I thought I’d see if they’ve improved seeing the fresh batch of 5 star reviews saying how great they areNope , customer service don’t care and I can’t get a bet on football above fifty quid. Nothing has changedI’m genuinely baffled by the positive reviews

It’s not often that I would confidently recommend a bookmaker these days, let alone with a 5 star review, but needless to say, I don’t feel it fair to give any less.Easy to navigate sitePlenty of variance in terms of sports betting and casino optionsDecent & competitive odds and termsNo fuss withdrawal process, this is not instantaneous, but I hardly think a few hours for a withdrawal is that big a deal (as some others have stated)Good all round customer service, with an it would seem, genuine concern to ensure customers bet responsiblyI have also personally had a couple of decent sized withdrawals from my account, and have had zero issues whatsoever with getting those funds.All in all, it’s difficult to find a quality betting operator, and my experience of BetGoodwin is that they are operating on at the very least a level of not more above other providers.Very happy customer as things stand

So far so good. The live support was extremely helpful, very polite and quick to sort my issue which is what you want from the live support from an online bookmaker (which can’t be said for certain bigger online sites… Cough*Bet365*Cough)Yes people will notice they don’t have the largest selection of game providers on the casino tab with Pragmatic being the only really big one. But hopefully in time they’ll add some more. But they do have a full selection of sports to bet on. Made my first withdrawal this afternoon and still waiting to receive it. I’ll update my review once I’ve received the withdrawal. The fast payouts advertised was one of the main reasons I signed up here after the site I used most days for 10 years became painstakingly slow with withdrawals! (Bet365)

Not a great site at all. If you’re spending fair amounts of money, don’t expect anything in return than just poor odds. Unlike competitors that provide free bets weekly for a minimum amount deposited.

The choices of bets are generally good and pay out when withdrawing is in an acceptable timescale. When using the app though when you click on an event eg a tennis match the odds seem to get a little overlapped. But overall yes I’m happy to use the site

The only problem I got with these guys is the promotion side,apart from that it’s 1 of the better sites out there atm, never had issue with withdrawals, plenty of markets,best odds guarantee,and even added a casino,

I think it has a variety of good choices sports wise. It’s easy to navigate. I just wish I got more free bets and bet 365 give me free bets weekly as does sky for me being a loyal customer

Ian rewriting my review as I was a bit hasty I have betted with bet Goodwin for a number of years now and the customer service and the app is top notch. I was a bit hasty with regards to bonuses as they are not a given. I should only be writing about my experience with bet Goodwin and as a betting brand they are very very good.. So that’s why I’m rewriting my review thank you guys keep up good work 👍👍👍👍😊😊

The site is good and reliable. Odds are competitive. The free bet and bonus available to frequent users is disappointing. Monthly bonus depending on loss is not encouraging.

My experience wasn’t initially great but this bookie is getting better, example BOG and more variety of bets. Football bets MRBTTS, doesn’t have win to nil, only win/draw/win btts, which is disappointing, free bets for existing customers are more often than before

Would be a better score if the the horse racing pages always loaded the all runners page and did not change unless requested, it refreshes and the place page comes up.

1st of all and I always say this I never leave bad reviews because I’ve lost money and I never leave good reviews just because I’ve won money. Been using betgoodwin for over 3 months now. I had my doubt at first but the slots playing normal as they should please believe me I’ve been playing slots for over 20 years and I know a dodgy slot when I play one!!. the withdrawals are quick, and decent selection of slots games and latest ones it’s one of them casinos where I have to remember to use them as sometimes I do forget the reason why they do not bombard you with emails which isn’t a bad!! I think the only negative thing I can say they don’t give much bonuses out for the casino side they seem to concentrate on the horse racing and sport betting side which is understandable it is a bookers. So I would like to see more bonuses for the casino side and not just for the new players but overall yes I would recommend this casino/bookers I can’t comment on the sport side as I do not bet on that but yes definitely recommend,

No lower league Scottish games in betting lists. Any time i have a winner it takes 10-15 minutes to pay out, but, bet a loser and it disappears immediately. I also have to log out then in again to have a bet even though the balance is healthy. It’s just ok, but could easily made so uch better and user friendly

First of all. Withdrawal times need to improve because 3-4 hours for a withdrawal is just absolutely ridiculous. No punter is willing to wait this long on his money, all other bookmakers process withdrawals within 20 minutes. If it doesn’t improve then I’m afraid you need to be prepared to lose a lot of your customer base. Secondly free bets!! There is never any free bets given to loyal customers and there’s absolutely no promotions for football whatsoever. It’s very poor..loyal customers should be rewarded.

Not enough free bets considering the amount deposited/staked. I’ve deposited a similar amount at Spreadex and have been rewarded with a £400 free bet, 3 x £250 free bets and £600 worth ranging from £100 to £40 fixed odds bets. Even when I’m winning I still get them, no comparison atm.

When you go through place an accumulator bet it takes ages at times . Could be my device of course but don’t have this issue with other companies.

Site doesn’t work that well. When you choose a game it won’t process. You have to choose and go back a few times until the choice comes on. Also be aware of these ask of reviews only when you first join, then hoping you leave a good review, and then they’ll add restrictions limitations and demand proof of wealth which is a bad term. Proof of finds more apt !!! Then you regret leaving a good review. Be cautious ⚠️ as like all these sites they’re not interested in you and only interested in control !

Well they impose limits per time not per day which can be confusing and cause people to switch to other sites to bet. As people know how much they have used day to day. But they make it so there system free’s up money by when you put you bets on which can get very confusing. And does not take into account any winning so if you have a limit of 300 but win 1,000 and withdraw it , if you have reached your 300 limit over 24 hours you cannot bet despite being 700 in credit which is a bit odd . But over all they are a very good site.

Been playing here for a while now so far nothing to complain about I find the site easy to use only personal things I would like to see is more slot providers as I’m mostly a slot player , I would have like the casino bonus but I signed up before the casino was open . In my view Goodwin sports book is one of top 5 site’s to sign up for.My views are thus most site’s are labour intensive in that the response is very laboured and I find moving around it slow and delberate. That is not the case with Goodwin so my advice is give them a try.

I believe the only way to compete with the other bookmakers is to pay 2nd to the favourites or money back 2nd or 3rd selective races Beaten by a nose or 50/1 horse doesnt happen very often Kind regards neil holdsworth

Not enough bonus bets. Probably had 2/3 of about £5/£10 since joining compared to spreadex who regularly give out £50-£400 free fixed odds bets
