A very boring selection of games in casino, and very low bonus payment on certain games as fishin’s frenzy 8 bonuses that paid £0.40, 1.20, 0.80, 3.20, 2.70, 0.00, 0,70, 4.40 in a row, i got the screenshot’s anyway and another game Dios Maradona 5 bonuses that calculated togheter paid £9.60 all on a £0.20 per spin.Awful and a waste of time and money.I played Age Of God i had like 300 spins without a single bonus.More like Age Of Thiefs along with these casinos ?

I won a simple double bet of 9/1 of £10 stake and to my amusement… they claimed that one of the games got abandoned in the 87th min with the scores at 1-1 lool (the bet was for two selections to draw). so they voided that selection. i asked for proof that the game was abandoned and there reply was “proof is online” which to the contray, shows the game infact finished 1-1. but what ever. i havent lost and i have gained the knowledge of not betting with them again. They are one of the few bookies i have come across that dont offer an automatic “cool off/ time out” period in an attempt to prevent customers from stopping so easily. end of the day… if you choose to play with them…. then what happens after that is on you.

I won some money and now they have closed my account and say they don’t need to tell me why haha what a joke ,avoid these theirs and you hardly ever win,even on bonus rounds you win like 1quid over and over again they are modern day scum bags

Betfred seems a perfectly satisfactory betting company. I just feel that the website isn’t that user friendly. I sometimes find I’m having to hunt around for specific items.

Absolute joke of a company. On quite a few occasions when picking up my winnings they offered me less than I was owed. It took the staff to phone up to rectify the situation and pay me what I was owed. They are chancers and on the rare occasions that you win you still get screwed. As I always get ripped off by this corrupt company I started to write down how many places they were giving e/w on my lucky 15. Lo and behold I came 4th at 100-1 on a race that said paying 4 places to be told they only paid 3 places. I asked for evidence as their tv board at the bookies clearly stated 4 places. Their response was “I doubt it as it was a handicap race”. The company is not only corrupt but totally ret arded. DO NOT USE THIS BETFRAUD

Actually surprised to see all the bad reviews on here, signed up a few years ago but had never played, recently started playing and have had some nice little wins (nothing major but had one of about £150). The only way to guarantee you’re not handing over your hard-earned is to either not sign up or self-exclude, given that the Freds won’t countenance a simple account closure by a customer. They like us to think it’s all our fault so self-exclusion it is.We are the ones with a problem, not the lovely Freds and their wholesome product.I have now self-excluded and couldn’t feel happier. My wife has been asked to send a photo of her bank card front and back to Betfred. As she did not feel safe doing this she asked betfred to withdraw a winning bet of £90 only to be told this cannot be done until she sends in the photos.We find this unbelievable keeping someone’s money and we would advise anyone not to deal with this company.

Just checking these reviews as I thought it was just my bad luck paying hundreds on slots with rarely bonuses and when you do it’s pittance..got 12 free spins on £1 bets and won 80p…seems to be the last few months this has been happening..closing my account. The poorest bookmaker on the market make the rules up as they go along, staff are rude in shop and online. In shop your winnings are never correct ( always short what a surprise ) even have to explain sometimes how to translate the bet , when you win “big” there’s always complications, staff always on there phones, when you log a complaint you will get the same automated reply everytime, they dont kisten to there ckients,the list continuesThis micky mouse bookmaker is a joke & has no honour.quick enough to take your money but never pays out, hence why ” fred” is a rich man

Has to be the slowest betting app out there, so frustrating . Always buffering, you can never claim your free bets or offers because it won’t allow you too.I just feel annoyed every time I use it. I must of spent over an hour trying to claim 5 spins. I complained and I got a response or at least I think I did but I can’t read the message because that buffers as well ?‍♂️So once I’ve claimed my free bets I’m leaving and going back to the betting apps that don’t take forever to log in and constantly buffers. Thomas h in live chat is so bad, reads what he wants but ignores the rest. Also very dodgy company to bet with. They post bets without revealing hidden cop outs then just hide behind terms and conditions when you “win” a bet but they have some hidden term they can use to not pay out. Like “your team didn’t lick a football” so you lose.Stay away from them at all costs as it will cost if you bet. Also they cannot cancel an open bet but can still keep the money and close your account. So basically they welcome stealing.

Terrible bookmaker.. the search for open bets and closed bets ect is time consuming and for a bookmaker to not make it easy to search for open or closed bets is pathetic.Very slow at settling world cup bets, 24 hours later and still waiting.. it really is pathetic.Odds are very poor on football matches.Withdrawals are the slowest of any bookmaker i know and they are also settling bets that have won as losers, for example argentina getting to the semi final has been settled as a loser.. it really is absurd.

I’ve used betfred for many years and through most of that I have enjoyed playing on the site, losses and wins were as expected but over the last few months I’ve noticed it is literally drinking my money, wins and bonus round rates seem to of plummeted compared to the past, even the amount of time my deposit lasts is pitiful, all the new games come in at average of 93/94 rtp compared to regular additions in the past thats a steep drop from 96 average and its not just me that’s noticed it, 2 of my friends that play regularly are saying the same thing, I’m very close to closing my account if things don’t improve, even the app hasn’t worked for months and website has slowed down, I’m not expecting to win often or huge amounts this is gambling after all but the general enjoyment factor to the site has vanished
