the ease of navigation is good and yet the site does struggle at times with things like viewing races.the prices are normally just a bit less than other bookmakers so i expect your margins are just a bit better[this is not good for punters though] customer service ok no issues so far however promotions compared to other sites is well below standard in the industry

I am generally satisfied with my experience apart from the following:1, When watching live horse races on the app the coverage frequently stops just before the end of the race – this is extremely frustrating!2, A brief summary of the horse’s recent form when I am placing a bet would be helpful as I usually have to switch between other gambling sites that provide this information

I read through all the reviews and was sceptical about playing and withdrawing from this site but based on my experiences so far with them they must be talking about a different site or someone has paid them to give absolutely terrible reviews. I enjoy Bet Goodwin/ im not a regular better with them- but im always happy to use there APP/ Its a different experience from the other Brand names- which i like. Its good to see these Different brands in the Market place- as we all want Choices, and not a Monopoly by the Big brother Mentally.

Having not used the site for quite a while, I had to contact a representative who was very helpful and answered all of my questions. The website is easier than some, to use/operate and I did not have any problems there.Being an ‘old timer’ and ‘old school’, and not being very technologically ‘aware’ , I find it difficult to forward the requested information for the now compulsory financial checks and proof of identity which puts me off.

The company is a really good company overall. Really quick payouts and a good selection of markets. Service staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. The one let down is the lack of bonuses for anything other than horse racing however do not let this put you off.

Caught this compnay not paying out properley in cashouts and winjing bets purposdly giving me less than i won i called them out and asked for the right amount over 7 timesnie they have blocked and closed my sccount which i was going to do anyway just waiting fir my last lot of money which they owe me still as they paid me 7 poubd less again cons and thieves dont use this site

Lots of features during games mainly small wins did have a good 200 in one feature but mainly small ones got paid out with in about 12hours. No issues I was scared after reading the reviews but no everything was fine. Thank you

Not a bad company for odds, no freebies though or free games like all the other bookies, each one has a free game or two. Layout could be better for coupons on football. Better with casino now but live blackjack is terrible, won’t play and the casino advise its Bet Goodwin and Bet Goodwin have no idea what’s going on for live gaming.

I joined this site as recommended by StopandStep.Over 20 days i have deposited around £300 playing various slots like Big Bass, 3 Buzzin Wilds and a load of others at stakes from 20p to 50p.I did get quite a few bonuses but none of them paid more than £20 and honestly they were shocking.I would stay well clear of this site because they are clearly robbing people and not paying out!

I’ve always heard about casinos being rigged but never actuallly experienced it myself until playing at Goodwin. I’ve played on pretty much every site there is so I know how the slots will play and have good experience of this. Yet on goodwin, nothing will ever win. You can literally see the balance change before the result of the slot drops so you know before if you’ve won or lost. Bonus rarely comes and when it does it’s extremely small win. You can keep going paying in more and more money but the bonus will not pay like other sites It’s very very strange and I think needs investigating by the GC. If they’re rigging the slots then someone should go to jail

This company are seriously corrupt, because I won a few hundred pounds over the last few weeks they began freezing and removing their prices for the last 6-7 minutes of football matches which they falsely claim to be in-play markets. Then yesterday 18/3/24 they suspend my account with them one minute after I deposit £265.03 with them under the pathetic pretence of account verification. They then send me emails calling me Kevin which is not my name by the way, they then limit my account to under £10.00 per day these cowards are not bookmakers they are clowns. So I immediately withdrew my balance and immediately deposited it with a larger grown up company who understand what legitimate gambling means and do not constantly freeze their screens in obvious attempts to cheat members of the public out of their cash. Used ‘create a bet’ on Liverpool / Man City. 6 picks. Salah didn’t start, so the selection was made void and my 6 pick bet was amended to 5 picks. Watched the game live and all 5 selections came in.After full time, the bet was made void and stake returned. Initially told by rep that the whole bet should be void from the start and that it should not have stood. However, this wasn’t the case and as I watched the match live, the bet remained active and selections were marked as ‘won’ as they came in (eg: corners won etc…). Obviously, I was expecting winnings to be paid, albeit to an amended lower price.Dan referred this to the traders and mgt who said that they should void the bet but in this instance they were going to honour it as they had left it active. I feel this is absolutely the right thing to due to the bet being kept ‘live’. Bet was re-settled and winnings paid on my amended 5 pick ‘create a bet’ selection as well as a £25 free bet for my troubles and confusion caused, which they didn’t have to do. I’d have been happy with the winnings.It’s important that companies get recognised for doing the right thing, so thanks guys, and thanks Dan for being polite, helpful and referring my case to the traders / mgt for a speedy resolution (under half an hour).People like to complain about online bookmakers and it is frequently justified but this is one of those occasions where they get it right. It should also be reported when a company uses their discretion and makes the right decision. Thanks guys, you turned a potentially rubbish situation around, showed understanding and made what I feel is a fair and just decision. Thanks again!
