It’s a cheating site when you place a bet they still ask for an extra pound to view the race and even trying to place a bet is hard ,at times they wait till it’s over then show it but it to me that’s blatant cheating as they know the winners b4 any of the punters. I suffer from Tourette’s syndrome which ends up in the words to Customer helpless who instead of fkn sorry asking if I’m ok they bar me off there site I would urge anybody thinking of using this to think again

I have had a Betfred account for over 6 months now. They have always been solid with me and fair. I had received an e-mail offer that offered me up to $400 in freebets a month ago. I didn’t read the fine print that it was only for Arizona and not Colorado patrons (where I live). I went ahead and placed a $100 bet to activate the offer without having known that it wasn’t qualified for me per my location.After the bet settled, when I never received the freebets I gave their customer support center a call and was directed to their supervisor Eric.After carefully explaining my situation and sharing screenshots of the email with him, he made the decision to honor the promotion for me anyways and I was able to unlock all $400 in freebets from that promo after he manually honored them.I have bet with multiple sportsbooks, large and small and from my experience, few have been as reasonable with me as Eric and Betfred were given my situation.Trustworthy and fair service is the first thing that I look for when deciding whom I will bring my business to and I have to salute Betfred at having earned my trust in that regard after my situation.I highly recommend them if you are looking for a fair Sportsbook that won’t try to rob you in the fine print when running promos.Give them a try!

I use this site to play bingo, I like the layout and all the extra side games/slots, but there is far to many repeat winners and the slots are hard to win on and have a poor pay out. Havent really had any luck since I joined, but will continue using the site with small deposits for time being.

It was NLD . I me and my mate put few bets . Arsenal to win both score , arsenal to win , and Tottenham to win . It was 1 minute game time but they accepted our bets . Arsenal won 3:1 woman at the counter said bets are not valid and we can only be paid our money back for two bets . !!!!! This is how this companies treading us ! Mafia

Awful customer service, closed by account without informing me while live sports bets playing. Louis was unable to tell me why my account was closed and unable to provide any information on open bets and then proceeded to pretend he couldn’t hear me to hang up on myself

I followed a link to this website after reading a promo about free credit.Well I don’t bet usually, this was me thinking I had found a little earner. Stupidly.Then once I had deposited the credit required to receive the promo I was told I needed to have spent my deposit on 1 bet.This is enough to remind me why I shouldn’t of dipped my toe in the 1st time.

When you try to put money into account to place bets takes so long send email with code etc just give up that’s why haven’t be on your site for some time just like to put in expires date then last three digits on back of card. You have date of experience it is all the time. Last time tired to go on about 21/9/2022

not a bad site and overall pretty satisfied with it. Beware though, Paypal withdrawals take up to/over a day and shows nowhere on your profile that you’ve actually withdrew any money until you get it.. all my withdrawals have gone through with no problem tho, just takes a while. A ‘pending withdrawal’ notification or something would be nice so you could at least see that you’ve made a withdrawal.
