Betsafe was a decent company until late last month and it showed me what a scam company they are. Disabled my wallet with over $16004 in it for no reason and support couldn't help after days of no reply. I contacted Bestresolute.com and they helped me out and were able to get back my money from them. This is the most horrible service I have ever seen in my life. I have made deposit from my international card which was accepted, now during several days I can't get my funds back as their financial department just rejects to pay that out, looks like these guys are proper scammer and need to be reported accordingly.

I deposited $2,000 to this site with a credit card and they kept asking me for a bank statement showing account number and deposit made to them. But these two statements were different and this site did not cooperate at all and kept delaying my deposit. I lost another $1,000 on their casinos because they wouldn't let me withdraw my money and I kept gambling , although that's my fault, but they wouldn't let me withdraw and asked me for a statement that doesn't exist. I explained to at least 5 different people in their live support of this problem, and they were unable to come up with a solution or let go of my money. My money is still stuck there and my balance is at 940 dollars. And I got another e-mail rejecting my actual pdf bank statement. Has been almost a month now in trying to make a withdrawal.

Another shady bookie that is very user-friendly until you establish a solid winning record; then you are lucky to be able to place a bet above $10. Definitely not recommend this bookie to anyone. You risking to lose your money every moment. My mark 2/10. They verified account and paid me small amounts until I won more. Suddenly one day I didn’t manage log in to account. Security department initiated checking. After few weeks I received another email. They wrote me I violated rules according fixed matches, my account will stay frozen and money confiscated. Balance on my wallet was almost 3000€. That was real surprise for me. Security department didn’t explain anything else. Didn’t expect such behaviour from this bookie. People, don’t gamble here.

I had my account verified and didn't have a problem until I tried to deposit and got error 20012 I asked a few times to help and always got the same answer its with the relevant department and they will be in contact but noone contacted me so I just got the account closed . Wouldn't recommend them to anyone and will advise people to stay well away

I have deposited and withdrawn several times, but after a fairly big win last week they are just being utterly difficult! Asking me to re-verify my account. I have sent them several documents but nothing is enough and they keep reclining my withdrawls with no good explanation. One time they asked me to send them a 30 day statement from my bank (fairly intrusive) and then after that they demand something else and still reject the verification. Feels like a scam! So easy to add funds but impossible to withdraw.

Simply put it's a scam site. I set up an account on friday and tried to deposit and error20012 came up each time i tried. Having checked my bank balance i can see that the money has been taken from my account by betsafe but not deposited to my betsafe account. Resolver, ibas and gambling commission have been emailed with screenshots. Stay away.

Misleading promotions, free bet doesn't arrive. Highly questionable information in their free bet terms. Then they limit your bets down to £1 so you can't spend the balance. AVOID these crooks!!! "BETSAFE" nothing safe about it. Worst bookies I have ever signed up to

Support just stop communicating as soon as you raise an issue. Have been chasing a bonus owed over the course of several emails, live chats and they as you for loads of unnecessary information and then just ghost you....
