I called the Delivery Team when our order didn’t turn up having had to cancel appointments and wait in all day. I was told they’d call me back in the morning with an update. This didn’t happen. It did arrive the next day and was left by the door. Not the best service but nice product when it arrived.

Amazing great quality kitchen. Design fantastic by Aneeta. Really listened to our needs and matched them. Ade and Chris were brill on installation. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks to Greg for the background coordination. We are so happy with our kitchen.

Excellent service. Very pleased that having paid for delivery and installation of the Coniston bed, that although we are not ready as we are still renovating the house the delivery people have left the bed packaged in boxes and will come back to put it together for us when we are ready, so thank you for thus. Much appreciated. We had to buy the bed now as it is being discontinued.

I have tried to engage with customer experience team since last August eventually got email from a manager looking for photos of 3 sofa’s & 2 arm chairs both discoloured so badly I had already sent photos to the customer service team , have had no reply from manager since he received photos in November .. the best advice up to that is get a local upholsterer to recover would you recover with fabric that failed after 4 years ??? How can I get assistance that represents the brand honourably?

Great quality and customer service from Cheltenham Neptune as always. Just love Neptune for beautifully made furniture which looks amazing and a bit different. Love the Rupert stool and modern 4 poster bed!

We recently bought some chairs from Neptune in bury st Edmund’s. Unfortunately, 3 days after we had them delivered, I sat down to dinner and the front leg gave way ( much to the hilarity of my husband 😩). However, I immediately phoned the store and they were absolutely brilliant. They were so apologetic, asking if I was okay and were straight on to head office to get a replacement. They also said that I must have one for Christmas from their display, so one of the staff put it in her car and dropped it off to us on her way home that evening. Shortly after Christmas we had a brand new chair delivered. Things happen to products that we sometimes buy and that’s life, but the real quality comes from a company who handles things well, kindly and promptly. I really feel that these staff went above and beyond. Thank you

Poor service. I’ve been a long time customer of Neptune and have lots of items of theirs, thousands of pounds of items. I bought a headboard from them, had to wait 3 months but I am patient. Unfortunately I had to be at the dentist when the delivery was due. My brother was present. They did not unwrap the item, moved my bed without permission and left the extremely heavy headboard in a place that was really awkward. I had asked them to leave it against the wardrobe but this was not done. So I came home to find my bed moved to the middle of the room and I had to struggle with cardboard which is huge and a heavy headboard on my own. It was really hard to get the item out of the packaging on my own. Neptune had said the item would be unpackaged and they would take the packaging away but they didn’t. I complained and was met with nonsense. I spent 30 mins getting it out of the packaging, more time putting my bed back to where it was (as they moved it with out my permission) and time complaining. Zero compensation for my time. Time they wasted. Also beware if you’re buying a headboard thinking it will fit a divan (because they advertise it will fit a bed)…it won’t and you’ll need to secure it to the wall by drilling in a piece of wood. That is more disruption and hassle. Really disappointing.

Order didn’t arrive in time that was supposed to, as evidently got ‘lost’ by courier !!! House number and half street was not on paperwork (was on mine ) . Been told another has been ordered but have not received yet !! WATCH THIS SPACE

We had seen the wardrobe we chose on display at Neptune in Wimbledon but made the purchase near where we live in Norfolk, from Neptune in the Appleyard at Holt.Susannah and David were a great to deal with.The Delivery was from stock and the 2 delivery people were great including the assembly.

I have always yearned for a Neptune kitchen and when we got planning permission to extend our cottage, we went straight to the Chesham showroom.From start to finish we were looked after so well. Rebecca really understood our design brief and brought it to life, James (our Project Manager) worked extremely well with our builder Mark and Glenn installed the kitchen seamlessly. I could go on, suffice to say we are very happy and thrilled with our new kitchen.

I was looking at the Neptune kitchens in Ireland for my new renovation. I got an appointment but missed the deadline to confirm and missed the appointment. The introductory email was so full of terms and conditions it was too lengthy and heavy as an initial email, which is quite off-putting. I kept trying to get another appointment but nobody called me back. I felt my custom was not a priority and I was the one doing all the chasing, so I just left it! It was too much hard work! I would expect a higher standard of customer service from Neptune!!

Efficient ordering, delivery and returns process. Quality products and competitive sale pricing. Olney lamp base, small fluted vase (full price) and small Hanover nickel lamp with Fermoie shade in green wicker excellent quality. Shaftesbury glass lamp base returned – quite lightweight and not such good quality as the other items although a lovely design. Overall, very happy.

It is always pleasant dealing with Neptune Hove. However, I was disappointed to be told that a lamp once past its warranty cannot be repaired. A four-year lifespan for a lamp of quality is disappointing.

The original table had slight damage, but with help from the store manager at Bury St Edmunds, this was quickly sorted. With a replacement arriving on the 8/1/25 which is fantastic. The guys who delivered the table the second time we’re ultra professional and super friendly.

Knew what I wanted before I visited. Saw this stool in Guildford store before Christmas and took my husband to see it in January. Lovely staff, seeing we were local arranged for the stool to come to store rather than us I get a delivery charge. my package was carefully and most beautifully wrapped. It was marked Fragile as it contained glassware and delicate foliage.The courier was most courteous and handed me the packages with care.Neptune is very special. A little more expensive but my word worth every extra penny.

Oval Dining Table and chairs Recently purchased the Oval dining table and chairs from Freya at the Guildford store. The service and delivery was excellent despite the delay in the chairs. Very pleased with the final outcome, they look great in my dining room.

Excellent in every way!I expected Neptune kitchen would look great. But what impressed me most was their services and technical support throughout the whole kitchen project. I changed my mind so many times on every details. Tahirah from Bristol shop was incredibly patience and thoughtful in every design details making sure to fulfil my needs in every functional and aesthetics aspect within my budget. Neil and Arron from installation team was thorough, considerate and experienced from first survey visit, final installation to waste collection. I did not buy worktop, sink, tap, electronical appliances and handles from Neptune, they don’t have any reservation at all and even went extra miles to make sure the installation went seamlessly. I cannot recommend the Neptune team enough. They were responsive and gave you good and timely advices. While at the same time, they gave you enough time and space for you to make decision comfortably. I enjoyed my new kitchen more than I imagined.

Sink leaks. After several attempts to get it right now Neptune says it up to my plumber. And they have sent the part which does not work Quooker does not work. No one came or even phoned to see if it was all gone well. I find this terribly disappointing

Lovely stores with beautiful items and great in store customer service. However do be wary of delivery though. I placed an order for lighting items in the first week of October last year. Two of the items were delivered at different points in the month of December and am still waiting for the 3rd over 3 months later. Not great to be honest and not the best comms either. Disappointing and unlikely I will order with them again.

Great service from the Knutsford store in ordering a Lloyd loom armchair to complement the dining chairs I’ve got already, and getting it delivered to the store for pickup rather than paying a huge delivery fee! In the sale too.
