They don't seem to offer any kind of free bet like other firms which is very odd. There is no incentive to bet with them I did respect them for not having online casino and virtual nonsense but of course like all the others they've just added it

I was looking to open up another betting account, but after reading all the 1 star reviews 61% of them, it won't be here. scared me off.

The worst betting site I've yet come across. I just spoke on chat with someone called Andy. I asked why I have never had any free bets or bonuses. His reply was they can choose who they give these out to. What a MORON. I will inform the gambling commission about this. Quite a few sites have surrenderd their licences over the past 3 years for breach of contract. I can see this corrupted site doing the same in the near future.

Stakes were reduced as soon as i won nearly 1k on particular sport. Prior to that I was down nearly 2K and they allowed me to stake high as much as I wanted to. When escalated with the Team I was told my account is reviewed and trader decision is to not allow you more than few pounds. Pathetic. They are just there to rob you.

I use this site occasionally for the BOG on horses and a few other things and in general I've had my withdrawals quickly and didn't mind it too much even though the markets are limited.I would score 3 but recently I have noticed the prices are not great on american footy and other sports

Not great for sports betting ie football as they struggle to keep up with live in play , possibly the worst ive seen , horseracing much the same as everywhere else

I understand you don't get given free bets or offers but they literally have 4 Offers on there site what are ridiculous by the way free bet if you horse finishes behind a 50/1 when does that happen? as they said it does everyday. Allowed me to spend 4.5k in one week without any checks. I showed them I was borrowing from family to feed addiction and they say ok here is 1.5k back. No care to any legal or regulatory obligations. The SAR shows no RG questions asked. No SOW obtained and the verification shows over 2k outstanding in bills which they accepted. Then they ignore you when you raise it further. Best to all complain to the ukgc about this firm I am putting a dossier together so if anyone has similar issues please contact me and I will report it in numbers.

Really poor offers, it has a free bets and bonuses section but they don't give out free bets or bonuses, should be done for false advertising.stick with one of th bigger sites that treat there customers a bit better.

Website is amongst the worst on offer, continually being logged out, if you take a timeout you no longer qualify for any of the promos ( Government guidelines apparently) which they impose. In play and create a bet markets are a joke, also site has an issue where if you click anywhere near the E.W box it ticks E.W so watch out. The only positive is fast payouts roughly 3hrs, but other than that hard to recommend Betgoodwin.

Been with betgoodwin for a while now, if you are looking for extra places in horse racing, then I would strongly advise to look elsewhere. 18 runner races they pay the standard 3 places whereby most other online bookmakers pay anywhere upto 5. Site also crashes regularly and the streams of the sport you have bet on will lag.

I’m actually really surprised to see so many negative comments? I’ve played there about a month had zero problems, lost a fair bit of money but that’s bad match choices. They pay up fair, also very quick. One of the best bookies in my opinion, the negative comments you guys should go to ( spreadex) they don’t pay up.

Awful site and company give players nothing for loyalty ever and the customer service is diabolical. Trustpilot is a good way to review a company and ir you look at bet goodwin they never respond cos they know the reviews are correct . Have used these for a couple of months and have been totally unimpressed by the quality of the website. Despite this ive tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and use their platform for a while. Won a bit of money and low and behold my stakes are now massively reduced and they are refusing to pay out withdrawals. Yet another company i will have to force into submission through the Gambling Commission. I don't think this bunch will last the distance so expect more desperation tactics as things get worse for them. Bet elsewhere is my advice.

opened up no problem.. easy to get verified.. few issues with deposits not showing but handled very quickly on live chat won a few quid and not had the dreaded traders decision.. they just need an app rather than browser no complaints and some great promo money back offers .. only negative is no bet club for loyalty otherwise its a 10/10 so far update took a few weeks but ended up with the traders restricting me account closed maybe they are like the rest !!
