15 hours + to settle a bet that was clearly a void and I then had to contact customer services, where I had the misfortune of speaking to ‘Stuart’ who just acknowledged we are having issues with settling bets atm it’s something were working on, please avoid – use to be good, service now shocking.

I opened an account last week and deposited £50,had the one bet which took my account up to £68-52p then after the bet was struck i was asked to upload all relevant details including bank card, driving licence etc which i did.I then tried to withdraw some of my winnings only to find i couldn’t due to my account being”suspended”.After many,many emails to BetGoodwin asking why i cannot withdraw”My Money”and including a formal complaint i have up to now have had just the one reply to say my complaint had been received and would be investigated.My account still shows a balance of £68-52p but i am still unable to wager or withdraw”My Money”.This by far is the worst online betting firm i have ever dealt with and as soon as i receive”My Money”i will close my account.Just incase someone at BetGoodwin does read these reviews i have been in touch with Resolver and the Gambling Commission regarding the way i have been treated and hopefully they will prompt your company to get it’s house in order.

Really poor mis leading service.Have an Acca insurance promotion in the terms says “ a minimum 5 legs with 1.4 odds “ so I do a six fold 5 of them above 1.4 as per the terms and one more 1.25 making it even more unlikely agent says “ all “ have to be above 1.4 doesn’t say that in the terms deliberately misleading and would not recommend this site to anyone making up terms to exclude you for promotions as they go along. Do not play on the casino. The dealer either has blackjack or 20 every hand. Even if you get a good hand you’ll be beaten. You’d be better off throwing your money down the drain

I have been using BetGoodwin for a few days now, was impressed with their offerings and slick layout of the website. Had a good win tonight so decided to withdraw some of my funds, within 10 minutes my account was suspended and withdrawal declined. Received an email requesting ID/bank statement and picture of my card.. Sent these within 10mins but my account is still suspended. Alarm bells are ringing I hate bookmakers that request documents as soon as you want to withdraw. These should be asked for during the registration process if they are unable to verify you automatically. Withholding customers funds for documents that you could of asked for before is disgraceful behaviour. They’ll reply to this stating they need to do this as part of their ‘AML’ requirements. Funny how its only a requirement when the customer wants some of their money withdrawn.. Edit – Reached out to the live chat and they told me it can take upto 72hours to verify my documents.. So it takes 4 minutes to decline my withdrawal but 72hours to verify my documents hmmmm

I previously gave BetGoodwin a good review but following recent experiences I would tell people to disregard.I recently had to contact BetGoodwin to make them aware that in contrast to their own rules they had settled a first goalscorer bet as a looser when the first goal had been scored before the FGS bet had even come on. They eventually voided the stake and generously provided a £1 free bet as an apology whilst it isn’t about the money it’s both embarrassing that betgoodwin need members of the public to contact them about their own rules in regards to betting.

have never used this site but I felt compelled to do it amongst other actions so to warn others.My cousin attempted suicide a few days ago due to a gambling addiction and as a family we knew nothing.This company is one of many where he lost over £150,000 since 2022 after being sectioned for PTSD.He came out and proceeded to lose everything and we didn’t even know he had split from his partner,lost access to his kids and been in a clinic after jumping off his balcony after losses.We have discovered this company amongst many others in the UK appears on his bank statement even though he has joined a GameStop service.Please be warned that there is no limit to what these companies will allow you to bet and he was able to bet without issues after self excluding.His bank statements are insane with the amount of transactions over many months.If you know of anything we can do to find out who regulates these companies and how to do something ,please advise in a comment – it would mean a lot.

Their sign up offer is “get 50% back on your net losses”. Signed up, placed a couple bets and lost all of them, all in all I lost £50 first day. Also lost £100 doing their Casino sign up offer (Silly me.)Next day I log in to place my consolation £25 free bet and they’ve gone and permabanned me. Reason? No. This was so comical I couldn’t help but laugh. As for their reasons I will let your imagination take care of that.Pleading with chat support a benevolent worker took pity on me and allowed me to quickly place my £25 free bet before permanently locking my account.Of course for some reason bookies can legally just ban you and give you no reason. Usually they use this to their advantage to ban anyone who isn’t a hopelessly addicted mug who they can squeeze out of their last pennies. But weirdly that’s probably exactly what I must have looked like to them so why they decided to get rid of me is a mystery.Guess we’ll never know.
