Thank you to the team at Monks Mead Reading, fantastic service.Delivery was excellent and the team who delivered the bed were very polite and efficient. They assembled the bed and took all the stress out of taking the packaging away . The bed was in perfect condition and it’s such fantastic Neptune quality. Definitely worth it . I recommend Neptune

Neptune phoned with a date their van was in the area - but we were away then so they arranged for UPS to deliver before our holiday which was in 5 days time. Nothing from UPS on day 3 so I phoned the Neptune store. I was told the UPS tracking number was incorrect and that I would be contacted when they knew more. Asked to speak to the Neptune delivery team and was told that wasn’t possible - strange as I found the number online! Day 4 came with still no information. I eventually got through to the delivery team who still couldn’t tell me when the order would arrive. 5 minutes after I put the phone down on them, UPS turned up: no warning at all. Neptune said that the order had arrived before my holiday so all was well - but they failed to address the multiple calls I had to make to try to ensure I was actually in for the delivery. Not a great experience and certainly not the premium service I would expect from Neptune.

The staff are excellent. Chichester is excellent. Look back at what head office did wrong. Maybe look at when the order was placed and then received. It wasn’t a kitchen!!!!!

I was able to order the product easily in store even though online only.Staff member very helpful.Delivery came early which was unexpected and great for me.Product was exactly what I ordered and fulfilled it’s purpose.

I have always loved Neptune so when we started renovating our barn it was our first stop.Although I had lots of ideas of how I wanted it to look, it felt overwhelming with all the decisions that needed to be made to get the look I wanted.Within the first 30mins of our initial consultation with our designer Hayley, I felt such relief, she totally got the look I was aiming for and how we could achieve it. It felt like a weight had been lifted from my shoulders knowing that she was there, her advice was invaluable and she always made me feel that nothing was to much trouble. I could not recommend Hayley and the team at Neptune highly enough

DONOT BUY a painted kitchen from Neptune. I guess we should have questioned the fact that the fitters left us with a can of paint as they left.! Within weeks of being fitted the kitchen started to show white paint on the edges of cupboards and drawers, the fitters touched up when they came to fix another problem but again within weeks the same thing happened. I made a complaint but no response from Neptune for months until I posted on here when they finally offered to repaint in harder wearing paint. This was done and gratefully accepted but then the same thing happened again within weeks. I made another complaint to Neptune which they did not respond to for 5 months asking for some small amount of compensation as clearly this problem would continue to happen and we would have to touch up ourselves. They originally said they thought it would not be a problem and asked for even more photos this time from a distance, then said nothing further could be done as wear on highly used areas.! We are elderly, have no pets or grandchildren so what does high use amount to?? We have had painted kitchens before , no problem, so clearly the product is not fit for purpose . Customer service terrible. Products look fantastic in the showroom my advice do not buy a painted kitchen from Neptune, you will be disappointed

Our kitchen is about 4 years old so naturally a few minor problems. I contacted Neptune and they organised someone to come and repair the issues. Christian turned up and solved them all, noticing another minor issue and fixed that too. Really impressed with the service,

I was unfortunate to receive faulty furniture. My experience of the Belfast store and Neptune Head office was very poor - both were slow to respond, with little acknowledgement for inconvenience caused. Improved customer service skills are needed in management of incorrect and /or faulty orders; this includes the franchise owner. I felt they were inefficient, and at times some of the team came across as being really unhelpful and a bit rude.It's different when they are making a sale.

Very efficient service, staff were friendly and very helpful. Staff phoned to tell me of delivery date and the driver phoned 30 mins beforehand and unpacked the furniture and took away all the cardboard.

Ordered online but item despatched with no parcel data, so it's been sitting in UPS depot for 2 days with no movement. Contacted Neptune online chat with no success of rectifying it. Just waiting on my refund. Wouldn't order again.

You longer can buy fabric by the meter. I was going to buy a chair and then get my sofa recovered in the same fabric! Will now choose another fabric from somewhere else! I don’t want my home to look like I’ve purchased my interior from Neptune I like to mix it up. I was going to enquire about a kitchen ….. I no longer feel that I want to!

The product is great - really good quality.It took much longer to deliver than it should have and receiving a phone call at 06:05 in the morning to tell me the delivery was 20 minutes away, is not how your customers should be dealt with.I'd suggest you sort that out.

Designing and fitting a new kitchen in an old cottage without a single straight wall is no easy feat, but Rebekah more than rose to the challenge and we are delighted with the result! Her patience through numerous iterations and even a last minute addition was handled professionally and nothing was too much trouble. She tailored the design expertly to suit our taste and understood the effect we were trying to achieve. Whilst there were a couple of hiccups, as might be expected with an old property, Rebekah kept us informed and there was nothing a cup of coffee in store could not resolve. We were also very fortunate to have Steve as our installer, who did a magnificent job in fitting the units and his advice and humour along the way eased the stress of being without a functional kitchen for quite some time. All the staff we came into contact with were friendly and so helpful and we would highly recommend Neptune.

We have just had a kitchen installed in London and we are delighted with the results. It is stunning and creates a fabulous space to cook and entertain in. It was designed by Danica in the Farnham store (as they have such a great range of kitchens on show to gain inspiration from), who was very professional and helpful, really wanting to make sure the design met all our needs and expectations. I would highly recommend her. The installation was overseen by Ian, who ensured that it all went smoothly, liaising throughout with our builders and answering our queries. The fitting of the kitchen was undertaken by Jono of Eleven Oaks who did a brilliant job, with great attention to detail, and finally it was decorated by Tom who finished it off beautifully. All those involved were incredibly helpful and really nice and professional to deal with. Everyone who visits the house loves it, as do we, so a big thank you to Neptune for delivering our dream kitchen. Ollie and Laura

We ordered 2 extra chairs for the Boscombe bistro set we purchased earlier in the year. The set is really pretty and looks like it will be very durable. The delivery was really professional, Roberto and Raffell arrived as planned and took time to explain the maintenance of the chairs. Really pleased.

Love this piece of furniture. It fits perfectly beside my bed. The two different size draws work well for me. I have changed the the knobs to match other furniture in the room. I felt the chrome button knobs it came with we're too small for the piece and I had been told it came with black bronze knobs! All in all very happy.

Lovely, helpful staff at our local store Chichester. Howard was especially helpful with sink information and sending us dimensions. Unfortunately we had a crack in sink on arrival but it was sorted quickly and a replacement came . Delivery guys ( Steve and Nathan) couldn't have been nicer :)

On Wednesday night about 11.30pm two drivers I'm sure we're named Jason and Chris were going through high halden in Kent to a delivery somewhere and thank god they were as they spotted my 20yr old son lying on the ground in torrential rain in the dark he had come off his bike and got hurt badly and if they hadn't have seen him he'd have laid there all night in torrential rain and probably died of hyperthermia! They were amazing kept me calm kept my son calm and they were absolutely soaked through they didn't have coats on I felt so bad but they didn't care and didn't leave until my son was in the ambulance which took over an hour in the pouring rain! One even walked my son's bike round to my house and they went above and beyond they didn't have to stop like the other drivers didn't that were soaking my son even more from spraying the puddles on him I can't thank you both enough for everything it's every parent's worst nightmare getting a call to say they've been in an accident and you kept me and my son calm and yous we're absolutely amazing thankfully he's ok going to be sore for a few weeks and on crutches but thankfully no broken bones and thankfully not dead thanks to Jason and Chris! You both are amazing and I hope that yous got my message and I hope that Neptune recognises it's employees that do go above and beyond because you both deserve recognition I will always be forever grateful to you both and won't ever forget so thank you both so much again. I called into the Knutsford store last Thursday morning and the two ladies that served me were so lovely.I explained that I was having a Neptune table and chairs delivered later that day and they could not be more helpful as regards looking after the table and how to treat it.When the table and chairs were delivered that afternoon the two delivery men were again so pleasant and helpful

The product was paid for in full and ordered in June and arrived in October way longer than told by the Chester store.Spoke to customer experience team in head office - nothing to do with them attitude.Purchased a lot of furniture and soft furnishings from Neptune over the years and the quality is good. This time the experience was poor and to the point i will think twice ordering anything else from them.In fact i went to the Cotswold company recently to purchase some further items for our new annex.

Ordered a console table from Neptune Cheltenham. Firstly, the team at the Cheltenham branch really are fantastic. The item was out of stock with a six week lead time, and they kept us constantly updated so a huge thank you to them.However, the experience with the delivery side was quite the opposite. The six weeks became eight weeks (due to import problems) and then a long back log of deliveries meant we finally got the item ten weeks after order. In itself, not the end of the world but trying to book the delivery was so stressful. We said when it was ordered that we couldn’t do Wednesdays. Lo and behold, we were told that they could only deliver on a Wednesday. Round and round we went until finally, two weeks later, they agreed to a Monday. To be fair, even the store seemed bemused and did offer to accept delivery at the store and deliver from there, but it was a far more painful experience than we have had from Oka who just seem to get customer service right. Probably why they got the bulk of our spend on the house renovation. It’s a shame because we really want to like Neptune more… love the stores… but it’s just feels it needs to up its game to match the premium prices.

We have a number of items from Neptune in our house and I love them all - from sideboards to throws and artificial flowers. Our painted kitchen table has withstood the test of time and despite grandchildren and a 'grand-dog', it doesn't have any chips in the paint! Just perfect

I absolutely love the quality of the items I have bought, and couldn’t be more pleased with the aesthetics of the design. The staff were very helpful and the teams transporting and delivering the furniture were fantastic. My only gripe was the length of time from order to delivery. However the best is always worth waiting for.

Item is faulty - all the doors have been attached without appropriate spacers; it is a dresser (very large) so these imperfections are extremely obvious. An expensive mistake.
