I Always trust the quality of this paint!! Good coverage and great strength of pigment. A Loyalty scheme for re-visiting customers would be welcome as the products are fairly expensive and the carriage adds to the cost which might deter some people. I went to a tablescaping workshop with Lucy. Had an amazing time. Learned a lot and enjoyed looking round the shop after and buying a few things for my table. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. One of my favourite shops to visit.

I am lucky enough to be having a new kitchen installed by Neptune in the coming weeks. I am so looking forward to it and will post again when it is done, but I just wanted to say how fantastic my Designer Bronwen Firth has been over the planning process and I couldn't have felt more safe and looked after in her hands. My kitchen is still in progress and looking as good as l imagined.The project manager Kayleigh has helped me along the way, and solved any issues that have cropped up.I’m very grateful to her for the care and attention she has put in.My Kitchen was designed by Catherine at the York store and she has put together a great, attractive and workable space, for me to enjoy and entertain in.Thank you to all at Neptune.xx

We often go in there as we are currently re styling our new home. The ladies in there are just great always happy to help could not but recommend them. Keep up the great work. I visited the Bury St Edmunds branch today looking for paint among other things, the home specialist staff downstairs couldn’t have been more helpful, they took the time to show me various paints on furniture around the store, they asked me lots of questions about where and what I was painting, lighting etc, very well trained staff who clearly know what they’re talking about.Thank you.

The team at Neptune are always very helpful and welcoming. A great shopping experience with wonderful products for the home . I booked Charlotte for a design consultation and she was excellent . She put together a great floor design, with advice on materials and colours. I would highly recommend Neptune in Halisham .

Having done some research and looked at the products, we decided to have our new kitchen designed and fitted by Neptune.We chose the style of cabinets in the Bath store which was well stocked and enabled plenty of choice. An appointment was booked with a designer. This was invaluable as we spoke about our requirements and what was most important to us. Silvia (the designer) understood straight away and also made some really helpful suggestions. The initial designs were very good and we would have been happy with them but we still had the opportunity to refine and tweak the designs. We were given the opportunity to source our own appliances which saved a lot of money.Throughout the process communication was excellent from Neptune. We had two or three visits from Neil who oversaw the project from the fitting point of view. His precision was impressive. It is probably because of this that everything went very smoothly. The kitchen is beautiful. The quality of the cabinets is outstanding. The fitter (Lewis) had very high standards and I was amazed that a painter (Louise) was sent out after everything was in; I expected to possibly have any scratches (if there were any) touched up but the whole thing was over-painted by Louise.After a few weeks of using the kitchen Silvia and Neil came out to inspect everything and check for any things that needed any more work.Choosing the Neptune kitchen was one of our best decisions, great people to deal with and special thanks to Silvia Zlatnicka for the excellent designs.

The Neptune website was having technical issues when I tried to purchase two pieces of furniture, so I went into the Cheltenham store to place the order in person.Beautiful store and very helpful staff, placed order easily. Delivery took two weeks, furniture unpacked and put exactly where wanted, incredibly nice delivery guys! Very pleased, thank you.

The staff at Neptune, Hove have been extremely helpful and friendly since we began the journey of looking to change our kitchen and update it. Their kitchens are very well put together and designed with the design staff consulting and helping us frequently along the way. The design is now almost finalised the design and we are looking forward to the next stage in the process. Everything so far has taken place very efficiently and in good time.

Having ordered some faux flowers in November. They were due in February then postponed again to March. I emailed you last week asking for a date as we were going away in March. I was told Neptune expecting them at beginning and I would receive notification from courier. We were away from 25th Feb for five days to be told by a neighbour a parcel had been left outside our house on Wednesday 28th Feb!!! Not at all acceptable very disappointed.

We live in London and have visited Wimbledon, Fulham, Chiswick, Weybridge and the Guildford stores. Yes, we love Neptune! We decided to visit Chichester for the day, and we wanted to look at a particular piece of furniture in this store.I rarely comment on feedback platforms, however we were both shocked by the indifference shown by the staff in this store. We walked in, and they didn’t even acknowledge us. We walked around, nobody spoke to us to ask whether we needed help nor when we left. A real shame, especially in comparison to all the other stores we have visited when the team have been just lovely.

I contacted the Neptune store.Gail’s understanding of enhancing a home, for filled her promise, of making me “fall in love” with the home. The beautifully drawn diagram of her vision of the sitting room, showing Neptune features, colours and ideas is exciting, and when the work is completed will make me very proud, to show off to my friends.I am so grateful to Gail, she made the whole experience fun, and exciting. I ordered faux gypsophylia and it looks nothing like gypsophylia at all. I'm not even sure it's meant to be gyp. Only ordered 2 sprigs yet they were delivered in 2 absolutely huge boxes. It's so expensive to return that I'm not going to bother and I live too far away from a Neptune outlet to return it personally. Very disappointed and will continue to buy gypsophylia fresh from my florist.

The Bury team have recently helped us to design and furnish our sitting room and we are thrilled with the results. The whole process has been enjoyable, professional, timely and to the highest standard that you expect from Neptune. Jane, our designer, had a consultative approach, carefully listening to our likes and dislikes, our needs of the room, took careful note of the items we wished to retain and created a design that took all these criteria into account. The mood board and room drawings were superb and extremely professional. They are works of art in their own right! From approving the design to delivery, Jane and Bethan regularly kept us informed of progress and were readily available to answer our questions; always with a quick and courteous turn-around. On the day of delivery, Jane joined us to receive the furniture and dress the room. The delivery team were also courteous, respectful and helped with tips on keeping the furniture clean and how to adjust etc, but Jane’s dressing of the room was superb. Not just unpacking and displaying, but even helping to hang pictures! We are left with a ‘new’ sitting room that looks and feels beautiful. We are thrilled with the look of the room, but thanks to Jane’s subtle and creative suggestions (adding a picture rail, having a large rug that goes under the front legs of the furniture, suggesting heights of shelves as examples), we are incredibly happy with the feel of the room too. Jane was at pains to create a beautiful room that felt inviting, cosy and reflected us and our home; not just replicating a Neptune showroom. Our whole experience has been superb and I have since recommended this service to a colleague who has also gone through this process on the back of my recommendation with their sitting room too. They live in North Wales so used a different store but are equally happy with the Neptune offering. A huge thank you to Jane and Bethan for their creativity, support, patience and professionalism. It’s been a fabulous process with a beautiful result. Thank you so much.

It is one of the most perfect shopping experiences I have. It's not only shopping, it's a total experience. The Chichester store envelopes you with grace and design perfection. The staff are helpful and so kind when I visit with my 91 year old mother (her go to destination when she comes to stay), they always offer her a cup of tea and coffee. She does her Christmas shopping there each year.

I've bought a lot of stuff at Neptune Bury St Edmunds. The staff there are always helpful and informative but I really want to mention the delivery guys! They kept in touch by phone and let me know exactly when they would be there, when they arrived, to the minute that they said they would, they were extremely helpful and even took one of the really heavy items upstairs without the usual moaning, even offering to take off their shoes! I am so fed up with the companies that give you a delivery time that spans six hours and you sit there like a dork and then they don't even turn up, or even worse, that annoying "tried to deliver but you were out" card. You don't get that with Neptune Bury St Edmunds.. so thanks!

Fantastic design service. We used Neptune Southport for a paint consultation, lounge room design, kitchen design and utility design. We could not be happier with the results. The paint colours look amazing in every room and compliment each other to create cohesive flow throughout the house. The kitchen and utility designs work beautifully and the functionality of all the rooms is amazing. Our lounge was a tricky space and again the designer ensured it was furnished beautifully and issues were resolved. In all we feel that the designers really understood the project and what we wanted to achieve and we love the results.

Visited Neptune, Knutsford on Sunday and was so impressed. The showroom is incredible. Beautiful displays to tempt me to purchase items for my home. To add to my anazing experience the sales assistant I was lucky to have assist me was so knowledgeable, helpful and just lovely. Her name was Lyndsay. Thank you so much for all your help. I visited Neptune Cheltenham to make sure the Ludlow stools were comfortable, the staff there were soo friendly and helpful and I was assured that the stool was perfect and have been very happy with my purchase, yes you pay more here but the quality is well worth it. The showroom is worth the visit.

I attended a lovely design workshop in the Bath store in September 2023 in the lead up to moving into a fixer-upper. Whilst there I wanted to purchase a small kitchen item (board and dipping bowls) but unfortunately they only had the display item so I paid and ordered for them to be delivered to home back in Wales. After several months and a house move I chased the order directly with the store who were very apologetic and explained that the order had not been processed (despite taking my money) as the dipping bowls only came in a set of 6 (not 2 as had been displayed) They offered to send out the set of 6 at no extra cost but advised that there would be another wait of a couple of months before delivery as out of stock. The order finally arrived last week and 2 of the dishes were damaged but Neptune felt this was acceptable as I had only paid for 2 ! Today, I have been looking to order some timber ceiling cladding advertised on their website for £60 per m2 but sold in packs of 3.3 m2 coverage for £295. The maths does not work and the two different prices represent nearly £1k difference to my order. Once again, Neptune are offering misleading pricing information. I am aghast that a company offering premium products at a premium price are falling so far short of premium with their customer service.
