I signed up on guts.com last week. I am more of a sports gambler than casino, but I thought I would check them both out. I had no issues with the casino but the sports betting is a complete scam! I was able to place bets, no problem, but to get into my tickets, it would just scroll around and around and my tickets would not load. This past weekend I spoke to Andre, their "customer service rep" and we tried everything to get my tickets to load and nothing worked. I tried my phone, my PC and I had issues with the same on a different PC and network. I was told they would escalate it to their tech team (if that even exists). Later that day, my tickets were loading perfectly so I thought wow, it's fixed. I spent the whole day betting Saturday and no issues with my tickets loading. I was winning! I placed 2 bets later in the day, both had cashout options with the live games going and I decided to go their casino to play some slots while the games played out. One of the games I bet on was getting close, so I wanted to keep and eye on it, I tried to go back to my tickets and BAM same issue! My tickets were no longer loading! I spoke to Hayden and told him the urgency in my issue that if I can't see my tickets, I can not cashout! He replied that he would check with the "sports team" and find out what was going on. He came back and said the cashout option had been removed (at that time). He had NO CLUE how the cashout option worked and how it comes and goes with the live games. I was livid. I was not able to view my bet tickets until the next day and saw that I lost 1 game on both tickets. I have received a follow up email asking if i've tried logging on with another device or network, which if my report from 12 hours earlier was really file, they would have seen i did! I sent them the chat log. That was 4 days ago and I have not heard a word since. I followed up yesterday and they said they are waiting to hear back from their techs. TOTAL SCAM!!! I should have been given at least the money I bet, back in good faith but they have no concern whatsoever and refuse to see that this is THEIR issue and that it cost me my bet and any possible additional cashout amount. DO NOT USE THEIR SPORTS BETTING!!! I see other reports of the same issue so I am not alone and they have yet to do anything about their technical issues. Funny thing is, you can't see your tickets, but you can still place bets! BEWARE!!

Buggy site but at least not a scam. Finally gave up on this site. It was down for at least 4 days so I decided to withdraw my funds. I didn't expect to get my money back but I did within a couple hours. Impossible to play at the sport section of the site but they seem legit after all.

Not happy so far. Very buggy site. Right now it wont load at all. Tried 3 different browsers and 2 different devices. Also had the same problem earlier on a different wifi. It is impossible to place bets. The support claims that they have a high number of queries right now. No wonder if the site isnt working at all. I will be back later. Hopefully it works again. I havent tried withdrawing my funds yet. I hope it goes without any further pain. I cant play on a site as buggy as this.Edit: Mobilebet is actually down right now. It may only be temporarily but it is not the first time this happens and quite annoying. Hopefully it gets better when they are up and running again.

I deposited yesterday and then my account was locked - there is a contact form on their site which they never reply to. They have no telephone number. They still have my money though and there's no way to contact them..... vile bunch of scammers AVOID AT ALL COSTS. WILL REPORT TO IBAS SHORTLY AND GET THE REFUND FROM MY BANK SO THEY CAN BOTH PURSUE IT

Software bugs. Cashout auto cashes without warning of refreshed balance. Got ripped off first time and refunded. Issue still there today!Secondly, they block your account randomly. I participated in the first deposit bonus promotion (100 euro plus 100 euro). Everything went well, I mean, I doubled the starting balance. Payout went very fast (within 2 days to credit card) and verification was just normal (ID, proof address, mobile number and bank card).I had overall very good experience with the site.

I'll go with a contrarian viewpoint and give 4 stars. First off I've never had any bets canceled or my account randomly frozen. I will say that my limits were lowered once I hit a bunch of winners from a decently high number to $75 USD, which is annoying. Their app is decent, their site is a bit clunky but their odds are decent and move pretty slowly. Most importantly is withdrawl... I've been only paid out via international transfer and they were EXTREMELY picky with my banking information / documentation. I had to go back a few times to get it to their specifications. But once that was done, they paid out twice and I'm currently awaiting my 3rd payout. So, I don't think they're a scambook like 1Xbet and I've personally not had any real issues so I'd cautiously recommend but only if. A) You're ok with being limited if you win B) You're not placing massive bets C) Can put up with a mediocre site D) When you do cash out, are willing to go through a painful process.

I opened an account with Black Type and deposited to try them out , I had a £20 bet Filbert Street at Southwell on the 29th October and put on two further doubles and a football bet. Filbert sat won and £170 was showing in my account.I logged out and when I tried to log in later I couldn't.I checked my email and there was one from Black Type saying I had closed and excluded an account from one of their partners.I have no idea who this is so why did they allow me to open an account , complete wagers and pay winnings.They have now told me ALL bets are voided including the winning ones and they will refund my initial deposit

Did write a simple review 6 days ago (se below) regarding a withdrawal I have not received. I did win NOK1500 and made a withdrawal 29th of September. I have still not received any funds, despite providing my bank statement several times. Customer service chat is just rubbish and gives me the same answer every time "we are still looking into it". They claimed not to have received e-mails on one hand yet acknowledged receipt in others.If they have withheld your £££....... be persistent, contact IBAS (betting complaints commission) and eventually you will be rewarded.My advise - for those who have accounts ... close them and take your money out. Okay site, okay software. Sometimes the table has already started but mine is still loading. Lose 1 1.5 BB before getting seated and loaded in.Withdrawals compared to other sites take too long imo (already verified) to a ewallet(much better?).To be verified it mmmmalso took them some time (1weekish).This site needs to step up to the industry standard in regards to a few things but 3 stars for the action available. First they insist that all deposits are wagered so if you deposit £20 but only use £10; tough! They charge to withdraw your own cash. 50% of the online help agents haven't a clue about their t&cs and you get a different ruling each time! Avoid, avoid, avoid! Always had positive experiences with Jetbull, looks like morons who can't control their gambling have killed a decent website here for those of us with some basic self control. Deposits were 'not great' but solely because they almost always had a default of trying to get you to deposit into a casino bonus that you had to make sure not to select (might have been a decent bonus for all I know, I only wanted to bet on sports and didn't want this dodgy bonus!) their sports betting odds were pretty good, deposits aside from the issue mentioned were simple and fast, withdrawals were also fast and I don't remember ever having any issues with them trying to con me out of winnings when I did win. I want to share my horrible experience with this company. Not only their customer support is the worst I ever had a chance to deal with, but the head of the customer service and senior members of customer support are horrible human beings too. As a problematic gambler, but the adult person i have to take responsibility for my actions and it was naive to think they would ever refund some of these impulsive bets i places. Although after playing for £20 a bet i went to placing all my savings of £500 pounds a bet and lost £2500 in an evening. That, of course, did not raise any questions from their side, because I was losing my money. They did not require any identity confirmation or documents for me to lose thousands of pounds, but when I realised I lost all money for rent and food, I contacted them. What they did in reply is for you to judge.They closed my account and froze all the balance that i had there. £400 pounds that would've at least gave me a chance to survive till a next payday. They did not reply for two weeks at first, then told my complaint about asking to refund at least some of those out of pattern impulsive bets was not valid. The head of the customer service told my balance was already sent and will be with me soon. Then out of nowhere one week after they start sending me emails asking to verify my identity. Bank statements, proofs of address, pictures of my bank cards and so on. Every day a new email with new requirements. And that's after two people from their head office already confirming the money is on the way. Does not matter that i already complained to them it's my; last money to survive and I'm feeling suicidal. They only care about profit and don't think their customer's wellbeing or even life matters.

Awful service.Opened an account and they refused to honour the free bet as they took 24hrs to verify my account and claimed my first bet was made an hour after they decided to cancel the offer.The bet won anyway so I decided to withdraw the winnings. They are still sat in the account showing pending and are not being released. The online chat function doesn’t work and the e mail address doesn’t work. Seems this is a similar experience to others. Avoid them as they are useless

Amazing News - EveryMatrix casinos have finally had their licence suspended by the UK Gambling Commission - EveryMatrix is by far the worst and most ruthless licence operator in the UK market - they have profited from underage gambling, vulnerable people and Gambling Harm. EveryMatrix has lost many decent casinos from the licence - I assume due to their unethical practices and now finally the UK Gambling Commission is going to fully investigate their behaviour and decision making - this has not come soon enough.ANY OPERATOR that choses to profit from Gambling Harm, including vulnerable people and underage gambling - should not be allowed to continue - it is not just the job of the commission to prevent this - but these people who use gambling sites - it SIMPLE DO NOT PLAY with them AND ensure any concerns complaints you have are reported to the UK Gambling Commission - it may take months or years for the gambling commission to build up enough evidence to investigate - BUT if you don't put your concerns and complaints in writing it will take longer.SEEING EVERYMATRIX licence suspended shows operators must treat customers fairly, not profit from gambling harm or have checks in place to prevent underage gambling and profiting from Gambling Harm- IF operators continue to place profit before people - they will FACE legal action and they will go out of business.

I too am having the same issues as other users, deposited £10 and took advantage of their new joiner offer and fairly won £50. After a couple of weeks i emailed and they told me to wait as they were having payment issues, after a week i contacted again and they asked for my Ids bills etc. i provided multiple evidence and answered all their questions, they referred me to another team who never got in contact and then blocked me from logging in. I wom this £50 two months ago and they have STOLEN this money from me like it seems they have with many others. Rotten company and i will be reporting them

Avoid the slots. They NEVER pay out anything. Lost track of how many deposits at minimum bet never lasts very long. Much better sites out there. I'm sure they give the standard reply how they are monitored etc. As if the average gambler could check it out. Just another ripoff.
