Well, here is my story.I went in for some gambling and saw an campaign that would give up to 200kr back if u payed today and lost.well i thought, thats what im gonna do.. allthough i though iam only gonna use 100 kr.. But i said nah, its okay.. atleast i get all the 200 back and can play for 400 all together.. BUT - when i finally lost the money, the cashback was not available.. All of a sudden, its gone, allthought everything seems fine.. Then i contacted the support, and they could see that something was wrong.The answer was: Well we need to contact our boss to get the payment accepted.2 days after i havent heard from them, i decided to contact them. and guess what?nothing had happend, the same happend. we need contact our boss and sorry we forgot about your ticket and so on...well im on day 4, and guess what.. I had the exectly same answer again today..Im guessing im never gonna se my money.Conclusion: Do not trust MR. Green - the steal your money and use thier "service" to prolong the tricket so i give up.such a bad exeperince, i will allways do my best to never recommend anyone to use a cent on thier site.

Absolute ridiculous company. As soon as your in any decent kind of profit they become very aggressive in what they ask for. If you keep providing the proof they ask for they keep asking for more and more. Avoid at all Costs. They are horrendous company to use.

Absolute rubbish site fraudulently misleading advertising once deposited and never to be used again,the customer service was very poor,having said that,actually played ok and went up and down but the impossible to reach wagering assures you of losing.Not to mention the witholding of their offers.180 fs and no deposit top up for a first deposit is NOT worth going to this site.A lesson in how to lose customers and a day of rage reviews.

I transferred 25 euros to my account from my bank via Klarna. Racebets received the funds and kept it. They are now not responding, citing my email is incorrect. They are thieves and everyone should stay away. Do not give them the benefit of the doubt. Read and obey the advice given on here.

Smarkets warning So, this probably comes to no surprise to anyone who uses Smarkets that they can be plagued by technical issues and as part of the terms and conditions they basically take no responsibility for any problems that arise because of that. In my case a bet that I placed appeared on their website as matched but after the site crashed it appeared that the bet was not in fact matched. Smarkets admitted that the bet had appeared matched due to “technical issues,” but refused to honour the bet because “they are just an exchange, they don’t take bets but simply match them.” I am writing this as a warning for anyone who uses Smarkets that there is no certainty that just because your bet appears matched that it is and you have no recourse at all when Smarkets refuses to payout.

Same problem as everybody else.Have had an account for 14 years, verification was a bit of a pain having to send in photos of both debit cards etc but always did it with no problem.Then out of the blue the other day my account was disabled and they emailed asking for all sorts of stuff, including payslips and 3 months of banks statements.Luckily I only had £16 in the account and they sent it back to me after many emails and finally threatening them with the UKGC, the fraud squad and the police.Almost certainly had it been a large amount they would have tried to keep the funds.Avoid at all costs, they have gone rogue, borderline criminal now.

Da evitare come la peste. Avevo vinto una bella cifra e hanno ritardato il prelievo di diversi giorni proprio per fare in modo che mi rigiocassi tutto e perdere. Oltretutto alla roulette non hanno voluto pagare una puntata vincente sul numero secco (che è una rarità) dicendo che c'è stato un problema tecnico e non potevano comunque pagare la vincita. Banditi al 100%.

Terrible company. Sent all ID docs in wouldn't accept my passport even though it was a clear photo and a valid passport. Then they sent me a questionaire to fill in about my income and al sorts of other unnecessary crap. Customer service is dreadful. Thank God I never deposited as reading other people's reviews making a withdrawal is just as bad. If anyone is thinking of signing up don't bother. Just use one of the other well known bookies.

They asked me to send a copy of my ID again, despite the fact that my account had been verified and I had already made two withdrawals (bank transfers). They then sent me an email saying my account had been verified. One day later, they asked me for a selfie with my ID, saying that my account had been chosen for a random verification process. It took a couple of complaints and around two weeks for them to verify my account. They then sent me an email saying the withdrawal request had been processed, but it’s been two weeks and the money hasn’t appeared in my bank account yet. I’ve sent them several emails and contacted them via the live chat, and they said the payments team will conduct an investigation and contact me whenever they reach a conclusion. I think they’re trying to come up with excuses to keep my money, and I really don’t know what else I can do. It’s been a really annoying experience. Stay away from Marathonbet.

The only reason I am giving smarkets 1 stare is because I can’t go below that, please avoid using smarkets at any cost as they have closed my account and have not refund my funds and it’s been over 4 weeks and they are holding my 7k. And the reason for that is I could not provide source of funds according to them , where they have been asking me to provide bank statement of third person who has got nothing to do with smarkets . Basically smarkets blatantly asking me to breach GDPR where they have been asking me to provide bank statements of my friends whom I have transactions with. I withdrew £6500 2.5 months ago and I never received it, sent all documents back and it was a never ending deceitful delay tactics to prevent them paying out… well they never did pay out.Tonybet are not replying to me anymore… Devasted to now discover this website is running a scam. How on Earth did the U.K. Gambling Commission endorse them?? Thankfully the bank have refunded me for all deposits I made to these thieves

On the 30th of June i have sent my documents for verification with the intent of making an withdraw. I could see by their verification center that my documents weren't even analysed and i couldn't request any withdraws, so i reached out for costumer support. Since then, i have contacted betboro by livechat and e-mail multiple times and i was informed that my account was under ''revision'' as of July 5th, but no further information of what this revision was about was said to me. After more e-mails and live chats, on July 10th, i receive an e-mail that said the follow: ''Thank you for your email.When your account is under fraud investigation, we are unable to provide further information. The investigation can last up to 21 working days.During that period, there will be no further communication from our side, as soon as the investigation is over, you should receive a reply.''This is outrageous. I am positive that i did not do anything that was against ToS, and i am concerned about the way this was handled, since i only received this e-mail after insisting at least 5 times through multiple days on live chat. On top of that, ''21 working days'' is not reasonable for any kind of revision, and i worry that i will never manage to withdraw my funds. I find incredibly suspicious that i managed to normally use my account for months and never had any kind of issue, but right when i manage to grow my balance and request an withdraw, they wrongfully accuse me of fraud.I am not accusing Betboro of anything here and i still hope that my situation will be resolved, i will be providing my betboro username and account ID here in the hopes that someone from betboro team reads this and tries to help other than simply telling me to wait.I will notify the community of how my situation develops, and form my opinion if betboro is trustworthy or not. On the 30th of June i have sent my documents for verification with the intent of making an withdraw. I could see by their verification center that my documents weren’t even analysed and i couldn’t request any withdraws, so i reached out for costumer support. Since then, i have contacted betboro by livechat and e-mail multiple times and i was informed that my account was under ”revision” as of July 5th, but no further information of what this revision was about was said to me. After more e-mails and live chats, on July 10th, i receive an e-mail that said the follow: ”Thank you for your email.When your account is under fraud investigation, we are unable to provide further information. The investigation can last up to 21 working days.During that period, there will be no further communication from our side, as soon as the investigation is over, you should receive a reply.”This is outrageous. I am positive that i did not do anything that was against ToS, and i am concerned about the way this was handled, since i only received this e-mail after insisting at least 5 times through multiple days on live chat. On top of that, ”21 working days” is not reasonable for any kind of revision, and i worry that i will never manage to withdraw my funds. I find incredibly suspicious that i managed to normally use my account for months and never had any kind of issue, but right when i manage to grow my balance and request an withdraw, they wrongfully accuse me of fraud.I am not accusing Betboro of anything here and i still hope that my situation will be resolved, i will be providing my betboro username and account ID here in the hopes that someone from betboro team reads this and tries to help other than simply telling me to wait.I will notify the community of how my situation develops, and form my opinion if betboro is trustworthy or not. I deposited a substantial amount only to find that the one and only game I like to play had been removed, so I requested a withdrawal of that amount. They mailed me, asking for the reason of withdrawal without wagering, I explained, and since then there is No word from Redbet, and my withdrawal isn't being processed. It's been 9 days now! It is about a month now since my first win with Royal Panda. Since that win, I had a few more. After many, many excuses and lies from the casino (and I contacted the licencing authorities as well), I have still not received a single cent of any of my winnings. I completed all the verification and all was approved. I have the emails about this. I also have the emails which say that my winnings were approved. Shocking!!!! They are supposed to be licenced etc - the licencing authorities also don't seem to care. So everyone, please do not even trust the licenced casinos - you have no protection really. Be very cautious about ever putting in too much, or ever think you will receive any large winnings. Royal Panda does not even pay out small winnings!!! They deserve to be blacklisted and removed for cheating, lying and stealing (if they still don't pay me out) player's winnings.

As with others had my account flagged after my use of the site flagged my account for affordablity assessment, twice. I didn't see the first email so did not contact them with the requested information. The email said my account would be blocked from depositing until information was provided.Given that i hadnt used the site for a long time and it was on my first deposit in a long time i cant see how it could be flagged under affordability.A couple months later i deposited again, still unaware of the previous email. No issue depositing thought! Next day im flagged again, which i did see. Long story short i am locked out of my account with active bets open that are eligible for cashout. They get 2 stars for letting me back in to monitor my bet but really the whole thing stinks. I would advise anyone not to send the documents they ask for and just close the account, they want everything up to your inside leg measurment to prove you can afford it. But if you dont provide it apparently "a relivant department" will deicde they no longer need the documents and allow another deposit, then begin the cycle again.

Crystal clear photo of my passport,I have lost my passport so I only have a photo in my phone, I have used this on many sites as photo id, all going well deposit small amounts, won 2 amount of couple of hundred euro, until Friday I signed up for 150 spins for 10 euro won a nice bit from that got to about 4 thousand still hadn't completed the wagering requirements, long story short I ended up with 2000 euro real with drawable money, tried to withdraw this is when the problem starts, I was asked too verify sent bank statement and passport photo, no this isn't good enough now they want a photo of me holding the Id which is impossible as I have lost it, asked for deadlock letter still waiting M, I wouldn't waste your money on these scam artists, as soon as you win big its any excuses not to pay out
