Lovely furniture, just a shame the customer service is lacking. The team in store were great although delays in delivery were poorly communicated and there seem to be multiple systems across the business that don’t talk to each other meaning lots of inconsistent messaging throughout our customer journey.

After a problem with the spindles of two Wardley chairs, purchased 6 years ago and a subsequent misunderstanding with regards to an offer of maintenance, I was left a little frustrated with Neptune. However, a call to the support team and first-class coordination by Peter, resulted in a very generous offer to replace the full set of 6 chairs. This was very much appreciated and the chairs arrived soon afterwards.I’ve purchased Neptune furniture to date, to last a lifetime and it is very encouraging to see the company step up when quality falls below expectations.Thank you Peter and team.

Jodie from Customer Service was wonderful in dealing with a replacement foot stool cover that had been discontinued. She went to great lengths to track one down and coordinate with Neptune Outlet so that I could purchase it. She kept me updated and really went above and beyond. Really fantastic customer service! Thank you!

Great service, having confirmed the delivery date - the kitchen units arrived on time - off loaded and stacked neatly and safely ready for installation. Neptune have been extremely easy to deal with from our initial consultation, through the design stage, right through to delivery - highly recommend them if you are looking for a high end kitchen - that is good value and of high quality.

Earlier this week we had a range of Neptune Bedroom Furniture delivered to our home, first time we have had a delivery direct to our home from Neptune. Pleased to report the service we received from the 2 men who delivered the furniture was simply excellent. Arriving slightly earlier after an early morning drive both men were extremely courteous and set about the difficult task of getting the heavy furniture up our narrow stairs with caution. All furniture was in place within 1 hour..! All packaging removed and area cleared. Can't thank the boys enough you did youselves and Neptune proud on that day. Great job

I love my headboard but was disappointed that it could not be attached to my bed….. it was not explained to me when I purchased that the headboard only fit Neptune beds .

Item size not generous in size !! paid for to delivery to my home !! Which took forever and then had to go to post office to pick up . Not good for a company that charges high end prices

Delivery men could not have been more helpful. Delivered to my room of choice, carefully unpacked & checked mirrors, then repacked them until ready to fit. Advised on fittings too. Staff in the Tonbridge store were extremely helpful too prior to purchase. 5 stars all round. Thank you.

Great after sales service. A product stopped working within its guarantee period, but being unable to replace it because it was out of production, they gave me a generous credit note. Most appreciated!

Very stylish items. Brought to go with other neptune purchases. I brought the honey pot to use as a used tea bag pot as i hate to see them The jug is very sweet and can be used for flower post or drinks

I saw the rug in a different colour from the outlet in leeds - the staff were so helpful and friendly I came home and ordered the colour and size I wanted online. The rug arrived within 5 days and is beautiful, it looks great in the lounge. I did have to contact customer service as due to a picking error I did actually receive 2 rugs!! This was dealt with straight away and the additional rug collected the next day. All in all an excellent service and is definitely order again.

I love Neptune there showrooms are incredable and there products the same, if you want good quality, good price and amazing customer service they provide it all x

The items were well packaged and delivered quickly - maybe a bit overpackaged given their size? The items, two honey pots, are of very good quality, slightly larger than I thought, which was a pleasant surprise.

Absolutely love everything about Neptune. I have made many purchases over the years and each item is of the highest quality using the most beautiful materials. From little vases and faux flowers to large furniture, each purchase has delighted me and continues to do so, Thankyou

I am very pleased with my Ardingly cabinet. It is well made and I love the colour I chose. Delivery was ahead of schedule which was a good surprise! It was delivered by an experienced team of 2 men who took care to position the cabinet and show me how to make adjustments to the height etc. The doors of the cabinet do not open how I expected so I needed to change where I planned to place it. Perhaps this could be clearer on the website listing. I would both order from again and recommend Neptune.

Great customer service - staff are helpful, responsive and speedy. I made a product enquiry via the website and received helpful information very quickly. Previous in-store customer service also great. Highly recommend.

From our first visit to the sign off Neptune, and for us that was the designer Tahirah, Neil and Toby the installer were professional, knowledgable friendly and reassuring and thorough. Our new utility room is such a joy. All our prerequisites were met but it exceeded our expectations. Would not hesitate to recommend Neptune.

Always excellent service. Paint was a 5-6 week wait online but phoned the shop who could get it for me within a week! All Neptune products top quality and staff who are so helpful and friendly.

Excellent and very helpful designer in Cheltenham store which we conducted by emails. I was undecided on paint colour for my Henley tv cabinet but the one I eventually choose is perfect and I am just thrilled with this beautifully made piece of furniture so right for my room.The delivery drivers were courteous, efficient and very helpful, and arrived early which was great.I have a chest of drawers on order which is coming beginning of March so I am confident the standard will be as high.

I purchased a number of glass tables from Neptune a couple of years ago. For no reason at all one of the glass shelves on the large console table exploded sending glass all over my living room.I contacted Neptune who said that they would refund me in full for the table, however they then refused and said that they would send a new glass shelf and a candle as a gesture of good will. The glass arrived but not the candle and I am now very concerned about the other tables I have in my living room.

Lee and Craig were excellent. Delivered all of our kitchen units on time and worked hard to bring them round the house and into the lounge… lots of big boxes!!Friendly and helpful. We were very happy with the service. Thanks lads

Such an inspirational place to visit, so much to get ideas from and lovely things to buy. Staff are always friendly and welcoming and often or not offer you a drink. I've recently purchased some plates and pasta bowls in the sale and i'm very pleased with my purchases and saving!

We fell in love with the Neptune products and the staff in the Chiswick branch were fantastic. In particular Eva, our kitchen designer and Greg, our technician who were overseeing the installation from start to finish. Both of them extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The measuring was precise and their recommendations throughout very useful. Overall it was a smooth installation and we are grateful to have them working for us. Money well spent. The team at the Winchester/Alresford store could not have been more helpful. They readily came up with suggestions that made the whole ordering process so much easier (and less stressful!). A real pleasure.The delivery and fitting team were absolutely outstanding. Helpful, polite and willing to go that bit further than just putting the piece (roughly) where it needed to be.We could not be more delighted and are hoping for a commission on sales from people who have admired our dresser and want one of their own.

Received a call to arrange the delivery of our new headboard. Delivery arrived punctually, beautifully packaged and very helpful delivery men , they unpacked and fitted it and took away all the packaging.Excellent service

Voucher arrived to recipient too early even after I emailed to double check the date as was shown different dates on the confirmation and email. When there is a service available, you expect to recieve it. I emailed after to raise my concern and was told kt must be a glitch and nothing since. Very disappointed.

We had the Bath Neptune design service when we moved to our new house and spent many tens of thousands of pounds with them. They did a good job, but ordered a Shoreditch Carver Chair in the linen fabric for a desk chair. With 3 month's use (and no zips or buttons on shorts) the chair seat is threadbare. Despite being told they would recover it they then backtracked and said they would not, unless we had the same unsuitable fabric. Chair is now completely useless. Terrible that they even sell this fabric for a chair.

Over the past few months we have been using Neptune (Chesham) to help furnish our new home. We have been very impressed not only with the quality of the items we have ordered, but also by the level of customer service we have received in store by our contact Laura Myatt. Delivery and installation was also first class! Can’t speak highly enough of this store. Well done and thank you for all your help!

First time ordering from Neptune. I saw the Lewes jug and honey jar. Very reasonable price as they were in the sale. Looks beautiful and the quality is very good. I had emailed the company To see if the items were in stock and they responded very promptly. Very good customer service. are you sure you want to do this?

Popped in on Friday for the first time and what an amazing shop - huge in size with everything you could possibly want/need for your home, along with giving great ideas. Both Katy and Shannan gave excellent customer service with a smile and went above and beyond - the coffee was an added bonus.Will definitely be back soon!!

The Lewis storage jars are beautiful and match with your kitchen cabinets. I now have all 3 and couldn’t resist the jug !

Really happy with the armchair we ordered, it fits beautifully in our home and is very comfortable.

Fantastic service from Neptune especially the delivery guys Lee & Craig, they were courteous and really cheerful, they unpacked everything and put the sofa together making sure they showed me how it clipped and I clipped. Very pleased with their communication too, they gave me my half an hour heads up and were on time.

Neptune have been amazing and in particular, Amy F who is a customer experience advisor. She was so responsive, answering my emails almost immediately every time, efficient at sorting everything out and so helpful, it is rare to receive a service like that these days! Everything Neptune sells is amazing too, if I won the lottery I would do my whole house and kitchen just from Neptune!

Love our new dining chairs - great quality and it was such a good shopping experience to look online and then see the items in store before purchasing. Delivery service was excellent, we were notified all the way through and really helpful and polite delivery men.

I have always received such good customer service from Neptune. Their products are such good quality and I have never regretted using them.

Paint order - up against it with the decorator and Neptune were, as always, really helpful in ensuring paint got to me in time!

Taken delivery today of a Clemmie Superking headboard. I’ve waited a long time which was a bit of a drawback but have to say I’m very pleased with it. The guys who delivered it had to negotiate a narrow lane and electric gates. They were brilliant, very polite and lovely manners. They had driven from Newcastle to York then back to Swindon, a long day and they still had a smile.

Love the store, the professional staff and the many many beautiful items of furniture. Great for inspiration but be warned…it’s addictive and you may not leave empty handed.

After struggling with the layout of my kitchen / diner I booked in with the lovely Lucy at Neptune to have free design consultation. Before my appt Lucy had already looked at photos of the layout and designed a couple of layouts that created more harmony and flow to the room. We created a mood board for my style and Lucy has completely opened my eyes to possibilities within that space I hadn’t seen before. Would highly recommend this new service. Thank you

The staff in Neptune Canterbury are always unbelievably friendly and helpful, with wonderful customer service. The store is beautifully presented and this is a credit to the whole team, it is a joy to shop there.

Ant & Jason were absolutely fabulous. They waited for 3 hours outside my house as they were really early for delivering my amazing new headboard. I explained that I was in work and I had to pick my son up from school. They were totally relaxed and said that’s fine we will wait for you. Really lovely gentlemen and a pleasure to deal with.
