I have been using it successfully for sportsbetting for over 4 years, after pinnaclesports closed their site for many countries. Also i have it connected to my 12 years old pokerstars account with free transfers between them. Just think about it, does Pokerstars with millions of rake collected daily need to scam customers ? Do You know how You recognize real broker ? They don´t offer free bonuses.

I dont know of any illegal sites that give fixed match ,but I know of a good tipster on Instagram that give hundred percent assured odds he is by name EDDY_TIPS, I have tried his odds after I found someone talking about him ,I gave him a try and stake as huge as £1500 on his fixed games all I do is to pay him afterwinning, so I definitely kept to his sincerity and his terms and conditions ,he is the best I have seen and for a real fixed

Terrible company took a break tried to reopen my account after 2 weeks I received a response to my initial email asking for various details plus proof of identity etc these were supplied two weeks later I www sent the same email asking for the information id already Provided so 4/5 weeks after requesting account still isn’t open – customer service for this company are a bunch of chimps their Combined IQ is probably less than 100

I have a lot of experience with online sports betting companies. Betstars is one of the worst for a variety of reasons including appalling customer service, questionable security of funds, and discrimination against customers who dare to win money.

If you have any issues with your Betstars account, prepare yourself for a long and arduous journey. You CANNOT speak to them. It’s email only and they take at least 48hrs to respond. Not even a live chat facility is available. You can imagine how long an issue will take to resolve with emails being exchanged every 48hrs!

In terms of security of player funds, I don’t believe it to be particularly safe. I know of Betstars accounts being hacked and funds disappearing which they will take no responsibility for. They will say that your username/password was compromised which is your own fault. What is interesting is that they seem to be set up for this kind of activity. They offer a facility to set up an app-based payment wallet and another facility which allows you to transfer funds to other Betstars customers. It seems to me that this only serves to make the fraudster’s job easier! I don’t know of any other bookmakers that offer these facilities.

Finally, they discriminate against customers that dare to win. In fairness to them, all bookmakers do this by reducing the amount a customer can wager if they are deemed to have won too much. Betstars are not the fastest in the industry to restrict accounts (that would be Ladbrokes) but they will do so after losing a relatively small amount to a customer. This is a deeply unfair practice undertaken by all the bookmakers who are happy to take money from most of their customers but will not tolerate losing relatively small amounts to a handful of customers. Shame on them!

I liked using this site for Sports Betting, now they accuse me of being associated with unknown accounts that I never have heard of.

The Spin and bet portion of the site can win you big money, even though it can sometimes be a big risk for high stakes.

I cannot recommend this site, since they took my money and winnings away, over something I do not have any association with.

Absolute joke of a company I deposited 700 but they locked my account so I sent through the documents to get my account verified and now its been months and no reply and its almost impossible to get in contact with these guys I also heard they limit your account faster if you win a few quid from a few people so yeah I am not happy at all.

Had account for a while verified then out the blue got told need to send ID in and wouldn't be long before I could play again. How wrong they were

Pokerstars have just done a server maintenance without informing customers and without any emails. This also affected betstars. I have just been logged out and cannot do anything with my bets. If you enjoy live betting options and the cash out facility then betstars is the worst site to pick. Be smart and pick ANYTHING else. Literally this is the worst sports betting site ever. Not worth the experience at all.

Avoid at all costs. One of the worst betting sites out there. Their software is slow and their cash out system is rubbish. They suspend cash outs mid tennis sets. Customer service is poor and do not care. They should stick to what they do best and that is poker. Use them as a sports betting site at your risk, but with so many better options out there you would be foolish to use them. I only started using them because of poker bankroll, but that was a big mistake and I hold my hands up to that.

I’ve had same problem as most people. Deposited 20 and got a 20 free bet. I won 205 from this. I then went to withdraw the funds and there didn’t seem to be a problem but the next day the cancelled the withdrawl and says there’s doing a security check. The website loads pretty quickly and it has a very nice layout making navigation pretty easy, also the in-play betting they offer is great. I have the same problem as many others who have submitted reviews here. My account has been frozen for over a month and a half. They've ignored every email I've sent asking why it's frozen and there's no reason for it to be frozen as my account is fully validated. I will be making a complaint to the IBAS very soon as I have funds in my account. As far as I'm concerned this is theft.

Couldn't agree more with the vast majority of reviews . Set up an account and deposited £20 and then they froze account . No emails from them and only replied after many of my emails from me . Asked for documents to be emailed over to them (bank statement , utility bill etc.) which I did and still no response . The account has been frozen for over a month now . Don't touch these people with a barge poll !

i joined betstars 2 weeks ago made a £20 deposit did 2 bets on £10 one lost one won £33.33 when to withdraw it and it has been pending due to secruity checks for 8 days now i have emailed support and the cashier every other day and have not had one responce back and no one has told me whats going on,,,its a terrible site

Only giving 1 star because there is no option to give anything less.

This company operates in a genuinely misleading and fraudulent way. I am currently issuing a complaint after they are refusing to payout on a winning bet of £120. I have sent official game results through to them but they are claiming that I placed the bet on a different game in order to get out of paying me my winnings, even though my Bet Ticket says otherwise.

You hear stories on the internet about Bookmakers that refuse payouts on large sums however this company refuses payouts on smaller sums as well.

I wish I would have seen all of these 1 star reviews before I opened an account with them. I am in the process of issuing a complaint to the UK Gambling Commission about how this company operates.

I got a message saying my account was suspended but only for a few minutes (yeah sure) when was trying to withdraw
They then told me I needed to send them my details bank statements and proof of earnings
Took them a week to get back and asked for more information such as people's names on my bank statements. This is none of their business which I told them
They released my funds but then said they were concerned money laundering hahaha
And froze my account and could apply for it to be reopened in 6 months
If I was money laundering I would have been a damn sight smarter than sending my bank statements wouldn't I? Total morons
