if you could select 0 stars i would, this service is shocking, ive had a few betting accounts and this is the worst by far. I made a deposit with a new bonus opportunity. I placed the first bet with cash funds and then the 2nd bet with the same selection with the retain option. The bet won, once the bet was settled somehow it was settled as a loser. After over a week of escolating my issue i was told there was nothing i could done, and what was worse i now have to bet more money with these crooks to release my winnings even though my winnings were cash funds. avoid at all costs

I’ll be honest I’m of mixed views.

The SportsBook is easy to use, lots of good markets but don’t offer any Acca Insurance like some of their competitors do.

The frustrations are there is no number to call anyone on. Ilona is the VIP manager who ignores your calls & E Mails & then blocks your account, without reason, cause she can.

I was upgraded to a VIP account on Monday, a bonus was added, I asked how it was calculated, I’m still waiting an answer to this question. Most VIP managers call you to explain what they are offering you, Ilona doesn’t & then cc me into an E Mail not meant for me. GDPR breach?!

This is an awesome bookie, great website and easy navigation. There is not much of an issue with the website. Don’t get me wrong, no one bookie is perfect but they sure are close. I haven’t had any problems with Bethard, so if you’re looking for a good bookmaker, you should seriously consider this one.

Been using bethard sportsbook for a while now and i have to say upto now cant have any complaints very decent odds website easy first class sustomer service and very fast withdrawals , now added visa direct fast payments if you have a barclays or nationwide debit card which once processed in my bank instant which is always a bonus!!

Avoid at all costs, if you are lucky enough to get a bonus feature don’t expect anymore than 4 or 5x, my own fault i suppose for keep depositing but thought i would try different games thinking it would change and i would get a decent win, how wrong was I, £100’s lost over 1000’s of spins for 4 bonuses highest paying £11 odd

I have no idea why there are such bad reviews as soon as I join a new betting company I send many copies to pass verification process I did the same with bethard and I have had no issues at all the processing times for withdrawals are exceptional within 30 seconds I receive an email telling me my withdrawal has been processed the customer service are good as well they could have a little more options on football and put greyhounds on but overall I genuinely can't understand the bad reviews?!?!?!

Steer well clear of these cowboys.
Their "offers" are nothing short of a con. I put a £20 bet on a horse at Cheltenham on the understanding that if it won I would be paid at double the odds. When it did win I was merely paid at the normal odds and when I chased it up they started quoting crap about how it only applied if you placed your bet after a certain time, which was never mentioned in the offer. These people are thieves, stay away is my advice.

You'll be raging if you join BETHARD as their live chat staff take an age to reply and even then its now with an answer. I deposited £20 and they closed my account even though id sent my passport within 1 day so thats why their live chat staff are so evasive. Don't be a donut like me. Stick to the companies you knowtaGot the gambling commission on their case so ill get my money back at least.

Was able to open an account even though I have a self exclusion in place and have registered with Gamstop. When I contacted them about this they said that they were not liable and I must have registered with different details. This is rubbish they were exactly the same as those logged on the self exclusion
They were just happy to allow me to register to get my money.
Casino is fixed sad I played for hours and never won a thing.
Happy to con problem gamblers out of money. Stay clear of this site

Decent sports section, terrible casino. Just another scam casino. Played for hours and never went above starting balance. Never even hit a bonus feature despite THOUSANDS of spins on certain games. Very poor. Avoid casino at all costs. Can't be trusted.
