Used in past.stopped due to poor website and poor betmax offerings. They are welchers as they diddled a 'winner' out of his winning payment of 1.7million. First they congratulated him then they said due to a system glitch ( rubbish website ) they cannot pay him. Do not use these cheats – if you win you lose !

Very disappointing. I got 5 deluxe jackpot reels in a row. this gave me the potential to win a progressive jackpot that was at around £3,000,000.
After getting 5 jackpot reels in a row I then had to participate in a mini-game. At that point I knew I wasn't going to get the full jackpot at all but thought I'd be onto something big. But guess how much I won? £3.60.
You can say what you want about gambling and probability but that to me is just misleading advertisement.

Previous to this happening, I didn't even look out for Jackpot reels because they seem to only pop up every now and then, and when they did, it was only one or two of them instead of the required five. So, you can imagine my shock when I got 5 reels in a row.

This has put me off Slots for good. The chances of winning big now seem totally unattainable even when you get the required reels.

Do yourself a favour and don't touch these shysters with a barge pole. I did a little small-scale betting and won a small amount of money. The next minute I was barred from all future promotions. When I tried to log on the next day I was barred. A phone call to customer services (that's a joke) revealed my account had been cancelled – without even the courtesy of an email – and an outstanding free bet would not be honoured.
Shameful experience by a scummy company – perfectly summed up the the complete gruff roughness of one of the rudest individuals, Micheal, your going to come across in so-called customer services.

Horrific site and even worse customer service. On average takes about an hour to get through on live chat and when you do be prepared to wait even longer as the agent is talking to about ten people at once…. As previous review states, inconsiderate money grabbers. Funny how the free bets you’re given for the virtual football result in you winning, then when you bet actual money every single time you place a bet something dodgy happens and you lose. Luckily I only lost £50 which is irritating but not life-changing, but I urge anyone with addictions or anyone tempted by the offers they provide to think before doing so. It’s a rigged process and you will lose money. I’ve learnt my lesson the hard way and will be staying clear of Betfred permanently. Incentivise you to bet as much as possible and don’t care about the consequences it has on their customers. Sooner they’re in the gutter the better.

I got my free bet for 10 days (days 7) but when I called and asked why the £30 was removed i was advised the promotion ends after 7 days. The promotion itself was given to me for 10 days and they turned it off when I logged into use it. I called and used the live chat service and Alisha was the rudest person I’ve ever spoken to, if you can leave the promotion for 10 days but when I ask why it was removed on the 10th day you tell me it’s my responsibility to use it before the 7 days expire, how does that make any sense. Wouldn’t recommend using them.

I'm a regular customer on betfred at Dean Street Ka3 and living at the same place , and I've got a fobia of dog's and when I'm going to a shop I'm expecting members of staff and some customers, i don't see the point of allowing dog's in public shops, because they're owners are with more attention on gambling and ignoring the dog's, is been happening change my mind and turn back home without making any bets just please the dogs…

thought I'd give it one last go. Still a total scam. £600 on £1 spins on slots I won 5 bonus games. 2 of them I won £0 yes £0! The other 3 bonus games I won between £8 and £13! pure joke, DO NOT give this company any Money, there promotion is a con, opened an account deposited £20 and placed a £1 bet before putting a £10 bet on to qualify for the bonus advertised. No bonus as I placed the £1 bet 1st, customer service not interested and no bonus offerd, account closed, also the site is rubbish, cash out rubbish, layout rubbish, can not track you bets in play, use Sky Bet if you want a good site to bet on.

Hi I received promotion message that said if I deposit 20 pound I'll get 5 golden chip, so I thought I'll give it a go but when I spend my 20 I was looking for the 5 golden chip but I can't find anywhere, when I contacted the customer service the advisor told me I'm not eligible for the offer it's only for new customer.
