Free bet joining bonus just states deposit 10 within 7 days and bet 10 to get the bonus. Doesn’t say first bet. Customer service rubbish.

People seriously, listen to me, 90% of these positive reviews are betfred.I promise you with all my heart. Stay away from betfred, there games and livecasino are the most fraudulent online. Played on hot drops slot machine. Changed the stake to 40p and span 1/2 a dozen times and won 36p. Checked balance – still £14.90 left game went to another slot and had no money left. Went to transaction history and saw it had taken £2 a spin. Went to chat and they gave the company line of – you didn’t change it there’s nothing we can do. Went to put a bet on for my neighbour on the golf as he can’t get there himself . Gave him the slip with the odds on which was 50/1 . He wasn’t too happy as on oddschecker it was showing as 80/1 so a 30 points difference . Rang customer services and they said it was correct but at no time on oddschecker history had he been 50/1 only 80/1 . Was told the price in shops sometimes differ from Betred onoddschecker ( what by 30 points ! ) . This firm deserve all the bad press they get and are the worse of all the bookmakers . AVOID !

After I deposited £1600, I had earned several bonuses, acquired thousaands of comp point and reached high levels in certain games. However, shortly after finished my wagering, my accout was blocked permanantly as part of the Responisble Gambling project!? I queried this with BetFred, as this is quite evidently illegal. If you opt-in to bonuses and meet the terms and conditions promoted, then they have to compensate you, jhowever BetFred took my money and ran. They refuse to work with me and reimburse me, so in my case legal action us required. It’s infortunate that there are brands out there that are this fraudulent. DON’T BETFRED!

They make up these so called promotions but fail to settle the bet properly and you then have to wait 4 days despite their own staff 3 times telling you that the bet stake should be refunded no member of staff is competent enough to deal with it and in the end when it was finally refunded the email they promised to advise me on the matter never came

Popped into my nearest Town Centre and was having a few bets in Bet Freds . Always no.4 on tge Virtual Horses. After about 10 or so had a 12/1 winner. Went to get paid was told i put it on 3 sec to late. I gave tge Bet in time but the young lady had ti do some URGENT stapling first. Her glee at not paying out plus her attitude was poor. I was polite and left the shop after coincidence of when i put a bet on after that my change was given in £1 coins. I slept on it and re visited Sunday Morning and the same young lady was on duty , i asked for a contact number for an Area Manager , she said 2 words , Customer Services , i asked fir tge number , she reluctantly wrote it down. I gave them a call when i got home only to be told i need the reciept number of the bet. So another trip into Town awaits.
