i have to say, this is the most embarrassing amateur slot casino i have ever played on…such a messy casino with garbage games with garbage RTPs… the games on this platform do not pay out and purely siphon your cash.i play a lot of slots, i wasted 4 hours on this platform and lost £600. extremely poor payouts, poor bonuses, poor features…. it was that bad i found myself chuckling lolanyway lesson learnt, wanted more variety in my play/providers but deffo wont be making that mistake again4 hours of my life i’ll never get back :((( should have realised sooner

poor service the site was good tbh but they messed me about with regards to a bonus they added £50 then took it off , saying i already had it. I did have it but the agent barry misunderstood my original question which annoyed me more than anything. Anyway i closed my account out of frustration. Tip get your advisors to pay attention when typing and to check records etc correctly.

Absolutely disgusting disgrace site. Placed a bet on a horse race, took over an hour after race had finished still didn’t payout winnings. Went to login to my account and they had closed account with no reason whatsoever. Went on chat to ask about getting my money paid into my bank account, told them that my old card I used to deposit with was no longer available, yet they still been trying to put funds onto old card that’s not available. Provided bank account number and sort code like they requested, still no payment received. Went into live chat in regards to this and get a absolute rude host Dan deliberately cutting off the chat and ignoring messages. My advice stay far away from this disgraceful site!!! Don’t even deserve a one star.

Used several online casino sites in the last 5 years and this one is the WORST for returns. Play for long enough and you start to notice patterns. Yes gambling is a game of chance but as a pretty savvy gambler I have definitely noticed the odds are are stacked against players on their table games.
