Please do not put any money into this site.I have had £3,000 in there for 4 months, never placed a bet, and always replied with the documents they need. They can take up to a month per email, and always seem to find a reason to require further documents, to keep your money locked in their hands. I gave up 4 weeks ago, and have had a pending withdrawal of £3,000 for that time. I will give them the benefit of doubt of being incompetent and understaffed, but without that, it looks like a scam, to hold your money for as long as they can under the guise of verification checks. This site, amongst many, stands out as a complete disgrace.

Absolute shysters and Charlotte in customer service complaints is a liar. I have lodged a complaint with the gambling Commission in the UK about these scammers.

They never paid me me my welcome lile I received with all of the other bookies. Further the minimum withdrawal is 30 euro and they only allow you to withdraw in round euro amounts. Avoid at all costs

Stay away from this gambling site. 13 days ago I won a substantial amount of money. They let me withdraw and they have left it as pending on the site and then blocked my account. The only way you can speak to someone is threw live chat. They asked me to send relevant ID which is fine but I ended up sending it four times as you can’t speak to the same person on chat all the time which is very annoying. Now they are saying they are doing extra checks and my money is with the relevant department. That’s a joke they’ve been saying that for days. They said they are checking for money laundering again just another delay tactic I don’t think the have any intention of paying me out. As of 10 minutes ago I have contacted a solicitor. I’m willing to go to court and the papers if this does not get resolved shortly. How do people like this sleep at night. They were fine to take my money but will not pay out.

I did eventually manage to withdraw my funds that I had legitimately won – after countless efforts and months – thankfully due to an anti-scam change in the law I was able to withdraw all my winnings. Redbet’s HQ is 85 St John Street, Valletta. I had read all about this address in the Panama Papers coverage but unfortunately didn’t make the connection. Pity! There are many fabulous gambling websites, why use this one?

Last review here as i closed my account, don’t go here if you want to live bet either, all live betting goes off daily for hours at a time, i threw 200$ dollars on and couldn’t even bet on what i wanted to bet on because of the live betting, just closed my account afterwords.i suggest sticking with more well known websites like bet365.

I have a lot of time for their personal touch – Someone phones you when you sign up to make sure you understand spread betting. Then the other week i made an impulsive and out of character series of fixed odds bets on one outcome, a few days later i got a personal email asking if i was happy with my bets and could they help if it was a problem. great to feel like they’re actually looking out for you rather than just ticking the boxes

Best to stay away from RaceBetsAs with the other negative reviews, they let you sign up, deposit freely but turn even a small profit and you get limited to SP prices only. When i say small i mean it it too (£0 in my case!). Complete sham of a company…they don’t pay nothing only cheating

Had an account for years until one day to my horror I realised what an absolute con they have in their locker. If you bet on a race on the distance thea horse wins by you are only payed a maximum of 30 lengths. On the race in question it won by 69 lengths. Can’t bet with those people absolute joke. Over the period you can only lose.Not for me thanks.

I opened a new account to try out the site..After i deposited 10 €, won 50 €, and made a withdrawal test of 20€ to see how fast they are but guess what , it’s almost 2 weeks gone and not any sign of the 20€ , i wrote them email but never got a reply ,.How weird isn’t it !?!So what if there where a higher amount and they dont even reply or smth.Stay away from this site , never had such problem with many different sites.My username: bekimlatifi91All the best playerss

Editing my last post, i put 2000$ on and actually withdrew 1300$ without problem with just a drivers license verifiedbut now i just withdrew my last 1000$ to see if they’d let you actually take profit from the siteand i got an email needing more cofirmation, weird how i can withdraw fine when im not in profit, now that i made 300$ i need more documents, will update further on if my bank statement gets verified or if they’re going to make it hell to get 300$ profit from them

By some margin the worst bookkeeper I have dealt with. I registered, placed a bet and lost. Then didn’t access my account for a week. After a week I placed some bets and won. That appears to have been where I went wrong. One is allowed to bet but not to win. The same day that I had my wins I had an email asking for proofs such as bank statements. Within a few hours of this my account was blocked and I could no longer access it in any way. When I asked why, I was told it was because I failed to answer within 24 hours. In fact I had answered after about 22 hours but whether it was 5 minutes or 5 days, there was no need to block my access to the account. I have been restricted in stakes before with other bookies. Had to jump through hoops to make a withdrawal with some. But never blocked like this. I have spent 2 weeks trying to resolve the situation. Sent many emails, predominantly to their escalations team. Still no joy. I heartily advise you to avoid this company.

worst service ever … 18 dec. I tried to deposit 500 one did not get money in the account but deducted from the bank. talked to their customer service who said i got the money back after a short time as this was a bug in their system therefore tried again and problem came again. I am now missing 1000. and mobilebet says they are on the case but after 4 months I still have not got my money. stay away from this company and their incompetent employee.

Stay away from this site absolutely disgusting customer service waiting 6 weeks to get my winning and still not recieved them they ask for security checks once you win they are quite happy to let you deposit but then bang when you want to withdraw it’s like they think. Deposited and tried to withdraw, they told me it was a requirement that I MUST wager it before withdrawing my funds (which isn’t true, they have a legal obligation to give your money back from your account, as per the gambling commission website: “Players must not be made to meet wagering requirements before they can withdraw money from their deposit balance”).Eventually they acknowledged this and let my withdrawal go through, but they then immediately closed my account. They’re flat out liars, best to avoid.

Was happy at first with fast withdrawals and best odds. After a couple of weeks I wanted to withdraw £100 (not even in front with them). All of a sudden I was asked for a security check and was asked to provide two photo I’d and another proof of address. I sent my passport, birth certificate, a council tax bill and my photo Id of my support workers badge. I was told I needed another photo Id of either driving license, military id or national id card! As I am not a driver I don’t have a driving license I’ve never been in the military and don’t have a national Id card. I explained this when I phoned their head office but to no avail. I offered to take a selfie there and then or go on video chat to Proove it is Me, but to no avail! My only option now is I have applied for a provisional driving license at cost,and inconvenience to myself. My account has been limited to a maximum of 21p per bet on horse racing/football but im allowed to do up to £100 spins on slots and still deposit what I want?? I’m not even winning on this site? I am really upset and annoyed about this matter and will be taking this further to the relevant authorities. The slots on this site are terrible And if you are lucky enough to get free spins at 50p stake you average approx £4. Make an account there if you love to play an attractive quest called “find and provide us thousands of documents”. Which includes all kinds all selfies, address proofs, medical certificates, marriage certificates etc. Only after that you may have a small hope that your account will be verified. But no, thanks! I would rather play somewhere else, where verification process would be more reasonable!

The returns were never fantastic but I convinced myself ( as we all do ) that my luck would have to change.In 1 session I spent £1500 with absolutely no win bigger than £100.This return is appalling !! I understand completely that I’m the fool in this but I urge others to think twice before spending their hard earned cash with this site.To add insult to injury and after many months of only spending what I can afford; they, without notice place limits and restrictions on my account !! Whilst also asking me to provide proof of funds. I can no longer bet on a horse to place at tote odds. They have become increasingly ridiculous. A 4/1 winner pays £1-10p the place,that’s the same odds for a 1/3 favourite placing. Hardly anything pays the equivalent to 1/4 or 1/5 the odds,something needs to be done about it.

No problems in that time until recently when they first froze account till i answered stupid questions on how we could solve problem gamblingthen i couldn’t login at all. had to contact them. Got a weird, robotic note from them saying I was an unacceptable risk and that my account was being terminated. You would think they would email people at least without us having to contact themLost much more than i won there. Their loss not mine

As bad as Spreadex. Wish I’d never bothered with the fixed odds side. The odds are atrocious especially football and the limits derisory. And if you beat them they soon limit you Stick to spread betting and leave fixed odds to to the EXPERTS. Ps 2001 called and wants its website back. HTML isn’t the go to thing anymore lol

Opened account 3 weeks ago and never had a problem albeit getting verified is a pain but most bookmakers now do proper checks . The site is basic but if you just want to bet on sports it’s fine ,Only problem I find is when placing lucky 15s or patents it only gives you a max exposure so then I have to reduce the stake on my bet not a big deal as I usually loose any way ????I have found no issues whatsoever with payouts ? the withdrawals are brilliant I have withdrawn sometimes and it’s back in my bank within few hours which I love .no problems using site for me ?

If you plan to make money with max bet limit amount of ~0.25$, then go ahead, waste your time. My experience was with their soccer offer, maybe not with most popular leagues, but still it is ridiculous. Joke of a sportsbook.
