We have bought several pieces from Neptune over the last 3 years. Always had great customer service and purchased outstanding quality goods from furniture to glass and ceramic pieces. Friendly staff who always make a visit such a pleasant experience.

This company is truly awful that has lost its way. I’ve experienced so many issues with customer services at their HQ, and wouldn’t wish anyone ever having to deal with them.

Very good customer service and quality products, but rather pricy. Helpful ordering over the phone, and reasonable delivery timescale bearing in mind that we had requested custom painted furniture.

Jess and all the team at Neptune Southport have been amazing. They designed us two rooms (whilst also giving me lots of tips about other rooms and colour schemes) and they both look fantastic. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they kept us updated all the time about timings etc. The quality of the furniture is fantastic and if you have any problems the customer service is brilliant (not that we really had any) though it is quite evident that they want you to be 100% satisfied with absolutely everything. Worth every single penny for the seamless service, design and quality. Also what I really liked was the fact they are not at all pushy, clearly their products sell themselves! Thanks Jess in particular - you have an incredible eye and really took the time to listen, understand what we wanted and our style and then deliver amazing results! No hesitation whatsoever in recommending Neptune!

Really poor customer service. Bought a small bookcase £1500+. Arrived without shelves. Was informed by the delivery team they would be posted out. Given the item is in stock I expected express delivery! After 1 week of waiting, I get an email to inform me the shelves will be delivered in 2.5months. Can’t get anywhere with the girl I have been allocated to in customer services via email as English is clearly not her first language. Just a shambles. No offer of compensation. Is it really so difficult to open a box of a bookcase that is in stock, send out the shelves and rather replace the ones that were removed from the box and repackage for sale? Alternatively, send out another bookcase that is complete and remove the one that is lacking the shelves.

This spring it was time to redecorate our small hall and kitchen, but where to start with colours? We had previously used Neptune paint and had liked the results, so which colour to choose? We have previously shopped in the York store, so I gave the store a ring not really expecting anyone would have the time to discuss my small decoration project. But next day Hayley from the store rang me and asked that I send pictures so she could look at the space. Then she spent a good while with me on the phone making suggestions of colours that would suit the space, also suggesting that I use the sample pots to try out colour combinations. We have now finished the decorating and we love the results. I am so impressed that Hayley spent that time with me on what for them must be a small project, but means we will certainly keep going back to the company in the future.

I recently bought a Spritsail Square Parasol online. Delivery and set up of the parasol was quick and efficient the delivery guys showed me how the parasol worked which is very easy.The parasol is a beautiful well designed piece of kit. Sturdy, stylish and provides a lot of shade on my patio.

I ordered some Isoguard to refinish some furniture. Postage isn’t cheap and it took 6 days for dispatch and delivery. Sadly, UPS claimed to deliver my parcel but did not. This is not Neptune’s fault. However, I called them the next day and was promised a call back pending investigation with the courier (UPS). No phone call received. I called again on Friday and was again promised investigation and a call back. Nothing received. On Monday, I shared my frustration and finally had someone do something. In the end, a replacement product was sent out with an apology. From placing my order to actually receiving the goods was 13 days. Given the financial outlay for this product, I was disappointed in Neptune’s overall service. UPS was the source of the problem but I shouldn’t have to chase the company three days running to seek resolution.

Lovely products, reduced in the sale delivered safety. I have taken one star off as one product was out of stock and I wasn’t updated. I was given a delivery date of October for something I purchased in July. I couldn’t swap the out of stock product for one that was so accepted a refund for the out of stock product. Seems silly and money lost really for Neptune. That said the lady I spoke with was lovely and arranged for part of my order to by cancelled and refunded promptly so that the in stock products could be delivered. No plastic packaging was also a big plus for me.

The Hove team have been brilliant. I wanted To purchase a painting to take out to France 10 days later. I was told that this wasn’t possible from one branch. I then phoned & spoke to Lucy & manager at the Hove branch. They bent over backwards to help me & managed to do a special order that I was able to pick up before my trip. Thank you team Hove. This is good paint that applies well . Very good range of colours and swatches and trial pots available . It is expensive however . Bath shop was very obliging in person and on the phone .I do think that a delivery period of 7 to 10 days is far too long . Most people want paint quickly once a decision is made .

I took part in a mood board session with Gail at the Bury St Edmunds store, it was such a great event! Gail very kindly booked me an appointment to see her individually to provide a more bespoke mood board. I came away with the confidence of knowing exactly how I would tackle the project, suggestions that I hadn’t thought of and yet made absolute sense. We visited first and asked for help which was given with a smile and a helpfulness. We paid for a home vist after we had returned to discuss itmes we liked or disliked. The visit was first class and followed by our home visit to measure up. We returned to Cheltenham shop to go through again for both our living room and master bedroom. The presentation pack was amazing. Everything was order and an approx delivery time given which was kept. The person who looked after us came to us at home for the delivery and also brought other accesories,many of which we kept.We did not want to visit numerous shops as we live a long way away from our new home and wanted a one stop shop to select and have help and delivery. Other than one small problem with delivery everything worked as promised to us.We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Neptune to anyone wanting to furnish a home.

Hi I ordered for the first time on the 13/7/22 expected date for delivery between 18/7/22 & 24/7/22 still not arrived. I have emailed twice as not sure if this is the delivery courier or issue or Neptune? I am still waiting a reply so feel I can’t give any higher rating as yet obviously I would definitely change if I receive my order but find it very frustrating to have no update from Neptune regarding late delivery date. I have checked and payment has been taken and also the delivery address is correct at time of order. Please can somebody from Neptune chase this up for me

We asked Neptune’s Bury St Edmunds branch for assistance to sort out our living room layout. We met with Gail Norfolk and she later visited our house to see the problems for herself. The ideas she shared with us showed a real understanding of what we were seeking to achieve and the design proposal we subsequently received was comprehensive and beautifully presented. We were given options to furnish the whole room from scratch or to use a mix of old and new. We opted for the latter, buying new shelving units and armchairs from Neptune but, had our existing sofa and another chair recovered in fabrics that tied in with the designer’s plan. Other small items ended up as a mix of Neptune products and things we sourced elsewhere. The result is brilliant, something we would have struggled to achieve without Gail’s help and support.

On Tuesday, 26 July my wife and I attended a "Conversation with Eva Sonaike and Claudia Baillie". What a fantastic experience! It was great to listen to the discussions between Claudia and Eva and to the advice that they gave to attendees regarding the use of colour, pattern and prints in their homes. It seems that the secret is to be true to yourself and to trial prospective colours, textures and prints in different light at different times of day. It was just the sort of guidance that we needed as we embark on the journey of decorating our new home. In summary, expert presenters, authoritative, common-sense advice and super hospitality from the Neptune Team! Thank you for a lovely evening.

We had a very good experience instore (Cheltenham) and subsequently ordering. There was a long leadtime to get the armchair (which we had been told about) and were told it was a few days longer. Then it was booked in and delivered when they said it would be.
