All you hear about is be gamble aware i tried to contact Ladbrokes support via chat because my spending was getting out of control i asked the support guy in my own words please shut my account permanently not to reopen that wasn’t actioned i was then offered a £5 free bet i said no he then said £10 i said no please close and then was told before i action this i will speak to my manager he then said £50 free bet . if you asked a drug addict if he wanted drugs maybe once or twice they might say no but 3 times im absolutely disgusted as the very next day i spent close to £2000 in deposits and that should never have happened if my my request was taken care of . i get that companies don’t like losing your business and want to keep you like cable tv sky virgin media or whoever but people don’t commit suicide over losing a tv package they do over gambling.

Disgrace off a company used them for many years used to have good banter with customer service guys about Dundalk football team. They then moved customer service to Manila an the customer service went down hill although the agents were always very very nice to speak too they didn’t have knowledge in regards to sports betting they then closed my account customer service manager is married to John boyles daughter

Like others here on Trustpilot, had an account for around 8 months but as soon as you start winning they don’t want to know you any more. Was restricted to a maximum liability of £1! so requested a withdrawal of my total balance which is when the fun starts! Was asked for proof of ID so sent them everything, even things they didn’t request, however that still wasn’t good enough. I was told a scan of my passport was blurry and unacceptable, despite having sent the same scan to various other bookmakers over the past few years who had no problems with it. Two weeks after withdrawal request still waiting for a not inconsiderable £3,800 and haven’t replied to emails I sent them. Use this company at your peril!

I have played slots for over 20 years and I know they’re random however the slots here I’m having doubts, especially the pragmatics. Dafabet is fraud. My friend made a deposit to them via btc which they said due to btc rate it was lower than the expected amount. They asked her to send her btc wallet for refund and for several months still nothing. They even tried to convince her that it was sent to an address which is the exact same address they gave her to make deposit claiming that it’s hers. They even said it was processed and can not be reviewed.

Without a doubt the worst tin pot excuse for a bookmakers I have ever seen, quite happy to take your money but when it comes to withdrawing it’s a completely different story, this isn’t to do with bonus’s this is a normal deposit then a win and they are making it impossible to withdraw. They’ve asked for so much documentation to withdraw a small amount of money (£200) and now that they’ve received that they’ve got another excuse not to pay me out because I can’t provide them with a picture of the debit card I used 6 months ago because silly me I lost it and forgot to take a picture of it. I doubt I will receive my money they obviously do this in the hope people give up which I’m sure I will but please please don’t use this company stick to the well known reputable sites. Verification process is a nightmare. I was allowed to deposit heavily with no questions asked, then when you withdraw you have document requests coming out of your ears. Payslips aren’t enough to prove a source of funds apparently, and neither is a bank statement showing money in. You have to provide a full bank statement showing everything else that you spend your money on, and it’s simply an invasion of privacy. If the amount of money I spend on my Chinese at the weekend determines whether or not I can use the site and withdraw money, you should be asking for it before I’ve deposited thousands with you, it’s that simple. Avoid.

Was invited to write my original review and guess they are after more stars. The best thing about the site is if you are lucky enough to win they do offer a speedy withdrawal service however not much else is any good. The customer service and promotions are shocking and nothing to offer players. If you are like me and like to be made to feel appreciated when depositing your money then plenty of other sites that offer loyalty or priority schemes.

Betsafe sent me an email about a 25 dollar casino bonus. In the terms and conditions of the bonus it said that at a 1x wagering requirement was needed and that all casino games would contribute to the wagering requirements. After playing some casino slots that would have meet the requirements of the terms and conditions I noticed that only the live casino was going towards the bonus. I messaged them on live chat and then through emails. They said there was a mistake and that it was a 35x wagering requirement and only on live casino but that they would honor the mistake and gave me the 25 dollar bonus that I would have unlocked and kept the one that I had currently going. All email responses were prompt and helpful not sure why people have given so many bad reviews. Overall they handle the situation very well amd I was very pleased

I wouldn’t use this company to bet with. There are many other services that do the same thing but much better. You will be better off using William Hill, Sky Bet or Paddy Power to name a few. If you win money with Mansion Bet they then restrict your account so you cant win any great amount again. They will then try to push you into using the casino instead, claiming there is no restriction in this section. They will deny this in a statement underneath, but I assure you this is the case.This company seems to be crooked all the way through, employing underhand tactics that are both not fair and also not safe to the vulnerable, especially when ‘safer gambling’ is supposedly of paramount importance. Every bad review on here are lying….. this company is way worse than what anyone has said so far! They closed my account today without warning and told me to contact customer service to discuss. After trying several times on the online chat I eventually got through to someone who was just a robot and basically avoided every question I asked, I wouldn’t be surprised if the people that worked for this company all got given a handbook to read from and to not deviate from it at all! I eventually found out that they closed my account due to me requesting my account to be closed last week with a sister site (which I was unaware was). But yet since last weeks request betdukes have still accepted my deposits and my bets, but in an unbelievable coincidence my account gets closed today when I win a bet!haha so the current state of play is that the account is still closed, they are illegally withholding my withdrawal and my remaining open bet that has since won. I have complained but reading other reviews Ive got more chance of discovering the cure for COVID-19 than I have getting a reply from these criminals. Dreadful company. I have placed two bets. I am at an absolutely world changing £12 in profit. They then spend the next 10 days requesting an incredible amount of ID – including bank cards, oh no those aren’t good enough because you didn’t sign your card (laminated plastic that pens don’t work on) – bank cards again. Now utility bills. Oh no we need even more utility bills. Driving License next. Now your Council tax bill please. Then I get “Your council tax bill isn’t the address on your account?” (It was). You finally comply and get through the thousand hoops they put up for you, finally some relief… Nope. Now they want bank statements going back months, oh and pay slips from your work! Then next they lie again, they say you pressed a button saying you admitted being uncomfortable with the amount of gambling you do (I absolutely did not). So then you are forced to go through a conversation if you are comfortable gambling, how do you feel about your level of gambling, how much do you spend gambling etc. The site also refuses to load on mobile and many browsers. It works on desktop chrome. But then, oddly, the live chat does not.. and that only seems to work on Firefox? They are clearly designed to frustrate you into getting your money stuck in there. Absolute scum. My only regret of this review is that I cannot rate 0/5.

This company offer bonuses but never apply them until you contact them. They look for any excuse not to pay out. I have had to take them to dispute resolution services on two occasions to force them to pay my winnings. I would not go so far as to say that these people are scammers but they sail very close to the wind. Avoid.

Firstly they charge you 0.25% to make a deposit. Secondly the website/app/mobile site doesn’t work, constantly buffering and you are unable to place a bet. And lastly the customer service is shocking. Please do not make a deposit with this bookmaker Worst I have used my a long way.

Mansion Bet don’t deserve your business. After waiting 2 weeks for a withdrawal to be made, I was asked for bank statement, passport, driver’s license, gas bill – i.e. ALL of these – and was later told that despite thereafter having a verified account that I was not entitled to any bonuses or promotions, with no recourse to reverse that discriminatory decision. One withdrawal and Mansion Bet goes into meltdown and denies you what they advertise to new customers. Awful company, terrible flaky website with an unreliable and irritating Live Chat function & unhelpful Customer Service jobsworths. They deserve to go bust. Loads of other decent sites, so don’t waste your time with Mansion Bet,who only honour their promotions when you’re constantly losing money. It’s very early days as I only opened an account with them 5 days ago. But I need to say that I’m a very small player on sports bets and horse racing mainly, and so far I’ve been impressed. They’re based on the Isle of Wight (not Gibraltar). I’ve made 2 withdrawals so far and they were paid almost instantly, virgin bet and virgin games were previously the quickest and they paid the following day. The site is a bit glitchy if ur on a laptop, but seems much better on the phone. They dnt seem to have an app yet but it shud deffo be in the pipeline coz these people seem to know what it takes to plse a punter. Bets settled reasonably quickly, I was also given the 2 free £5 bets coz id made enough qualifying bets (this sounds like a paid review) but so far…so good. In the first week of getting my account I did alright everything was looking good unit last week which was roughly my third week I got an email saying I had to have a lower deposit limit with no explanation. I said no I would like to keep it how it is and they then they restricted my account pending ‘vericication’ even though I sent my documents when it was opened and was able to play and withdraw initially.
