I’ve played everywhere and honestly Betsafe is the worst sportsbook I’ve ever seen. They send 90% of bets to trader and reject an outrageous amount of bets. For verification I send utility bills and they reject those saying they’re not the right bills when they clearly are what they’re asking for. I can’t even be bothered to go into chat because I don’t even want to be a customer here anymore.I’m guessing they do this to try to avoid giving you any opportunity to rollover the first deposit bonus taken. Honestly, it’s a complete waste of time. AVOIDI’ve played at offshores and every sketchy sportsbook available and Betsafe will go down as the worst by a landslide

Easy deposit easy withdrawal – with no chance to stop the withdrawal after clicking the button. Good thing for addicts and much respect to BetSafe for doing that.-That shows that they do care about their players. The common practice from sly casinos is to ask for all the documents and idendity when you cash out big, so that you have to wait and then possibly play up your won funds. Not these guys tho!Never had any issues with these guys, but they are very stingy about bonuses compared to my other regular casinos.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They advertise a lot about the best RPT strategy but in reality they do what scam casinos do. They let you win a bit and then if you won a lot they will never let you win again. They just drain you. For example 500 Eur in spins 0 bonuses on 5 machines. Is that fair? I don’t think so. At least a 1 bonus, I would understand if I don’t win. But spending 500 Eur on slots and getting 0 bonuses is just extreme I think. Anyway if anyone reading this I would suggest to avoid this casino and save your money and go elsewhere. Don’t get lured in by their strategy. Just really bad practices are being used by this casino and I have experience this myself. In reality I am still in profit from this casino so I am happy they did not drain me to 0 and I understood what they do.

TOTAL SCAM. never had any win here. more than one year, everytime i do deposit, they just takes everything with empty spins. Having trusted what seemed to be a reputable casino, BetSafe, and having undergone full verification there, when attempting to withdraw my winnings, I received the most absurd excuses from the administration of the site, claiming they couldn’t proceed because they were awaiting verification of my data from other casinos. And this has been ongoing since October 2, 2023, and has not been resolved to this day!Promising the safety of my bets (literally stated in the casino’s name) and guaranteed withdrawal of funds, I was simply led astray as soon as it came to withdrawing my winnings. This verification confirmation from other sources had never come up before; it was simply invented on the spot, presumably to make me lose my money while waiting for BetSafe to finally do the right thing and pay out my winnings!I’m sure this dubious (I never thought so before!) casino has plenty more excuses up its sleeve just to avoid paying out winnings to its players. My experience with this site has been extremely negative, and to potential BetSafe players, I advise you to think twice before dealing with this slippery casino.

Avoid this site at all costs. Their practices are deceptive, and they consistently evade payout by making baseless claims about violating terms and conditions. As a online casino streamer, I have played on more than couple dozen casinos online, and by far this is the worst online casino. Period. Slots RTP is 100% rigged. They are set to pay out min amount possible on every bonus. We can take Book of Dead for example, which widely available on almost all online casinos. We got bonus twice in about 250-300 spins. Both times, we we got non premium symbol, 10 and A. Both bonus was paid out 9x and 10x exact. Not even a single time, 10 or the A hit 3 or more. Chance of this happening on any other casino would be slim to none. Non premium symbol will hit at least 3 once or twice but not on this site. Starlight princess. Bonus buy 5 times. All 5 times, 10-15x. Dog House Bonus hit once for 15 spins. 15x total payout. I would advise not to waste time on this online casino. Upon quick research, this is owned by a publicly traded company. This will be a prime example of how to ruin shareholder’s equity in the long run. Whoever are running the company do not understand the basic logic of running a gambling rig. This sportsbook scammed me for ~1200€I made deposit of 698€ and me around 1200€ from it, next day they asked for verification, after I finally uploaded everything on the next day I could not log in again. I did not get any information about it, account just got closed I had to contact twice support to get that information and it took almost a week to hear that my account i closed and funds confistacted just because “they can do it”. This sportsbook just scammed me for 2058€, They requested on my account a verification, I sent them all documents they requested after next days I could not log into my account anymore. I did not get any mail nor any information that anything happened with my account. I had to contact live support to get told that my account is closed but they can’t provide me any reason. They closed my account without any reason, they did not even inform me about it and stole 2058€ balance (1200€ was my deposit)

I changed from mobilebet to betsafe. And I’ve gotta say that I have never experienced a more sneaky site. First of all, the process of becoming verified is a hell. Upon submitting my Norwegian passport I was asked to submit yet other documentation that I in fact was living in Norway. I had deposited like €3000 and they refused to give it back. What the hell is this ??? You deposit money and it’s theirs unless you fulfil certain comditions ?Second, the time lag from pushing ‘withdrawal’ to actually receiving the money is too long. I got message that my withdrawal was approved like 5 days ago and I haven’t seen any sign of the money. With Mobilebet it was 3 days tops.Third, I noticed that the numbers went all hay wire on bets MANY times. For instance, since I bet on tennis, suddenly the score would go crazy, to the point where you didn’t know what the score actually was. All orher scores that was not in my bet remained stable/normal. Of course, in the end, the correct score was shown but it makes it REALLY hard to decide, for instance, if you should cash out/pull out.Fourth, I noticed several times that the ‘cash out’ button just dissappeared when your bet was in serious trouble. For instance, I place a bet on player x, who plays player y. When y starts to dominate and you want to cash out/pull out, the cash out button disappears, upon entering the details of the game the button appears for 2 seconds, then disappears. I found a way to push the button in these 2 seconds, then you need to be fast to condirm, otherwise the conform button is gone as well.In sum, I have this sneaky feeling about betsafe. After doing a 10 streak win things start to happen. One time I couln’t even see the cash out button and I lost €1000. A lot of money, right ? I still wonder if I will get my money that I withdrew.

I downloaded this app to experience a great betting night and the first day I downloaded the app, it had technical issues and my bets were not available for me to see. I was tricked into making a first deposit based on a promotion for Canadians, only to find out they do not consider Ontario a part of Canada. Was then ridiculed by CS for thinking Ontario would be considered a part of Canada. Also, as to why they have to trick you to get you to deposit, my guess it is because they offer among the worst odds and highest vig in the market.

Hey Guys, haven’t used site in a few months and went back yesterday. Deposited £30 and had 3 winning bets and 1 losing bet. Final bet was for Facile Vega at Leopardstown. Had all daily winnings on this (£150 at 8/13) and he came in. Cleared £260 and immediately paid out and in my bank account less then 15 minutes from withdrawal. My account was already verified from before. I have seen negative messages here and I have to say are unfounded for me. I have posted issues on this site of other bookmakers previously, however in my opinion, betsafe for can be considered safe. Good odds given for horseracing and prompt payouts.

Definitely not recommend this bookie to anyone. You risking to lose your money every moment. My mark 2/10.They verified account and paid me small amounts until I won more. Suddenly one day I didn’t manage log in to account. Security department initiated checking. After few weeks I received another email. They wrote me I violated rules according fixed matches, my account will stay frozen and money confiscated. Balance on my wallet was almost 3000€. That was real surprise for me. Security department didn’t explain anything else. Didn’t expect such behaviour from this bookie. People, don’t gamble here.

Perhaps I was just lucky (reading through the dismal reviews) but I only ever had one problem. It was sorted out speedily by their customer service, who were quite polite, friendly and extremely helpful. When it came to withdrawals (I used PayPal) they were in my account the very same day. I have had many problems with better known betting sites and I can fully appreciate the concern of fellow punters and their reviews. Like I stated, maybe I was just one of the lucky ones, but honestly, I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending bet safe.

They cover good sports markets and decent promotions and withdrawals are usually credited to paypal within 2 hours!! Betsafe is anything but safe. I registered and deposited, soon after, before even making a single bet, they limited my account. I tried withdrawing, but the function was disabled. I contacted them, and they wouldn’t let me withdraw my money unless I sent them ID. Funnily, I was able deposit without ID. Very shady bookmaker, avoid at all cost!I’ll be contacting the anti-fraud authorities to get my money back.

After being tempted by their introductory offer for new customers, I managed to place 3 or 4 winning bets (more luck than judgement) with these people before they stopped accepting any further bets from me. They didn’t even honour their introductory offer. Fortunately I came away with more money than I deposited as there is still money in my account that I can’t access. Be warned! Stay away.
