Almost as bad as Midnite Bet. No interest in taking proper bets, simply encouraging people to play their games and waste money on their novelty bets. What has this to do with being a bookmaker?

In the shop they boost favourites for 6% of the punters the rest get no boosts. They bang on about being higher than hills corals paddy power etc yet betfred boosts a favourite. Paddy power in shop or on line if you do the outsider its boosted. Mo salah to score any time 1/6 fred boost 1/3 paddy power Evens a proper boost.Also 90% of shops settle my bets wrong as if we did a breakdown of all bets i would make management diretcors ceo look silly.But the staff. Are great in the shop i go to but they are the lowest paid in the industry and they don’t get full sick pay.Also the idiots who talk as commentators a virtual double boosted worth a fiver or tenner lolI worked in the industry 1988-1992 and earned more full time as a boardmarker than a manager of a shop gets now. I was warned not to use Betfred. Unfortunately I had to find out for myself. Now I am waiting for a IBAS decision and have reported them to the Gambling Commission. It will be of no surprise that I suggest you stay clear or find out the hard way like myself.

Same review as a lot of others it now seems. A complete sham of a company stay well clear and use Virgin or Paddy Power. Deposited my £10 but they wouldn’t honour the promotion of £50 in free bets regardless of what I sent them. Just suspended then closed my account. Repercussions will follow

Constantly spending my valuable time talking to chat, system errors, mistakes, the lot. Unprofessional company with no care for customers. I had made a successful deposit of £300 which hadn’t been reflected on my account. After 45 minutes of waiting for a response from their “live” chat, I was advised this would be escalated to the payments team who would respond in an unspecified timeframe. Following this, I receive an email to advise my account has been blocked pending reviews due to a previous self-exclusion I had which ended months ago. Still no update on my £300 either.
