Customers are treated abysmal. You have to send 5 emails to get 1 back and then it's little use . The app is abysmal and keeps freezing. When I told them all I got back was uninstall and clear cache. When that didn't work they just ignored me. I thought bookies wanted customers???It nice to see they just ignore people on here too. What a way to run a business just hoping your clients go away.

I dont understund why so stupid reviews , i deposited 40 pound won £550 withdrawn it had it on pending after 3 hours and received the funds in morning next day on my account ..For me its a good casino slots and i will be playing more first i got scared after the rewiews but gaved it a go and it has been good for me..

I discovered betgoodwin a few months ago, and I’ve been delighted. There money backs on things such as beaten by nose are really good. Unlike others they are still best odds guaranteed and withdrawals and lightening quick. I can’t understand why all the reviews aren’t positive as I really enjoy the use of the site.

Deposited £25 via debit card, and showed up as successful but cannot see the money anywhere in my account. Now the site says I reached my deposit limit.Very dodgy site, stay away.

Pretty shocking site as I've played on many cash out is shocking Evan when bets are winning, as for odds absolute rubbish for gambling sites I've places over 50 bets and played on the casino no wins wouldn't put your hard earn money on this site. As you seem to never win. So much better sites out there try your luck else where. What I'll be doing in the future.

I think they're the only bookmakers that don't offer any loyalty or reward scheme. This didn't bother me when they would accept my bets fully but now I'm stake restricted and no loyalty rewards as well it's left me v disappointed When I got in touch with them to ask about it they didn't even give me the courtesy of a response which says a lot how much they value you..I don't appreciate being ignoredI gave them 2 simply because I never had to worry about my winnings being paid but rest leaves a lot to be desired

Odds for football aren't bad but the odds boosts are poor, even when there's a tiny limited imposed. Example odds boosts to 2.8/1 yet that's available on oddschecker anyway. Not a great site in terms of usability, very clunky and will only accept certain bets. Cannot combine in play bets with anything else. Restrictions not ideal either but manageable. Very suspicious that most of the positive reviews name the staff like they’re members of the family?!? Could it be connected. I have a number of accounts with the bigger bookmakers and their sites far more professional. You can do far better than this company.

Well they are at it again had a little win then they take hundreds won about a hundred but not even worth taking it out with what I’ve deposited absolute garbage I should learn my lesson and stick to my other sites

Live video constantly keeps stopping just as the race is about to start. When I emailed them they just ignored me, went on live chat and got told they would email me, nothing! . Nice job with the customer service guys! Talk about not giving a damn

I praised the website for not having a casino and focusing on sports.A few weeks later, there is now a casino and no more live racing available on horses. Gone from a great sportsbook to being a crappy generic gambling site. Well done. You have lost me as a customer.

The worst betting site I've yet come across. I just spoke on chat with someone called Andy. I asked why I have never had any free bets or bonuses. His reply was they can choose who they give these out to. What a MORON. I will inform the gambling commission about this. Quite a few sites have surrenderd their licences over the past 3 years for breach of contract. I can see this corrupted site doing the same in the near future.

Stakes were reduced as soon as i won nearly 1k on particular sport. Prior to that I was down nearly 2K and they allowed me to stake high as much as I wanted to. When escalated with the Team I was told my account is reviewed and trader decision is to not allow you more than few pounds. Pathetic. They are just there to rob you.

Never Ever had any problems with this online bookmaker, customer service which is important to me, is excellent .. withdrawls always paid in..when they say it will be, leo & dan from Customer Services always helpfull to help..via there "live chat" on there app ..10/10.

Allowed me to spend 4.5k in one week without any checks. I showed them I was borrowing from family to feed addiction and they say ok here is 1.5k back. No care to any legal or regulatory obligations. The SAR shows no RG questions asked. No SOW obtained and the verification shows over 2k outstanding in bills which they accepted. Then they ignore you when you raise it further. Best to all complain to the ukgc about this firm I am putting a dossier together so if anyone has similar issues please contact me and I will report it in numbers.
