Bonus awarded swiftly and withdrawal paid in a few minutes so the basics seem to work well. Live chat is very responsive and has tried to be helpful. On the other hand there are technical glitches eg.The website won,t accept my bets, the app does, but despite attempts to resolve, the app shows as phone sized on my iPad which makes viewing tricky. Like most sites there is no horse racing form available, just recent finishing positions. No such problems with Paddy power but having tried several truly awful sites over the past few days Bet Goodwin is my chosen back up site so the best of a bad bunch and may improve if technical glitches can be sorted

Have lost approx £25,000 with them in the last 2 years.I am a member of GAMSTOP but foolishly I asked friends who did not gamble to open accounts which were totally and exclusively funded myself and from the same bank account and I can say without a miniscule of doubt that they knew it was me funding the accounts as it would be impossible not to (as the same bank details were used each time via apply and revolut pay) and I also know a senior bookmaker insider who has advised that I am a ‘marked man’. I strongly advise anyone considering BetGoodwin to stay away. My experience has been nothing short of a disaster. The odds are consistently poor, and the Return to Player (RTP) rates advertised for their casino games seem completely inaccurate and unrelated to actual outcomes. It feels like you have little to no chance of winning here.Their customer service is just as bad. Great company great people in Louise and zander and Ben Ryan John mark peter great people.I’d like a conversation with Ben Goodwin stood by the company through Covid and since then. But eventually you get hit with send the bank statements carry on.If you go in to Asda or Sainsbury’s every week and buy 5 cases beer and a bottle off vodka you don’t get asked for your bank statements.The industry is going to lose thousands off good customers and eventually people will go to the black market bookies.However like I say great people at the company

Where to start. Logged in, deposited. Went to place a bet – not allowed. So withdrew the cash. An email followed banning me from placing bets and subsequently closed the account. Placed probably 10 bets over a 2 year period. Absolute scumbags, like the whole industry is turning into. These charlatans all need reigning in by a governing body asap

I’m very happy at Betgoodwin, there is so much to like; customer service, speed of withdrawals, and loads more. My only niggle is the availability of markets on sports, which can be very inconsistent and at times, very limited. Player markets are a recent example, a market which is really appealing on bet builders. These can be available for some events and not others, but also be made completely unavailable (as is the case now) which reduces the appeal of the event. Other sites seem to be able to offer these regularly.As I said, it’s a small niggle only, and if fixed, this would be a comfortable 5 star review. Betgoodwin is a fantastic site.
