I deposited £40 which was taken out of my bank but not put into my account, I’ve spoken a couple of times to live chat, the last person cutting me off before I’d finished explaining and asking questions . I’ve been told it’s going to be looked at, not good enough, my money was taken so I either want it put back into my bank or on my balance. Not good enough and I feel as though I’ve been ripped off, will probably never see that money again. Avoid

AVOID!!I tried to verify my identity as I withdrew my winnings and they keep declining everything I have sent in. I’ve sent driving license, passport, bank statement and utility bill.It seems reading the reviews that they do anything they can to not pay winnings.I am now taking this further and will be in contact with gambling commission foo.

Made a £200 deposit over 24 hours ago. The money was taken from my card and is out my bank account, but hasn’t been added to my balance. I’ve contacted live chat who have been of no help and say I will get an email update at some point. Still waiting and nothing, yet the £200 is still out of my account and not refunded. Beginning to feel like I’ve been scammed. AVOID!!!!

Love to take your money, then try to withhold free bets which had been used to entice you to sign up in the first place.Trying to get your money out from Fort Knox would be easier, I can get a loan, mortgage and bank account with less identification than with this shower of chancers ask for INCLUDING a selfie with your ID. They actually charge you to credit your account with your own money. the bets take a long time until they are confirmed, for example I play hatchet over under but their confirmation comes after waiting 30 seconds during which they mark say no, they offer themselves an avanti. withdrawals from them take a long time. in short … in a site made to lose

Decent enough & enjoyable experience. Good customer support via Live chat and email. Withdrawal took one working day, though this time frame was advised. Was a bit apprehensive given the reviews but I had no issues whatsoever. They’re regulated so cannot be a “scam” like others suggested. I had no issues signing up but they do have a deposit fee which is a bit inconvenient. Wasn’t awarded the Free Bet but went on to Live Chat and was awarded one no problem at all. Did take a day and a half to withdraw my winnings to my bank but had no problems with withdrawing anything. Probably best sticking with the mainstream bookies generally but these guys were fine

Having an accumulator of £25 with an outcome of £4600 I had 75 mins gone and one to come in for over 1.5 goals, for an hour of all that they offered £11.77 on cash out, ive never known any site glue a cash out for that much for that long given the outcome total, what a shambles of a site, really poor customer support, the same protocol answers being “we are sorry you feel this way” bla bla.Try somewhere else if you want a decent bookie or site to go to, really poor experience here!!

Been using this bookie for about a week. Made 3 withdrawals and came to my bank (visa) within 20 minutes. The withdrawals ranged from a £10 test to £250. I currently have 3 withdrawals pending for 6 hours and counting for 1500,1750 and 400. I hope they pay out within the 48 hour window they advertise. Quite disappointing it wasn’t as fast as the original 3 though. However their actual site is reasonably well organised and I would recommend them.

I have no issues at all with this site. My withdrawals have always gone through with no issues within 24 hours and no annoying delaying verification demands. The site is easy to work your way around and plenty slots to choose. Iv never noticed any technical issues like some (lots) sites tend to knock you off a game when your in a flow. Enjoyable experience I would recommend actually better than some of the better known named sites.

Stick to trusted companies like William hill or bet 365. Customer agent was very rude and sarcastic when I asked him to explain the rules of the free bet he told me to go read it again. In simple terms, I placed a winning bet which Betiton have mistakenly classed as losing. Numerous live chat experiences daily for the last 5 days with evidence produced by myself to no avail. Live chat handlers fob me off with ‘its been escalated to relevant department ‘.A decent betting site it may be, but a fair one it is not.

I would avoid this bookmaker, I placed 4 bets, the final one of which was a winner. When I logged on to get my winnings I discovered my winning bet had a status of rejected. There had been no warning of this when I placed the bet. It’s taken Betiton over 2 weeks to e-mail me an explanation which is due to a ‘technical error’. If there was a momentary technical error, I wonder how many losing bets Betiton have paid back to customers?

I yesterday placed 10 pounds on bayern Munich to win both halves to score over 2.5 goals and concede 0 goals at 9-1 it all come in. Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work… I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. This site is a Scam and also it made me realise I am dumb to spend my hard earned cash on a website that just scams you. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. Play like they are totally rigged seen some crazy number sequences like a number you haven’t got coming out on the roulette 6 out of 7 spins they just laugh when you complain saying its bad luck. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. They consistently play you by making you wait for any bonus’s for at least half your waged money then give you bonus’s for next to nothing an example of this is…. Start £100 you start playing and might get a £4 to £5 win (play with £1 a spin) you get a lot of little 6p or 20p or 50p wins which are all losses but it feeds you the fact they are wins (they go towards your win count) and when you get down to nearly 33% of your balance they give you a bonus and it pays you say between £1 and £35 most times on the very rare occasion it might pay you £60 I am basing this on multiple games like book of dead , legacy of dead, king kong cash etc the popular games. then it just dead spins out time after time this happened in the 2 months I investigated this site. So don’t waste your time or money on this casino there are better ones out there and since they took away the auto spins on all sites it has just gone crazy bad with no wins in over two months on this site, but the computer algorithms will show £1.60 bonus’s as you got a bonus and I will tell you this I got 2 bonuses on the run where it paid zero amount (piggy bank bills) and it took over £100 to get them which some people might say well that’s gambling… no that’s ripping people off. I been a customer with paddy power more than 2 years and I need to say is not a very good experience being their customer, I noticed more I’m loyal and more they treat me badly, I play lots of their promotions more than 200 hundreds along I been with them and most of them I don’t win anything, they’re saying I didn’t win this time but the one I win I always get the last price, I asked them many times how this promotions draw works but they can never tell me how or who Decide who gets the first price or last or nothing.
