Absolute joke Rarely ever gamble but when I do I wager quite a bit of my money. Never get good service. Online is an absolute joke aswell. I worked at William Hill for 2 years and this company should be ashamed of calling themselves a betting office.

Do not open account with these cowboys. I have opened an account and within 3 days they have settled two bets wrong and now i cannot deposit because its a fault on the website. I am number 59 in the queue to talk to customer services so i will not hold my breath... avoid these... there are many better websites to use.

Exclusion period ended so I registered an account. Betfred closed the account took my deposit and refused to give me access and my funds back. They say they can do whatever they want and do not have to give any reason why. Their terms do not support their claims.Staff are rude, abusive and homophobic.

Gone to log in to it said to contact Betfred so I did and the bloke on chat told me I was banned and that’s final. Now, I assume that’s because I withdrew a big balance but what annoys me is they had no issues taking money from me but as soon as I get a bit back they’ve banned me ? nice one
