I had a fantastic consultation in the Cambridge branch. The girls were so helpful and it felt very relaxed and no one was rushing me to get through to the next customer. The interior was exquisite and gave me and my husband lots of ideas to revamp the house. I shall be returning to purchase the gorgeous yellow cabinet in the front.

Fantastic experience working with the team at Neptune Bristol – Tahirah, Neil and Arron. We are delighted with our new kitchen, and the entire end to end experience from initial designs through to installation have been second to none. Tahirah is an amazing designer, who listened to our needs and translated that into a beautiful space. Neil (the project manager) has made the process smooth, and his attention to detail was impressive! Arron was brilliant in installing the kitchen – tidy, efficient, polite – a pleasure to have in our home. All in all Neptune have outdone themselves. Thank you!

Extremely disappointed with the service. We called yesterday and spoke to Hannah to reserve a rug and told them we would come in to collect today. We made the 90 minute round trip with my 7 month and 3 year old only for them to have sold it. Their excuse was that they can’t reserve a sale item, so why tell us that you can? You also knew our daughter was unwell which is why we came in today as she was too unwell to travel yesterday. Do not tell a customer that you will reserve an item when you won’t .The common curtesy would be to tell us that it’s been sold or be truthful and say you are unable to reserve an item in the first place.Seems like a bargain basement shop, you can’t have such high price tags with poor customer services that lie to you. Would never shop here again.

What a joke. Staff standing around on phones or chatting to each other as opposed to greeting customers or asking if you need help. Asking for their WiFi code was as if I was asking for a free product and the general vibe is that they decide if you’re worth their time as you enter the store. Poor items at best, vastly overpriced and attitude is disgusting. Having just moved to the area from London and having a large property to refurnish I know I won’t be spending a penny at this establishment. Most of the furniture in there is similar to Oak Furniture land just five times more expensive. Give it a miss.

This arrived at our house last week and our plumber was contracted to fit.The job is done but there was a problem with the tap fittings and our plumber had to go out and get some replacements.The flexible hoses were the problem. They were too long to use in figure 1 and not long enough in figure2 when used with the marble top on the Chichester unit. This meant it was not the easy job for the plumber and this needs to be addressed in design for fitting.

Easy transaction. Very happy with discount. Just what I was looking for.Surprised at such a big box, just about adequate packaging but only single sheet of bubble wrap separating two large platters. Fortunately they were both ok so credit to delivery company.

I contacted Neptune as I had some minor marks in my (4 years old) painted Neptune furniture after a house move. No sample pots were available in the paint I needed, but Jodie in Customer Services was a real star and has arranged for some pots to be sent out to me.All of my Neptune furniture (of which I have a lot!) and two Neptune kitchens are of great quality and look great after years of use and several house moves.My highest recommendations go out to Neptune.

Love the quality and reliability of their furniture. I’ve ordered beds, console tables, soft furnishings and paint on multiple occasions, all arrived when stated and customer service has been great. One vase was damaged in delivery, but was quickly replaced with no hassle and an apology.

I placed a £1,275 order online and then received in the post a day later a Neptune brochure containing a voucher worth up to £100. I emailed customer services explaining this, almost immediately I had a reply from Jodie in customer services saying they would honour this and would refund the £100. Being a regular Neptune customer this has made shopping with them an even better customer experience. Stephen H

Absolutley stunning furniture made to the highest quality with beautiful attention to detail. Great service received from the in store team as always (thank you Will and the team!) and great service from the delivery team who were very courteous. Unfortunately our glass coffee table arrived with a few scratches, but customer services have been very efficient arranging a replacement. Thank you.

I work away from home frequently and at short notice, so I had to reschedule the delivery of my EVA Sofa, which was scheduled for 2 weeks later. I had ‘sold’ my existing sofa but the ‘buyers’ failed to show up, so it was a bit tight in my living room! Craig and Lee, were SO helpful, moving furniture out of the way and accommodating my new purchase, despite the chaos going on ! Really friendly and polite delivery team, a credit to Neptune, thank you! The sofa’s not bad 😉

We visited Neptune Swindon and were very impressed by the showroom and products. A nice chair caught our eye and we asked the assistant what it was and she told us the make and colour which we then proceeded to order.Fast forward three months, chair is delivered and the colour is completely different to the one in the showroom.We of course got in contact with Neptune immediately and explained the situation expecting some understanding and to work with us to resolve the problem.Neptune’s ‘customer experience’ team were completely unhelpful and stated that they did not accept returns or exchanges for ‘made to order’ items.They went so far as to state we should have ordered swatches to check the colour rather than have taken their assistant’s word for it!We are currently in the process of trying to get a return but take my advice and go to OKA instead (customer service was excellent) and avoid Neptune.

I wrote a review last year when my kitchen was first fitted as I was very pleased with my new kitchen and the design by Matt Sowerby. HOWEVER, I specified a bespoke colour for the Henley kitchen which I paid extra for. It turns out, they just paint over the top of the standard factory finish colour (bright white!) so the kitchen chipped terribly after a matter of weeks. I have had to have the island repainted once (which Neptune did arrange, to be fair) as this is a dark colour so shows up the chips really badly. Overall, the kitchen isn’t wearing well for an extremely expensive kitchen which is only 13 months old!

The showroom is absolutely stunning. I could spend hours in there so the offer of a hot drink whilst you wonder round is a really nice touch! Couldn’t fault the staff either. Smiley, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Shannan was amazing and helped create a beautiful flower display which is now pride of place in our home

We bought a table from the shop at Bradley Gardens in Gateshead where the service from Linda was excellent. The delivery by Lee and Craig was seamless, they had delivered the table, put it together, put it in situ and taken away the packaging within 20 minutes! Great service all round. The table is also perfect and exactly the quality we would expect from Neptune.

Jenny was so helpful on the phone with our enquiry about a Fara rug which is no longer stocked by Neptune. She kindly took the measurements for us of the same rug in the Swindon showroom and looked into their stock and relevant price. We were so pleased she suggested us visiting the outlet to check the design/ quality but tbh it was excellent!! We brought the rug home and are so pleased with it, adding character to our landing. Thanks Jenny and your team at the Swindon outlet as you are all so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. We’ll be back!!! 😃

My sister and I were needing help to choose colours and styles for her bedroom in a period regency home in Bury St Edmunds. Lucy came fully prepared with plans and elevations that we had provided, and we spent a delightful and productive time together. She was very calm and knowledgeable and enlivened us with fresh ideas and solutions where previously we had come a little unstuck and unsure. Lucy’s insight has produced a super coordinated but sympathetic scheme that exceeds expectation, we look forward to seeing it come to fruition.

I ordered a Moreton dining table but the tabletop design was not clearly visible online, with too many grooves acting as traps for crumbs. Decided to return the table and Neptune were brilliant with ni questions asked. Chris and Jason arrived to pick up the table. Both were extremely polite and very professional. They dismantled the table efficiently and completed my return back to Neptune.

Great experience as usual with Neptune today. Josh and Alfi delivered our furniture and it was service with a smile! They were two friendly guys who rang half an hour before they arrived, which was in the given delivery time scale. Josh and Alfi were very polite, unwrapped our two items and took away the packing. I had an appointment with Lucy to discuss my son’s room yesterday. The whole process was very enjoyable; she is a lovely person with brilliant ideas. She is a fantastic listener who made sense of my rather muddled mind over a delicious cup of coffee, and she helped me really fine tune what I like, which is amazing!It was really helpful to be in the store as she could show me the furniture and she pulled together fabrics, paints and accessories to make a mood board. I then received a summary of our decisions, a lookbook and an itemised product list by email.After my visit, Lucy thoughtfully put aside some lamp bases that I liked as she discovered that they are out of stock elsewhere. I am really happy with the whole experience and can’t recommend it enough. Although I love interiors, I found the whole decision process rather overwhelming as we are doing up our entire cottage. Lucy has really turned this around and I am now looking forward to the next appointment!You are under no obligation to buy anything, which is also really reassuring. However, all the designs are so beautiful and well made that it would be very hard to resist…! Thank you for such a wonderful morning. It has completely transformed how I feel about my renovation.

After ordering 6 items on line, I made a big mistake in the size of mirror I ordered. It was too big to fit anywhere in my house. I immediately filled out a returns form. I received confirmation but didn’t get a response after 2 days. Made a quick phone call and it was all sorted with a courier on the way to collect.

Lovely quality and speedy delivery. Packaged really well. Bought lots of honey pots for gifts but seeing the size of them I have used them as sugar, coffee and salt containers using my own long handled spoons ( sundae spoons) which has worked out brilliantly!

I called the Chichester store to enquire about some ex-display side tables that I had seen advertised on- line and had the pleasure to speak to one of their sales team called Bethany . She was extremely helpful and suggested I come to store and take a look before purchasing. This I did with my husband and what a super experience we had ! We were greeted by a lovely lady called Debs who asked if she could help us and offered us a cup of coffee while we waited for Bethany to become free . We instantly felt comfortable and were able to have a browse around . Being in the throes of a house renovation we were looking for ideas and inspiration. When Bethany was free she greeted us warmly and showed us the tables we had come to view . We asked lots of questions regarding varying items and nothing was too much trouble for her . We ended up ordering and purchasing several pieces of furniture and felt confident in doing this with the service we were receiving. We also met Jenny another member of staff who was very knowledgeable and she helped Bethany process everything. My husband and I noted how informative they all were and obviously knew their products along with being warm and friendly but still professional. We had such a positive experience and will definitely be making future purchases in store with them instead of online and are looking forward to returning again soon!

Neptune Kitchen install. I ordered a kitchen with Neptune in Tonbridge in September last year. From the planning through to Installation, the service was faultless. Bill Benson the designer and James Booth and his team did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them. They were professional at all times and everything was so well organised, it was amazing. I love my new kitchen, thank you to all the team for making such a fantastic experience from start to finish. A first class team!

I got the gorgeous Stratford dining table from Neptune last year and it is everything I hoped it would be. As far as the product goes I cannot fault it at all. The delivery itself on the day of the delivery was very smooth and I cannot fault it, they helped me assemble it and placed it exactly where I wanted it.The only issue I had which was a very minor one was that since this is an item I had to order a few weeks in advance and I have a HK number no one contacted me for arranging delivery until I emailed them. Once I did they were very prompt and very helpful. And when I arrived in the UK I got a UK number too and they promptly added that to my records.

As a loyal customer who has spent many thousands of pounds at Neptune my wife was asked to pay the full amount up front of almost £2k as this is company policy. I find this extremely disappointing and feel that Neptune should review its policy. Most other companies accept a deposit for goods to be delivered of up to 50% which seems acceptable.

We received a package containing two damaged platters on the evening of 11.02.2025 and reported this immediately through Neptunes online system.We received an acknowledgement of the issue first thing the following morning and within 15 minutes Neptune confirmed replacement items were on their way.Huge thanks to Neptune for such a rapid, professional and friendly response.
