I really enjoyed the variety of games available and the market selection on betting is also very good. I enjoyed the promotions, while they were offered.Like many other people I try to take advantage of the offers as often as I can, however, as with other betting sites, if you use the offers, your account get restricted, which seems backwards to me. Why are you offering promotions to people then restrict them when they use them.

Customer service is woeful, and despite high spends, received next to zero loyalty bonuses during this time.Goalposts are constantly changing - best odds guaranteed being reduced to £100 max benefit, and then £0 a week or so later. The logic given was bizarre, and certainly does not explain a further change to £0.Shortly afterwards, my stake sizes started to be arbitrarily limited, once again with no communication whatsoever.It was interesting to see a different review below, claiming this is a ‘good old fashioned bookmaker’. My experience is nothing of the sort - no courtesy, no customer relationship, and much more like a modern, spineless, casino type company. I would question the authenticity of some of these reviews, given the polar opposite of my experience. Would not recommend to anyone.

Bet Goodwin is very picky in what reviews they reply to, what I do know about them is they are greedy and care about nobody but money, they also hate it when you share your bad experiences on other social media platforms, hence why they share button is there for you to do this, always share your views, and always contact the gambling commission if you feel hard done by , dont threaten , do it
