected straight away. Awful customer service. I placed a £11.05 bet on Thursday 29th in the 12.20 @Limerick. For whatever reason,i was unable to view the raceI had a similar incident two years earlier when i staked a £100 bet on a race from Ireland;again for whatever the reason,i was unable to watch that race too.Prior to that race on the 29th at Limerick,i was able to watch and place bets on meetings from Kelso,and the Vaal in South Africa on the same day from the same provider,Racing TV without any issues.When i suggested a one off goodwill gesture,would you be able to refund my bet,i was greeted with a stern no and passed the buck onto the service provider,same as what happened two and a half years ago.They seemed disinterested in helping the customer,their agenda is profits before customer service and therefore going forward will take my business elsewhere whete they appreciate my custom and have more reliable feed of races

I won money, withdrew £60, thinking it had gone into my account, which I deposited the monies in from, only to be informed 2 days later that it hadn’t and betfred apparently couldn’t put it into that account, so transferred it into the betfred account, I don’t think this is a great way to do it as it encourages bigger gambling.
