Betfred allows customers who have self excluded and have gambling problems to open 2nd accounts and waste further money.
Great place to come if you are already self excluded and want another dabble at giving them your money because they will quite happily let you open a 2nd account.

Signed up to do the grande nantional last weekend on the £10 get £30 free bets…… wouldnt let me log in with my user name/password sent for new password etc phoned them up And now they have cancelled my account with them with no reason given. Today I tried to login to my account after just 10 minutes after deposited 15 pounds for my Irish lottery, then low and behold can't sigh back in saying my login details are wrong and my email is wrong even though that's the email they use to contact me, what a pain they do this a lot and then tell you it's a system error, yeah right I want money back

Exactly the same as a guy on here signed up for the bet £10 get £30 free bet phoned up the customer service to see how it worked he said bet your £10 and the 30 will appear in your account within 24 hrs anyway it wasnt in 2 days later so I phoned back to see what was happening they said I didn't qualify because I bet £5 and £5 in the same race I had to bet ALL of the £10 in 1 go it's in the small print…..con artists done me once wont get another dime bet 365 miles better get freebies all the time

Opened acount place £10 an receive £30 free bets placed a £10 bet on grand national said free bets would be sent within 11hours never got them phoned them today to be told if I'd read the terms and conditions it stated that it could no guarantee to honour the free £30 bets but only on national day total disgrace they took my £10 the pulled my pants down why offer what they have no intention of giving won't be using these scammers again.

It was an amazingly close decision believe you me when it came to rating these, ( ahead of skybet and Unibet ) for a top 3 position in my corrupt league of bookmakers, ( cough, cough ) sorry accountants, behind Boylesports and Betway. But because this company have such a greedy, unscrupulous and an immoral dog t**d of an owner, they just had to be in there. His history of welshing on paying out on winning bets is bad enough, but then you factor in the usual restrictions after about 4 bets ( your always ok for casino though ) and shop cahiers having to ring through any wager over 50p, well you kind of get my drift. Horrible business run by a ****, !!!! enough said.

I'm trying to update my password as requested by betfred every 9 months. Problem is that when I do it, then get a pop up saying that it's a success, I log in only to get another msg telling me to update my password. I'm now on my 4th attempt. Absolutely useless online company.

Signed up to get 100 free spins promo. It was supposed to be instantly credited after a £10 deposit. After 4 days and depositing £100 I finally got my free spins.
I have since tried to withdraw money via PayPal, taken nearly 3 days so far and no sign of it yet! Most other bookies PayPal is within an hour or 2 at most. I've gone on their help/contact us section and I'm always about 60+ in a queue and the queue goes down at a rate of 1 every 5-6 min. So I never get to speak to anyone.
Most of the slot/Vegas games don't pay out as much as other sites (in my opinion) could just be I've been exceptionally unlucky on Betfred. But so far I'm not impressed with them

I gave them ago, slots are poor quality the rtp is supposed to be displayed so the person playing it knows the payout % with Betfred they dont show it, you log in a pop up window comes " please top up your account balance is low" maybe i want to look at odds there is a thing called responsible gambling how about the only bookies do there bit and stop these prompts. Sign up offers are terrible i signed up and only to find out after i signed up and deposited i can't have promotion because i paid with PayPal this is rediclous as PayPal uses debit card to make payments its a bit of a con. So i am new customer deposited £10 I always start low to try out the slots I couldn't even play the slots, i kept getting a message "internal error" ( i lost count how many times i got this message) so i gave up withdrew my £10 to the source i deposited it with my PayPal it said you withdrawal will take 7 days " 7 days is rediclous other sites its there in 4 hours" today i thought lets give betfred another go another chance. I "tried" to log in several times i reset my password then tried again only to receive a message incorrect username and password Betfred sent me a temporary password how can it be incorrect this happened 5 times! I knew i registered but betfred wasn't excepting there own temporary password so i tried to sign up with my secondary email address this works i got access i searched the site to see if i could chat to someone about my issue same as ever covid is to blame. I thought i would try again in a few hours only to be confronted with the same issue as before. Worst betting site i have ever tried to use.

I honestly would give this a 0 star if possible. I currently manage and would be ashamed is any of my staff were to act the way customer service do at betfred. I asked the gent on chat after he gave me a blanket policy approach if I could speak to his senior to which he said we don’t allow that, I than asked his name to which he replied “you can see it on chat” I’d upload the screen shot if I could as this was one of those occasions you’d have to see it
