Avoid at all costs. Withdrawals take ages. You are also capped at €7,000 per month. Anything over that and you’ve to wait until the next month to withdraw (unfair to big gamblers). Even to withdraw the €7000 it is impossible, they will reject every withdrawal you have but they will take your money instantly. The odds on the site are atrocious, if a horse is 6/4 on Paddy Power on Betregal it’s 4/6. You also have to pay to play the likes of dreamcatcher, spin to win, monopoly live etc which is 2% per spin along with lots of slots. No promotions on the site at all and as for safer gambling tools there is next to none. You can’t lock a withdrawal, you can’t set loss limits. The app itself when placing a bet is difficult to work with, takes long times for bets to be accepted or the same bet is placed twice (happened multiple times). If anything I would say this is a complete scam of a site. Money on this site is just like play money because they will not let you withdraw.

Shocking. Horse racing odds are way below live shows, for instance evs is 4/6 or lower even. No Bog guaranteed. Can’t put different sports into multiples. Takes ages for a bet to be accepted. Site keeps signing you out. The list is endless. What a shocking betting experience.

Slow website, crashes when placing bets, then places it twice, crashes when playing games, crashes for no reason other than it is a rubbish website. Recommend using a different betting site as this one offers nothing and is just extremely frustrating to use. They take a percentage of the account top up fee too. Never received my welcome bonus either. AVOID, and save yourself the hassle.

Deposited 100 yesterday with @BetRegalIE. Did a double with my own cash and 100 single with the welcome bonus. Reading reviews on here have made me wary.The site is fine (casino wise), but the sports section is unplayable.Having to pay fee to deposit/withdraw is also poor.I’m awaiting my first withdrawals, and already the timescale is very slow compared with others sites…. Seems legit, there’s a 2.5% charge on all deposits and a fee for withdrawals. I made a cash out request yesterday but as yet am still waiting for confirmation as it’s still pending, reports suggest a 6 day wait for withdrawals made with a Debit Card. Not a great business model but not the worst site either.

Betway is pretty great. I have been a Betway user for quite some time and for the most part I’ve had good experiences and actually enjoy using this sportsbook. Unfortunately, I tried to withdraw $5800 last Wednesday. Betway confirmed my withdrawal and settled it as paid on Friday. I did not receive my funds while also being told to contact Gigadat to inquire. Gigadat bounced me back to Betway, stating that no withdrawal got pushed to their system, but Betway says it’s paid. This is a serious concern as no funds have been released to myself and it’s been over a week. I really do like utilizing this app, but no customer should have to chase their withdrawals, especially when our deposits always work… I have obtained my bank statement for this period to aid in this process but still have not heard from Betway. Have some OK sports promotions but stay away from their casino games. I only gave this company one star because honestly I couldn’t give zero. The online casino is a joke and if you just want to waste your time spending money with no returns play on this casino. This company closed my account because I was not meeting ‘responsible gaming requirements’ they claim they use to prevent ‘problem gambling’.Sure, I’ve stepped up my gambling this week, but that was due to the darts tournament.I’m not exactly loaded, but I do have an household income of well over £67k a year, so I don’t think betting £90 is the end of the word, nor implies I have a gambling problem.It appears this site upsets quite many people in one way or another. Would give 10 stars if possible. Great range of slots and really good customer service. One of the most important things about this casino is you can trust the withdrawal system. I never leave reviews usually but Im so frustrated with the company. I placed a bet and received 2 free bets which all went smoothly. When placing the 2 free bets I found a team I fancied to win and as it was a good price I put both free bets on this team, which won. I was contacted a short time later saying that I had breached the terms and conditions by placing both bets on the same result. As this was against terms and conditions the bet and winnings were voided, which is understandable but was a totally honest mistake. I contacted the company to explain and accepted that as I breached the terms and conditions then the bet should be voided. As this was a genuine mistake however I asked if the free bets could be reinstated but they informed me this would not be done and am now banned from receiving any further bonuses or promotions. As I said previously this really was a genuine mistake and if I had bet on 2 opposite outcomes so that one of the bets would win then I would understand being banned from receiving further bonuses.As much as this is frustrating for me I suppose I am also writing the review so that people are aware and take note of the terms and conditions within these bonuses.
