Hey Guys, haven't used site in a few months and went back yesterday. Deposited £30 and had 3 winning bets and 1 losing bet. Final bet was for Facile Vega at Leopardstown. Had all daily winnings on this (£150 at 8/13) and he came in. Cleared £260 and immediately paid out and in my bank account less then 15 minutes from withdrawal. My account was already verified from before. I have seen negative messages here and I have to say are unfounded for me. I have posted issues on this site of other bookmakers previously, however in my opinion, betsafe for can be considered safe. Good odds given for horseracing and prompt payouts.

Definitely not recommend this bookie to anyone. You risking to lose your money every moment. My mark 2/10.They verified account and paid me small amounts until I won more. Suddenly one day I didn’t manage log in to account. Security department initiated checking. After few weeks I received another email. They wrote me I violated rules according fixed matches, my account will stay frozen and money confiscated. Balance on my wallet was almost 3000€. That was real surprise for me. Security department didn’t explain anything else. Didn’t expect such behaviour from this bookie. People, don’t gamble here.

Perhaps I was just lucky (reading through the dismal reviews) but I only ever had one problem. It was sorted out speedily by their customer service, who were quite polite, friendly and extremely helpful. When it came to withdrawals (I used PayPal) they were in my account the very same day. I have had many problems with better known betting sites and I can fully appreciate the concern of fellow punters and their reviews. Like I stated, maybe I was just one of the lucky ones, but honestly, I wouldn't hesitate in recommending bet safe.

Ive been with betsafe for quite some time now and have had no issues with them whatsoever. They cover good sports markets and decent promotions and withdrawals are usually credited to paypal within 2 hours!! Live chat is quick and very helpful so dont be put off by these rediculous reviews give these guys a try,you wont be disappointed. Very good odds also 😁

Betsafe is anything but safe. I registered and deposited, soon after, before even making a single bet, they limited my account. I tried withdrawing, but the function was disabled. I contacted them, and they wouldn't let me withdraw my money unless I sent them ID. Funnily, I was able deposit without ID. Very shady bookmaker, avoid at all cost!I'll be contacting the anti-fraud authorities to get my money back.

After being tempted by their introductory offer for new customers, I managed to place 3 or 4 winning bets (more luck than judgement) with these people before they stopped accepting any further bets from me. They didn't even honour their introductory offer. Fortunately I came away with more money than I deposited as there is still money in my account that I can't access. Be warned! Stay away.

Unlike many other comments here , betsafe is very good site .. There customer support is fast and efficient . u need to verify account that's their licensing requirements .. Absolute joke of a company should be closed down. Did a horse racing bet this week had a reference number for bet company voided the bet said it wasn’t placed 5 hours after the horse had won put the stakes back into my account. now have stopped me receiving any bonuses with no explanation total waste of time.

Just as others have said, signed up deposited cash - claimed additional sign up bonus.Placed a bet & won.Tried to withdraw & it just says all my winnings are classed as Bonus cash and I need to fulfill the wagering requirement before I can withdraw the funds - which according to the T&C means I have to place 6 bets using my original deposit (+bonus, i think.) before I would be allowed to withdraw.Saw no way around it - naturally, lost all the money on bets as they intended.Avoid it like the plague, no matter what they offer just avoid Betsafe.

Suck Bookie!! Basically, stealing my money! I won £213 from £10+20 free bet but withheld ALL my winning saying I violate T&Cs "12.1 Any Bonus is only available once per person, family, household, address, e-mail address, credit card number, bank account, telephone number, computer/device and / or IP address." I LIVE ALONE IN MY HOUSEHOLD, HOW COULD THAT HAPPEN!!
