Got offer of 2 free bets one specifically for UCL final and one for any sports bet, went to place a bet on UCL final and only let me use the any sports bet free bet. Then tried to place another bet on ucl with the ucl free bet and unable to as only one free bet per event.

Please avoid this betting account betbuilders are very low odds up to the likes of bet365 skybet etc and also very limited to what you can get on , a lot of issues weekly and I placed a bet on here on first half goals they void part of the bet and after the outcome has be resulted changed from void to lost after speaking to a manager on email and live chat apparently they are aloud to do this and unvoid the section after the outcome has already happened to what suits them best please avoid

Still not taking any responsibility to their social responsibilities failure. Betgoodwin look at the sars report mismatch so why would you allow a customer who’s failed the proper checks to carry on depositing. If you carried out he sufficient aml checks as you stated you did twice you would of picked this up. You are obviously not following ukgc guidelines and just making up your own terms as it suits. Why are you limiting the amount of money one can bet on a single horse bet. I’m not talking thousands or hundreds. You are only allowing £26.33 on a 12/1 chance. You may as well call yourselves mickey mouse bookies.

Claims they run proper aml checks. Failed to notice the duplicate account even though name was same, DOB, card details all the same. If they run two as thy apparently did wouldn’t they of picked this up. The sars present mismatch details. Why was this not picked up sooner. Where is the social responsibilities as per ukgc guidance? I have taken this company to court! For failing to follow the correct procedures in the responsible gambling act. The hearing will be booked very soon as the last steps are completed my end. The casino still hasn’t sent me their evidence. Today they have threatened to take me to court for funds they are having to spend on my case vs them. A single dad of three kids and out of work. Great company. I will not take their offer and I will fight this case to the very last day of the hearing. I will keep everyone updated on the case and when the hearing is booked.

I opened the account has they were putting adverts round greyhound tracks but I don’t understand why as they never offer prices on daily graded races, just want you to be a mug and bet at the grossly unfair contrived computer SP at 127%.
