BETSAFE IS A SCAM!!!! I deposit 500$ and now try to withdraw 500 or 1000. Did not take welcome bonuses. I sent everything they asked me to send except social security number. Signed up for an offer they had and thought I’d give them a go. They sent me an email saying 50% Euro 2020 deposit bonus which got my attention. (Up to max £100)Reading through the T&Cs you have to bet on accumulators for your bonus bets and do so x12 of your bonus, which is a bit steep, but not unheard of.Keep reading though, this has to be done within 3 days with no bets allowed to be placed on markets that aren’t settled within that 3 days.£1200 worth of bets within 3 days to keep your bonus!?! Just a sneaky way for people to put money into their account. Appalling. Avoid.EnergyBet, if you’re going to offer a bonus offer a bonus, if 99% of your customers aren’t going to be able to meet the terms then don’t bother.Update: They have since asked me for my name and reference number, despite the offer being one that anyone can take them up on, the terms are clearly visible on their website.They are asking me for additional information in the hope I don’t provide it so they can then ask Trustpilot to remove this review. Changing review from 1 start to 2. After initially being a nightmare verifying my account with seriously crappy customer service, I’ve not had any issues for a while. Sports odds are half decent, deposits and withdrawals have gone through quickly and easily. Was tempted to give them 3 but the lack of promotions it’s just kind of hard to be too positive

First of all, if I could give this company 0 stars then I would of done that. They are the worst bookies I have ever used. If you ever win or want to withdraw with this site, expect them to not honour any withdrawals; They will do everything in their power to delay this process. They will ask for the same documents over and over again, usually asking for the documents days apart from the next one. The customer service is non existent, just robots. It’s now been one week since I’ve requested my money and not a single person in that company can give me an update…just “wait for an email”. This bookies is a joke and I warn anyone to not use or trust them. How on earth they was granted a gambling license is insane, It shows we need reform and stronger regulation if these crooks can be handed one. DO NOT USE 2KBet.

Don’t bother – if you have a profitable account they will simply stop you winning more than £0.01 on any bet.You are guaranteed to lose on this site.Use Betfair Exchange instead – if you win they’re more than happy to let you carry on betting.Same goes for sister site Sportnation.

Hands down the worst betting site around. Not only will they charge you for withdrawing your own winnings, but they make it so you can’t possibly win on a free bet.You have to wager your winnings 10 times in order to convert it into real money and even then the most they will give you is £20. They are just trying to lure you in with that free bet.When i complained about this on live chat i was told to read the terms and conditions and it was my choice to place the bet.AVOID!!!!!!

I made only one bet and because I won they closed me my account with no further explanation or way to appeal. I’ve been harassing them for over a month with emails that take days to be answered, asking for my money and every time they delay it more. Very poor assistance and I think that I may have lost my money. Stay away from this page!

On the surface this appeared to be a decent sports betting platform with a reasonable selection of markets. Fast forward a few weeks however and i’ve discovered that this is an incompetent company piggy backing on the success of mainstream gambling operators and marketing themselves as one. It is more the case that marathon bet are a pound shop version of the more reputable firms. If you want up front honesty and reliable customer service then avoid this company. They will gladly lock your account without any prior warning and ask you to supply documents that they should have requested (as per their licence conditions) when you open your account with them. Customer service staff are scripted and robotic and have no ability to conversate appropriately.

This is the most horrible service I have ever seen in my life.I have made deposit from my international card which was accepted, now during several days I can’t get my funds back as their financial department just rejects to pay that out, looks like these guys are proper scammer and need to be reported accordingly.

Please avoid to open account or deposit in fun88 at any cost. They claim that they are leaders in betting industry but they will not give a single penny.I have opened account 6 days back and deposited 25k. My user id is piyush2038. On 30th may i have submitted a request for 50k withdrawl. Till 2nd june morning, customer chat giving assurance that it will process soon ( means i have not received funds till 3rd day of withdrawl). On 2nd june evening they have locked my account and aksed bank statements, adhar card with selfie, pan card, driving license which i have provided. Today they are saying that they have permanently blocked my account due to violated of terms and they have forfeited all available fund and pending withdrwal. After requesting many times, they simply tell that company decision is final.No betting company forfeited funds without any strong reason. They are cheates, frauds, they are only taking money from customers. I am helpless now. If anybody is ready to fight with this company then i am also ready. I cant give my hard earned money to these cheaters. GOD will definitely punish them.

I have tried withdrawing my funds 4 times using sort codes, account numbers, ibans, swift’s, 2 different bank accounts. You name it I’ve tried it! Each time the funds have returned back into my gaming account, all 4 times no one informed me it had been returned I logged into my account to find out for myself. I’ve given various documents, which didn’t get verified within the 24 hours they say it will take. They make you wait 5 days to see if the funds reaches your bank account, even though the funds are already back with them. I would avoid them!

So I tried my hand in online gambling, because casino’s are still closed.First few withdrawels and deposits no problem. But when i won 1000% of my orignal deposit, they wanted documentations. After sending them more private information, they still closed my account and gave me back my deposit.If you are going to close my account and scam me out of my money, don’t ask for more private info. Just tell me you don’t want to pay me and can get away with it because you are based in another country. At least that way I won’t have a bad aftertaste in my mouth knowing these scammer got all my private info…And no, costumer service does not help me even after dozens of e-mails.My advice guys, is to wait for proffesional casino’s to open again in your area. If I could give these a zero then I would. Please don’t waste your money. They will refuse to give you your winnings after making you pay to withdraw and then lie to you afterwards about the status of it.
