Betgoodwin Review

This company are seriously corrupt, because I won a few hundred pounds over the last few weeks they began freezing and removing their prices for the last 6-7 minutes of football matches which they falsely claim to be in-play markets. Then yesterday 18/3/24 they suspend my account with them one minute after I deposit £265.03 with them under the pathetic pretence of account verification. They then send me emails calling me Kevin which is not my name by the way, they then limit my account to under £10.00 per day these cowards are not bookmakers they are clowns. So I immediately withdrew my balance and immediately deposited it with a larger grown up company who understand what legitimate gambling means and do not constantly freeze their screens in obvious attempts to cheat members of the public out of their cash. I opened up an account and deposited money,had a few bets,then had a shot at the casino, I won some money, as you do when you first start,but withdrew £130, and it was in my account 2 hours later,I’ve played in a lot of sites, and this site seems to be fair,long may it continue, no problems at all

Used ‘create a bet’ on Liverpool / Man City. 6 picks. Salah didn’t start, so the selection was made void and my 6 pick bet was amended to 5 picks. Watched the game live and all 5 selections came in.After full time, the bet was made void and stake returned. Initially told by rep that the whole bet should be void from the start and that it should not have stood. However, this wasn’t the case and as I watched the match live, the bet remained active and selections were marked as ‘won’ as they came in (eg: corners won etc…). Obviously, I was expecting winnings to be paid, albeit to an amended lower price.Dan referred this to the traders and mgt who said that they should void the bet but in this instance they were going to honour it as they had left it active. I feel this is absolutely the right thing to due to the bet being kept ‘live’. Bet was re-settled and winnings paid on my amended 5 pick ‘create a bet’ selection as well as a £25 free bet for my troubles and confusion caused, which they didn’t have to do. I’d have been happy with the winnings.It’s important that companies get recognised for doing the right thing, so thanks guys, and thanks Dan for being polite, helpful and referring my case to the traders / mgt for a speedy resolution (under half an hour).People like to complain about online bookmakers and it is frequently justified but this is one of those occasions where they get it right. It should also be reported when a company uses their discretion and makes the right decision. Thanks guys, you turned a potentially rubbish situation around, showed understanding and made what I feel is a fair and just decision. Thanks again!

Don’t worry about withdrawals with bet Goodwin. Get verified. My wife and I play this website and she has her account verified properly. She has been bothered to send in a few docs and her withdrawals have been faultless. The thing I have noticed on all casinos is when you withdraw your gameplay goes belly up but not on this. Seems fair to us. Of course you lose quickly too but as far as withdrawals go..its always within 48 hrs and sport betting…Its been good. I think they need to sort the football betting out a bit. A match result and btts coupon would help.In fact get more UK footy coupons period and Id use more.

Customers are treated abysmal. You have to send 5 emails to get 1 back and then it’s little use . The app is abysmal and keeps freezing. When I told them all I got back was uninstall and clear cache. When that didn’t work they just ignored me. I thought bookies wanted customers???It nice to see they just ignore people on here too. What a way to run a business just hoping your clients go away.

I discovered betgoodwin a few months ago, and I’ve been delighted. There money backs on things such as beaten by nose are really good. Unlike others they are still best odds guaranteed and withdrawals and lightening quick. I can’t understand why all the reviews aren’t positive as I really enjoy the use of the site.

Deposited £25 via debit card, and showed up as successful but cannot see the money anywhere in my account. Now the site says I reached my deposit limit.Very dodgy site, stay away.

Pretty shocking site as I’ve played on many cash out is shocking Evan when bets are winning, as for odds absolute rubbish for gambling sites I’ve places over 50 bets and played on the casino no wins wouldn’t put your hard earn money on this site. As you seem to never win. So much better sites out there try your luck else where. What I’ll be doing in the future.

I think they’re the only bookmakers that don’t offer any loyalty or reward scheme. This didn’t bother me when they would accept my bets fully but now I’m stake restricted and no loyalty rewards as well it’s left me v disappointed When I got in touch with them to ask about it they didn’t even give me the courtesy of a response which says a lot how much they value you..I don’t appreciate being ignoredI gave them 2 simply because I never had to worry about my winnings being paid but rest leaves a lot to be desired

Odds for football aren’t bad but the odds boosts are poor, even when there’s a tiny limited imposed. Example odds boosts to 2.8/1 yet that’s available on oddschecker anyway. I’m guessing they hope you don’t checkTheir M.O when you message them wanting help seems to be to just ignore and hope you go away

I can see why they’ve added an online casino. Dealer has 20 mostly every hand, wouldn’t recommend playingTake , take take until you win then you get restricted quicklyCustomer care team are non existent. Six emails and not one reply. Not a great site in terms of usability, very clunky and will only accept certain bets. Cannot combine in play bets with anything else. Restrictions not ideal either but manageable. Very suspicious that most of the positive reviews name the staff like they’re members of the family?!? Could it be connected. I have a number of accounts with the bigger bookmakers and their sites far more professional. You can do far better than this company.

Stakes were reduced as soon as i won nearly 1k on particular sport. Prior to that I was down nearly 2K and they allowed me to stake high as much as I wanted to. When escalated with the Team I was told my account is reviewed and trader decision is to not allow you more than few pounds. Pathetic. They are just there to rob you.
