Unlucky betfred! Waiting on hold for 50 mins allows me to type a review explaining why, after thirteen years,im deleting your app. Every aspect of the site works except the withdrawals, no live chat yet a live chat questionaire, no email replies in years, nothing but classical music when you telephone, hence no longer a customer of betfred. Covid after nine months is a pathetic excuse, they will simply let you down whenever you need them Bet365, paddypower and betfair for me.

I signed up, received a welcome email and a "fully verified" email, played a few pounds. Went to log in an hour later and I get a message to call customer service as there is a problem. I can't get through and they ignored my email. They seem to have stolen my money. Be aware. I had no idea companies could do this. Guess I am naive.

I have played a few different online casinos, I only play the slots, Betfred has a great choice of games and I like the fact they are always adding new games, I found bonus rounds are hard to hit but once you get bonus they pay well unlike other casinos where I’ve spend £100-£800 on £1/£2 spins to hit a bonus that pays less than £100 I’ve had a few £500 hits from here, although my account is down compared to deposits I am comfortable with my loss which is around £500 over 3 months I’ve been playing.. in reality your paying for entertainment and if you win it’s a bonus, so why am I leaving a poor rating ? Well, it's been like that since March. Surely you would have been able to avoid unnecessary delays on chat support given that nothing has changed since the start of the pandemic! Also wan't credited with the free bets.

The twister games are rigged and definitely bots playing as there were numerous strange plays with awful plays getting maximum rewards! They have to be rigged in order to meet the guarentees for the tournaments, ie need the rebuys! UK gaming commision are you receiving back handlers, sort this out! Big kiss

when you withdraw your first win in my case it was 3 months after I joined they will send you emails asking if your gambling responsibly . they then froze my account for a week so I could not play. I have never experienced this on any other sites. Freezing my account because I won lol. they were fine when i was depositing they had no complaints .Steer well clear they are by far the worst. I closed my account with them for good. week later they sent me an email saying they are closing my account. hahaha funny stuff.

Betfred decided to split a £390.00 withdrawl into two separate bank cards. One taking a day later than the other. Cancelling my account with them after this review. Didn't receive the promised welcome bonus, no free spins and no free bets unlike their competitors when I am betting with them. This guy who won 1.7 million and wasn't paid out I feel for, their terms and conditions will say they arent responsible for paying out when theres a "glitch" but noone can have confidence in a company that has such a glitch!!! betfred are dead to me!.

It's going to the High court on 19th Nov 2020 and surely Betfred are in danger of losing their gambling licence if the case goes against them, as it surely must. The lesson is: avoid Betfred at all costs and close any accounts you have with them, and don't use their betting shops. It could happen to YOU! (Incidentally, in 2012 a Ladbrokes punter won £2.6 million on their online casino for 0.25p and was paid out gladly by Ladbrokes with their best wishes.)
