Not impressed by there sign up service, didnt ctedit me my free bets then locked me out of my account. Not a userfriendly experience.

Please don't waste your time and money with these con artists! Awful experience with betfred. Make a complaint and you get your account closed. Absolute joke of a company! If i could give 0 stars i would!

Terrible: crashed game, no solution. I was playing break the bank again when the game crashed around the spin 200 – how convenient… Received a message to close the game and re-open it from the lobby, starting a new one. So all lost.
Customer support was rude and slow, after a while they told me they couldn't find any anomaly and refused to send the question to their IT department t further investigation.
When requesting to contact a supervisor, the first CS, Josh, closed the chat without even replying to that, the second CS, Chloe, said that a supervisor wouldn't speak to me.

So they took the money, delivered a defective product and didn't even bother to send the question to their IT department.

I'm not a big gambler, but if you are and don't want to have this happening, choose a reliable casino with decent customer service. I wish I had seen that they are blacklisted by The Pogg before I joined, this was my second visit and very unpleasant.

This was one of the best betting places before the roulette come down to a £2 max bet, from there on is just a robbery all the day long, odds on slot machines are just a scam, is one more place with a licence to rob, nothing more, they have the licence to steal People, but you are arrested and persecuted, if you do it, modern world. Figures. Shameful regulators who are bought by money so they get a blind eye to this situation.

Not impressed with their advertised free bet, advertise 10 hours after the qualifying bet is settled you will have your £30 free bet, except after 11 hours they tell me to send an SMS with a code to a number. I do this and wait 2 hours, nothing, so I contact them and they tell me oh the SMS verification will take 24 hours more, what? well, there goes my Bank Holiday betting fun. Nevermind BetFred, will trott off elsewhere.

app useless site useless…. account is locked out every time i log in even know my details are correct. verified my account only to get logged in and it want me to manually verify.. betfred are a joke. take you're money else where.

I had a problem with money going missing. It may have been Betfred's fault, or it may have been a problem with the bank. I used the chat help on their site. I was polite and respectful… unfortunately neither of the staff I spoke to were. The first one tried to fob me off, and pass the buck without offer a solution. The second one… omg… After failing to actually read what I'd read, or talk to me in a professional manner, I gave up, politely thanked him, or her for their time… and was told to "F*** off". I'm an experienced call centre operative. Betfred's costumer service standards standards are so low, that they might as well close their service centre. I will be sticking to B365 in future, their customer service, which I've used several times, is excellent… and their odds are far better. ONLY MUGS BET AT BETFRED.

I'd give 0 stars if possible online betting biggest pile of rubbish out there. I've bet 100 on tennis match to be told I cant watch it as I need a 1 pence balance. Funny enough minimum deposit is 5 pounds total con. So I've given them 100 quid paying customer am I not yet I'm not allowed to watch live tennis on website because I dont have 1 pence balance. BIGGEST LOAD OF CON ARTISTS ONLINE BETTING. Add that to the robotic clowns who are live chat utter useless they dont deserve to have a job

Betfred supposed be very happy about this 2 stars. They have nice offer but that’s it. This is one good thing I can say about this selfish company. They don’t care about user at all. I don’t put insane amount of cash there but still have for now(meybe 2 months after I register) I have 900 comp points it means I wager +/- £9000…. they have some promotion I mean descent amount, but even on promotion they act like a sly dog who wants only take, I saw they always remove promo from everywhere when it’s time to claim and even if i know about it i have always problem with finding and cłami my bonus… I’m pretty sure because of this thousands user don’t use it. This is one of many, many problems with this company… for example, probably if You read reviews about Betfred You saw, user complain about employers or website kicking they out from live chat when they need something-100% truth, when You write about nothing important everything it’s fine. Situation from 5min ago, I open poker app from them 1st time and after I convert cash for chips and finish playing, I have message about mission I finish, there was Reward for me -10 free chips for AotG… and what? I can’t use it xD because I must play this spins on a desktop but I dont have any with me, so i write to them with question „it is any possibility i can use it because i dont have desktop” answer: „so You cant be able use it”- THATS IT…. to someone who give You funds for living… not twice on other casino I don’t even finish my question about free spins and staff send me message “i just add x spins to Your account”…. Really poor. Placed an in-play bet using the app, had the bet confirmed as placed and my betting balance decreased by the same amount as the bet I had placed. Come back at the end of the game having won the bet and surprise surprise, the bet is nowhere to be seen and my balance is back to where it was before the bet. Speak to the live chat people who obviously think I’m just trying to scam them and say there is nothing that they can do. No offer of a gesture of goodwill e.g. a small value free bet, free spins. Nothing. Following which they simply close the chat down as they don’t want to talk to me anymore. Poor quality app with obvious glitches and poor customer service. Will be drawing all money out and moving elsewhere. AVOID.

How about this for a shocker. Date 13 August 19

Visited a bet fred shop in Cardiff just off splot rd 1 cashier on the premises who was outside smoking a cigarette. Now theres 2 customers in shop 1 pacing trying 2 get a bet on the other customer is playing on the machine and my good self. I now also wanted to place a bet so I called him and told him come on mate I wanna get a bet on.

So he returned to the shop I got my bet on he was very polite just obviously not concerned about the security of the shop or indeed that customers wanted to place a bet.

The last straw for me was when I went to bet on a greyhound race to find that the afternoon greyhound racing card was still up and the night card was nowhere in shop.

A truly shocking customer experience. I left the shop and went to Ladbrokes around the corner.

So it’s grand national day, I deposit money in my account and due to it being busy (Apparently) they kept taking the payment out my bank account multiple times until it was empty so the bank refused all the other attempts, luckily I don’t use my main bank account online. I did receive my money back 5 days later but it’s not the point as I could have needed that money for food and went hungry for the five days as I am sure many of there customers would have.
Over the last 16 years I have regularly won amounts up to £5000 and the shops can never pay out, even £500 you wait for the time lock on the safe, over £1000 it’s normally not paid until the next day apart from the rare Saturday.
I have been very generous with 3 stars as I do like the app but you need better customer service advisors and to keep more cash in your shops.

Betfred has a very good website that is easy to use and you can count on them to offer very good odds although I must say that some days are better than others. It is very easy to make withdrawals as well as deposits. All these are great but I would not be doing them any justice if I don’t mention how great the customer service is, had an issue one time and they helped me fix it.

I was playing on a casino machine on betfred and I was playing on highest stakes…the bonus dropped in…garentueed a food payout! But the machine suddenly stops working? Just totally freezes right at the time I was winning…after a few days they said they would give me 25 pound. That win would of been at least a few hundred. Quite bad from management and customer service…and if the machine was not a fix and it is broke…howcome is not out of order…its basically theft.

Betfred is a really good bookmaker with a cool site. Truth be told, there are some days where odds provided for games are way better than the ones placed on other days and this is dependent on the kind of games you bet on. they have an terrific customer service provision. I once had an issue with making withdrawals so I contacted the customer service and I got a positive feedback.
