Ordered a cushion, candle holder and Christmas bell decoration. Took over a week to arrive but well packed to protect the contents in transit.Really like the candle holder & bells, good quality as is the cushion base which I’d large & soft, however, the cushion cover wasn’t as lush as expected & feels just like a basic cotton cover fir the price.

I attended the lovely Christmas Wreath Making Workshop today. Beautiful selection of foliage and inspiration, as well as plenty of help on hand to ensure everyone brought something home that they were pleased with. Loved the mulled wine and mince pies, and of course a bit of Christmas shopping!

We had a wonderful time at the wreath making workshop at Neptune, Farnham. The florists were so lovely and helpful and so were all the Neptune staff. It was so much fun and we would go back again and again. The shop is absolutely beautiful too.

I ordered 2 Dalton lamps in May 2024, still haven’t received them! Each time I enquire there seems to be “unforeseen circumstances “ that pushes my “alleged”delivery time further back. May see them before Christmas but not holding out much hope.

Neptune fitted a new kitchen for us and we had a first rate experience! From the first in-store visit our designer Katy continually went the extra mile in listening to our specific requirements and building them into an exceptional design portfolio, using her experience to create a kitchen that was way beyond our expectations. Ian, our installation manager was a delight to work with, highly organised and always available to answer a question or to provide a solution to the inevitable installation issues that cropped up. The installers themselves, Ian and Stuart were highly skilled, very tidy and did a terrific job in providing a high-spec finish. Tom, the decorator made the finishing touches to take the cabinet exteriors to a whole new level. Throughout the whole process there was Jo, our store liaison contact, keeping all the moving parts of the operation well oiled making sure deliveries and any spec changes were smoothly incorporated. We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen and we are SO pleased we decided to use Neptune.

Shannan from your Hailsham store was incredibly helpful with choosing paints! She suggested I be brave and chose some darker colours to sample! She was very knowledgeable and we even had a laugh. It was a pleasure to be served by her!

We bought a piece of furniture in the Chawton modular range to put in our kitchen. We visited the Guildford store and we were impressed by the quality of the furniture on display. Freya, a home specialist, was very courteous and knowledgeable- she listened to our requirements and took us through the options. She took our order and kept in touch with lead times. The furniture fitting was completed in a careful and conscientious way and we are very pleased with the result. Freya contacted us to check all was ok so thank you for all your help.

The staff at Neptune made us feel extremely welcome when we visited the store to consider them for our kitchen. We worked with Jackie who was fantastic at converting our preferences into a beautiful and impeccably thought out design. We really felt listened to and the result is a kitchen of dreams with beautiful craftsmanship and thoughtfully designed features to work for our busy family. I recently visited Neptune Farnham to explore side table options, I was greeted at the door by a lovely welcoming assistant who asked if I needed any help. I ended up purchasing from the Edinburgh range after seeing it displayed beautifully in their showroom.The store smelt wonderful and looked so Christmassy! I love this store, always have a great experience when shopping here. Walking in, I’m hit with the beautiful Neptune candle scents and stunning interiors. The friendly staff always greet me on arrival and are on hand if I have any questions.We first discovered Neptune 5 years ago when looking for a new kitchen. The kitchen designers were amazing and we now have a dream kitchen which still looks as great as it did the day it was installed. The quality is excellent and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend a Neptune kitchen and Neptune Farnham in particular.

I visit the store frequently and every time I go in there the ladies are all great. The level of service is fantastic. I recently visited as I wanted to re do my living room, on this particular occasion Lucy helped me with colours and a fabulous rug and subsequently I purchased some beautiful lamps. I am delighted with all my purchases and my living space now looks like a Neptune showroom. Thank you to all the ladies that have helped us over the past few visits. I’m sure I’ll be back in again very soon 🥹

I cannot recommend Neptune Farnham highly enough, especially the very competent and charming Katrina, who above and beyond the call of duty, has gone out of her way to accommodate my demands. Renovating an old house and living abroad means that I am rarely in the UK for the designated delivery day in my area. However, Katrina and the Farnham team are so welcoming, efficient and always come up with a solution so I can get my furniture. This has now happened twice! (13/10/23 & 02/11/24)The furniture itself is stunning—elegant, timeless, and crafted with exceptional quality—but it’s the exceptional service that really makes me feel like a valued customer. We have been undertaking a complete renovation of our Arts and Crafts house for a number of years. A Neptune kitchen and laundry were at the top of our must have list and guided the whole design aesthetic. Neptune Farnham, with Danica leading the team could not have done more to help us realise our vision. The quality of both the design service and all cabinetry materials right down to the last hinge is exceptional. I can not recommend them more highly.

Laura and Sarah were both so helpful and patient when advising us in the revamp of our sitting room through the use of soft furnishings and accessories. Neither pushed us to purchase and we felt very comfortable with the whole experience.

Ordered a load of furniture and they sent the wrong colour table and chairs. Only to then say they don’t stock the colour ordered. It took a year to arrive. Quality is ok but not anywhere as good as the brand portrays.

The whole morning was wonderful- from the genuinely warm welcome from all the Chesham Neptune store staff (as always in this branch) to the delicious food prepared by Becky and shared with us all. From the moment entering the store the stores ambiance felt like home. A warm glow of comfort love and care. That is what home is to me. I was immediately greeted by the smiles of Luisa and Bobby. We had a minor issue with a 3-year-old dining table from Neptune and I brought it to their attention. They not only dealt with my outreach immediately but they actually replaced the entire table for free of charge, and had it delivered, all within a matter of weeks. I am astounded at the level of service from Neptune. Beyond that, our dining table (the original and the new) are not only beautiful, but of top quality. Thank you Neptune!

We could not have been more delighted in our Neptune kitchen. The whole process from beginning to end was wonderful and Gill really was at the heart of that experience. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the final design she came up with could not have been better. All the areas function beautifully and the quality of the workmanship is next to none. Even some tiny snagging issues were all dealt with by the team and by the end of it all, we felt like we had had such a positive and personal experience that it could not have been bettered. Last year I moved from a large house into an Apartment to downsize and also live in the centre of Farnhama terrifying experience. We moved house in November 2022 to a listed property that needed a little love and attention. We have bought and enjoyed Neptune furniture for over 12 years but only since our most recent move have we made use of the design service. What can I say, our house has been transformed into our dream home. We have had advice and guidance on numerous projects and full designs commissioned for the living room and most recently the bedroom/bathrooms resulting in a stunning outcome that has exceeded expectation. I cant wait to go home everyday. Everyone involved was kind, friendly, knowledgable and helpful. This began with Misha the Designer and continued with Jo with Store Liaison. The Project Manager, Ian, was brilliant along with the Installers, Ian and Stuart, and finally Tom the Decorator.The people involved made a task, which I thought would be daunting after purchasing my first home much easier and relaxed.I love my new kitchen. Everything about it is just what I imagined and much more. I highly recommend Neptune.

I was quite disappointed with my experience. I live an hour away from the nearest Neptune store, so I called ahead to confirm that the paint I wanted was in stock. However, when I arrived, I discovered that only 2.5-litre tins were available, priced at £48 each. I needed 7.5 litres, so I ended up paying £144 instead of the £128 I would have spent on a 5-litre tin (£80) and a 2.5-litre tin (£48).The store offered to order a 5-litre tin for me, but that would have meant wasting my trip and paying more for delivery, so I reluctantly paid the higher price. To add to my frustration, the store had a Christmas promotion: spend £150 and get £30 off. Unfortunately, no one informed me about this offer at the time. I realised later that I could have spent a little extra to benefit from the discount.Additionally, while free mulled wine and mince pies were available in the store, we were not offered any. My husband had to ask about them, which felt awkward.Overall, this was not a great customer service experience, and I feel like we ended up overpaying for our paint.

Love this store, visit frequently for Interior inspiration, invaluable advice and amazing customer service. The store is beautifully presented, so much so I never really want to leave. Most recent visit was for their Christmas market and it was lovely to see local crafts in a relaxed non sale pressured environment. Will be back very soon

I love everything about the Neptune store in Canterbury. From my very first experience to present day. The staff are an absolute pleasure always greeted with an hello, and a smile. My recent purchase was handled perfectly and the member of staff guided me through each process including when I might expect delivery. The Montague bar stools arrived and they were unboxed for me by the very pleasant driver. I checked the stools whilst the driver waited. The driver took all the packaging away for me. They were perfect in every way and are now in my kitchen and I am delighted. Thank you and will be visiting again very soon

We had an excellent experience from start to finish with Neptune and we are very happy with the end result.The project started with design concept, on-site visits, planning, etc, and we were kept in the loop at all times. Nothing was ever too much of a problem, being encouraged to take our time over choice of style, layout, colours and timescales. This all made for a relaxing process and gave us a feeling of confidence in what was promised. For example, this included changes to colours and work surfaces which would probably frustrate many a supplier!Once we had sorted the whole area ready for the dry fit (completed perfectly by Steve Matthews from Warmflow and his team), the Neptune installers did a fabulous job, whilst working in what must have been the hottest days of the year – great stamina! Any large fit involves various small niggles, and these were always ironed out with the least fuss and we were kept abreast of timescales at all times.The final result has given us a kitchen of high quality that will clearly last the test of time, something Neptune feel confident enough to supply a lifetime guarantee for.We have a bespoke personalised kitchen that WE wanted, and not that as desired by a designer – this was very important to us.Special thanks (in no particular order) must go to the Project Manager Ian, and Sarah, the Design Assistant in the Guildford branch. Bryn, Karl and Ollie from Eleven Oaks fitted everything, and Tom put the final touches together including the decorating. They were thoroughly professional and we would rate them as highly recommended.We are delighted customers.

Store very well laid out, stock presented in a very attractive way., found things I didn’t know I needed! Staff very helpful and were able to give me advice on colour schemes and furniture for my rooms. Having recently moved into a new house this was very useful.

Beautiful Christmas baubles. I bought x 9 of the papier-mâché Christmas baubles. These are beautiful quality and came each individually boxed within a couple of days of placing the order. Highly recommend.

The emulsion paint is very good. My favourite in fact. After fully decorating a number of houses and using many other brands the only one that’s come close has been Dulux Heritage paints. The current project has been exclusively painted in Neptune.Shipping is hit and miss, sometimes waiting much longer than advertised which always causes issues when in the middle of a job.The eggshell paint is water based and while it’s easy to work with as it has low odour, it takes so many coats to get a good coverage and chips far too easily once dried. Used different colours/batches in different areas and it’s no where near as good as Dulux, worth keeping in mind if using in high traffic areas.
