Ordered samples from Neptune, Farrow & Ball, and Little Greene/PPL on the same day. F&B arrived the next day, Little Greene the next day. Had to chase Neptune and they took a week and a half

Fab experience in Neptune in Winchester at the weekend. Wow soooo very much to choose from - came away with way too much but honestly you won’t be disappointed with this store. Every staff member was so knowledgeable and friendly. Can’t wait to go back.

I have tried to see a Long Island Dining Chair with a view to ordering them BUT no one in Neptune knows where there is one, not even head office know.I have even tried to contact the CEO with no luck.At least 8 months I have been trying, I really should give up but I really like the look of them.What an absolute joke of a company!

I ordered callicarpa stems online at a reduced price. I had already seen them instore and was pleased that they didn’t disappoint on receipt. The website and ordering was easy, but the delivery charge was more than other similar online stores. The package delivered was so ridiculously oversized for what I ordered, extremely wasteful and unnecessary. It could have been sent in compact, protective box a fifth of the size, as I have received similar faux stems from other luxury online companies.

Such helpful ladies in Chiswick store; took everything off the beautifully laid table so that I could open out the extension and have a good look. Really relaxed and helpful store. Ordered online on the Tuesday and table arrived Friday, all assembled in 10 minutes. We’re really pleased with it, thank you.

I have made several purchases over the last 10 years, but more recently the prices have increased dramatically. I wanted to purchase a larger item this week (over £1000) and had come to terms with the increase in price but then realised that a delivery charge of £100 has been introduced, I can't deny this feels a step too far. I love Neptune furniture but sadly this has put me off.

As we are away for most of December we are trying to get Christmas organised, so we were particularly grateful that the perfect tree was available and able to be delivered in October. Staff as ever could not be more helpful and the tree itself looks fantastic.

Three months delivery time but we are very pleased with the settee which is the second one we have purchased from Neptune. Disappointed however that one of the brackets was broken and we are awaiting a replacement.

After having phoned to be told by the assistant that they had two bar stools available in the sale when I drove up 90 miles was told they had unfortunately sold one and I could have only one and had to purchase a new one how very disappointing especially when I was told they had two available and they would out my name on them no customer service unlike the york branch when they could not do enough for me as I do buy a lot from Neptune in the past I am going to collect the other stool on Saturday at the Belfast branch but will not be visiting it after that

Ordered garden lanterns which were in stock to be delivered to Putney as a gift. Delivery cost £50.It took just over a week for them to be delivered, and the glass in one lantern was broken.Very disappointed with the slowness of delivery given the cost, and the lack of care somewhere along the line.

Went to Guildford to buy a wedding present but I didn’t have a clue. Neptune Guildford staff were brilliant in helping me choose - brand ambassadors and delightful, not pushy like some shops. I will return.

Neptune have high end quality furniture but in my experience every time we had a delivery the itemWent back because it was faulty. We ended up having 4 units and even the 4th one was faulty, so someone had to come out to fix it. We ordered a dining table and now tbt is faulty so we are waiting for Neptunes to get back to us to see what happens next. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

I spent some time looking around the Neptune store in Tonbridge and bought a lampshade, I also talked to Rosie about various fabrics and the Lottie sofa as well as beds. I asked Rosie lots of questions and she could not have been more kind, helpful or pleasant. Lovely shop and excellent staff.

My furniture was delivered promptly, communication was excellent, the outdoor sofa and coffee table are beautiful so I couldn’t be more delighted. I know from experience that Neptune garden furniture is really robust, hard wearing, can live outside all year round and still look great many years later, Thank you Neptune!

Well, we have visited Neptune in Cheltenham on many occasions over the past 2 years and purchased a great cross section of items. Without fail on every visit we are warmly welcomed and all the team in the store are friendly and very knowledgeable. Our most recent visit was no exception.One of the beauties of the Neptune store is the whole way it is merchandised, you can take time, if you want, to brouse and get inspiration and ideas from the room sets and colours used. Neptune regularly update and change their store look so there are always fresh ideas on display to consider.The standard of customer service in all respects, even if there is a very rare hi-cup cannot be surpassed and must be the envy of others in the industry. I ordered moss and cactus paint samples - turned out Cactus was too dark, and Moss appeared more grey than Green. So went to the Reading branch, and just decided to buy 5 litres of Sage without trying it on. Got home, the first brush strokes I wanted to cry, I hated it! My husband painted a larger portion of the wall and the following morning, I began to like it more, as time passed, I was glad I bought it because it didn't make the room dark, but I am happy we made the blind decision. Really pleased, now I have to worry about decor, that would enhance the colour.

I was very disappointed with my Neptune experience. This was my first time ordering from them. When the bed was ready for delivery the delivery company was only able to deliver to my address on one day per week (Wednesday) which made coordinating for work challenging. On two occasions the delivery was booked and did not arrive due to delays with other deliveries however I was not informed of this and had to ring them to get an update. There was no proactive support in getting me my item. When it finally arrived it looked very badly handled and all the boxes were damaged. The bed itself had 2 scratches and a crack on the right post. Neptune did not respond when I reached out about this. While I still like the style, the stress of the experience made me not want to order from Neptune ever again

Ordered two bar stools and chose to have then painted black. The product is excellent quality and it was well packaged to avoid damage. On the day of purchasing I was given a price plus £50 for delivery , the latter being I thought rather excessive. I paid and came away with my order and receipt. A couple of days later I received a phone call to say that I had been incorrectly charged and that I owed a further £90. I had been under charged by £140 and also I shouldn’t have been charged for delivery resulting in the £90 deficit. A computer error was blamed. My first reaction was to cancel but I really wanted these stools so paid the extra. I am left with the feeling of not knowing if I was charged the correct price and also should I have paid delivery or not? My feeling is that if Neptune enter into an agreement with me and give a receipt for an amount of money then that should be honoured, any mistake on their part should be borne by them.Such a shame as I absolutely love their stores and their products.
