Only use this for horse racing. Best odds is a huge plus as a lot don’t offer this. No issues withdrawing with having to show pointless documents like some apps and withdrawals are pretty much instant. Have had the odd time where I have tried to watch for example at lingfield, and there is no stream option for every race for the whole card, but they will show a random race in Brazil. Not sure if that’s a bug, but can be slightly annoying. Also, on some races there will be place markets, but others there aren’t. I assume it’s a bug as I have seen races with fewer horses offer 3 places, but big fields offer no option to place. Lastly, you don’t show some racetracks. For example, I want to bet in Australia, and for some reason there are only 3 tracks to bet on, but there’s actually 6 in total running.Easy to use and would recommend this app. If those three things were fixed, I’d give 5 stars.

I really enjoyed the variety of games available and the market selection on betting is also very good. I enjoyed the promotions, while they were offered.Like many other people I try to take advantage of the offers as often as I can, however, as with other betting sites, if you use the offers, your account get restricted, which seems backwards to me. Why are you offering promotions to people then restrict them when they use them.

I have been a customer for over a year, having staked significant amounts with this firm, across various sports markets. Customer service is woeful, and despite high spends, received next to zero loyalty bonuses during this time.Goalposts are constantly changing – best odds guaranteed being reduced to £100 max benefit, and then £0 a week or so later. The logic given was bizarre, and certainly does not explain a further change to £0.Shortly afterwards, my stake sizes started to be arbitrarily limited, once again with no communication whatsoever.It was interesting to see a different review below, claiming this is a ‘good old fashioned bookmaker’. My experience is nothing of the sort – no courtesy, no customer relationship, and much more like a modern, spineless, casino type company. I would question the authenticity of some of these reviews, given the polar opposite of my experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

This so-called casino is the most rigged and unfair platform I’ve ever experienced for slot games. The return rates are shockingly low, with practically no features or bonuses to speak of. I recently spent 40 minutes and hundreds spins on a particular slot, only to finally trigger a bonus that paid a measly £1.03—just a 5x return on my bet. The randomness and return-to-player (RTP) percentages advertised here feel non-existent. I was also streaming during my play, so many others witnessed this disappointing experience. Do yourself a favour and avoid this site; almost any other casino offers better chances and a more honest experience. Don’t trust the 5 star reviews they are more than likely fake, the 1 star reviews are the real deal.

Bet Goodwin is very picky in what reviews they reply to, what I do know about them is they are greedy and care about nobody but money, they also hate it when you share your bad experiences on other social media platforms, hence why they share button is there for you to do this, always share your views, and always contact the gambling commission if you feel hard done by , dont threaten , do it

Not bet for a while, went on and limited to £1.50. When using it the display is terrible often has the wrong score or the score displayed strange which can mess up what market you are backing so be sure to check your betslip. App very slow. Table tennis matches displayed in a random order
