Just been in your shop in ashton Manchester which I do shopping every Sunday, just been in the shop, and every time.we go in we have to ask for the virtual racing paper, which they don’t have out, today we went on before we asked the bloke said its not been delivered and don’t put your bets on in the shop, very rude, I use betfred were I live and tge paper is always there and staff very helpful

Just started playing with betred and seriously not worth it, this is a cheating glitchy messed up fraudulent website. I put £20 on and played sapphire and rubies and when I tell you that the spins kept glitches I mean kept glitching. Be AWARE, oh and my account got restricted lol even though I won £53.27. I would like to say that I was with Skybet for years the change your prices after you pick one they are cheats.You are renowned for fair play and you are by far rhe best bookie but have a look at theSkybet set up theyhave the best set up than anybody easy to view screen, easy to bet .You could make yours better and easier to find things if you copied some of theirs

Always find Betfred good in the shops. always paid correct amount, which is not always the case with some others. Just opened online account as it is easier to use than 365. These are the best 2 online/shop IMO.

Their ability to stop me from gambling and identify a problem gambler is second to few.From a safeguard point of view, they track IP addresses / e-mails / location / cookies / mobiles / addresses / names etc…and make it absolutely impossible to bet with which is great for me as I have lost close to 900k in the last 15 years betting resulting in acute mental PTSD and complete isolation.

Scamlord betfred scamming like thief I joined, deposited the minimum amount and betted. It was stated in the promotion that the free bet will be credited 10 hours upon settling of the match. However, I have not received anything after that. I contacted their support but they said it was already claimed by someone using the registered address so this does not make sense i’m the only one living in the address, and to think that someone can just used whichever address they want just highlighted the fact that their verification process is not good.

These guys are probably the biggest legal thiefs in UK. I will procede to self exclude from all their shops after I self excluded from online 2 years ago. I m not believe that there is luck or unluck when a slot machine take 80-100£ in 10-20 minutes on minimum stake 0.20 ,or 0.25£ without to give nothing 20-30 hand in a row and if give a feature after you lost 70-80 or 100 it’s give you back 15-20£ or if you lost 30-40£ its give you back 4-5£. The real RTP is 5-10% for sure.

I held off making this review after I tried to make a complaint to customer services twice after being ripped off with winnings and abused by a guy called John Martyn in Huyton Village, Liverpool. Obviously I got totally ignored. I have never been treated so badly in my life.I got paid out a lot less than I was due. When I challenged I was told till is right until the right money was slammed on the counter an I was told I was a theif and to f#£k off out “his” shop. Asked for his and his cronie assistant name and was again told to gtf out! Luckily it was on the wall behind him. Ignored by phone ‘customer services’ took my details but never called back. Never again would I use this establishment and if the company treat customers like this I doubt it’ll be round long anyway.

Put a greyhound forecast doubles bet on 1/2 through the card, and it came up to the tune of £270, however when I went to claim it came up as a loser, it transpired that it was put through as 2/1 and they wouldn’t pay out , however I rang customer service and went through the meeting in question and they agreed that I was correct and payed out., my question is what would of happened to the money if it had come up 2/1 I would have been none the wiser

This company has never heard of cash collect unless its less than 50p. 120 spins with a chance of higher cash collect and not one cash collect. I joined last month and have been asked to send a copy of my passport, I don’t have one. A photo of me with my driving licence, and a recent utility bill ,,( I am paperless and pay everything by direct debit.Going back to ladbrokes where I don’t get any hassle.
